      各位老師: 你們好!

      “河海不擇細(xì)流,故能成其深”,從教以來(lái),我堅(jiān)守著教育的夢(mèng)想,將執(zhí)著追求與腳踏實(shí)地植入自己的教育生命,靠著教育工作中的點(diǎn)滴付出與積累,在奮力拼搏中自己也得到了不斷成長(zhǎng)。我感到十分幸運(yùn),能夠通過(guò)本次道德講堂與大家分享成長(zhǎng)中的快樂。

      都說(shuō)“教師是太陽(yáng)底下最光輝的職業(yè)”,我沒覺得它有多么的“光輝”,我只知道我的工作有的時(shí)候很瑣碎,面面俱到;有的時(shí)候很繁重,工作起來(lái)會(huì)忘了下班的時(shí)間到了;有的時(shí)候顯得很重要,關(guān)乎幾十個(gè)孩子甚至是家庭的希望。工作中,我牢記一個(gè)信念:用我的真心關(guān)愛學(xué)生,用我的真愛溫暖學(xué)生,用我的真誠(chéng)感動(dòng)學(xué)生。

      我在山上工作了幾年,期間也擔(dān)任過(guò)班主任的工作,那時(shí)我給全班同學(xué)制定了這樣一條班訓(xùn):“勤學(xué)、好問(wèn)、善思、多行;自尊、自信、自立、自強(qiáng)?!痹谖液屯瑢W(xué)們的共同努力之下,大家都做到了??墒怯羞@樣一位女生,在學(xué)校的時(shí)候經(jīng)常性的做作業(yè)拖拖拉拉,周末的作業(yè)更是完不成,幾乎每個(gè)周末回來(lái)作業(yè)都沒寫完。而且,跟其他同學(xué)相比,她顯得比較膽小,不愛動(dòng),也不與同學(xué)們說(shuō)笑,總覺得心事重重的樣子。我們幾個(gè)當(dāng)老師的真是頭疼,拿她沒辦法!記得有一次她的周末作業(yè)又沒完成,因?yàn)橹芪寤丶仪拔覍iT跟她交待了一下,提醒她回家記得完成作業(yè),所以我特別的生氣,于是劈頭蓋臉的把她數(shù)落了一頓,并且責(zé)令她寫出書面說(shuō)明。后來(lái),我收到了她寫的“說(shuō)明”,也了解了她的生活:她是家里的老二,還有個(gè)姐姐和弟弟,父母給取得名字叫“盼弟”,可想而知,她在家里的處境。爸爸媽媽帶著小弟弟在市里打工,即使坐車那么方便,她也是只有放寒暑假的時(shí) 候才會(huì)到市里跟爸爸媽媽生活幾天,其余時(shí)間都是跟著姥姥生活的。一個(gè)老人又怎么會(huì)照顧到孩子的學(xué)習(xí)呢?一年365天一個(gè)不到10歲的孩子是怎么壓制自己對(duì)父母的思念?一個(gè)缺少家庭關(guān)愛的孩子又怎么會(huì)陽(yáng)光,開朗?我在心里為我的做法感到愧疚,不該把所有的錯(cuò)都讓孩子來(lái)承擔(dān)!在以后的日子里,我有意識(shí)的多關(guān)心一下盼弟的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,經(jīng)常了解她的思想動(dòng)態(tài),并幫助她解決,鼓勵(lì)她多和老師同學(xué)們交流。慢慢的,我看到了一個(gè)自信,陽(yáng)光的小盼弟??粗鴮W(xué)生不斷地成長(zhǎng),我由衷地感到欣慰!

      每一年的教師節(jié)都是讓我感動(dòng)的時(shí)候。記得去年的教師節(jié),也是我剛剛到咱們學(xué)校的第一個(gè)教師節(jié),我收到了孩子們親手制作的一張張精美的賀卡,溫馨的語(yǔ)言,漂亮的包裝處處可見孩子們的良苦用心!雖然他們的字寫得扭扭曲曲。前年的教師節(jié)那一天,我印象也很深刻。中午,學(xué)校門崗老師特意送了一封信過(guò)來(lái),是寄給我的!我接到手里,很意外,沒有什么親戚朋友在外地???打開信封,里面是一張五元錢和一封手寫稿,“王老師,您還記得嗎?有一次我的同桌周末來(lái)學(xué)的時(shí)候書包里放了五元錢,他去操場(chǎng)玩了,回來(lái)以后錢不見了,而教室里當(dāng)時(shí)就我一個(gè)人在,所有的同學(xué)都說(shuō)是我拿的,說(shuō)我是小偷,我知道我沒做,可是又百口莫辯,我深深的低下頭,怕你的‘宣判’,出乎我的意料,您沒給我判‘死刑’,還讓同學(xué)們不許胡說(shuō),您知道當(dāng)時(shí)我的心里有多么的感激您嗎?·······”事過(guò)多年,我已經(jīng)不記得這個(gè)學(xué)生,但是我慶幸自己當(dāng)時(shí)沒有判‘冤假錯(cuò)案’,沒有給孩子的心靈留下永久的傷痛。

      缺乏理解的愛是一種盲目的愛,缺乏理解的教育是一種盲目的教育。蘇霍姆林斯基說(shuō)過(guò),“不理解孩子的內(nèi)心世界便沒有教育文明。”在集體中,學(xué)生有了錯(cuò)誤是難免的,就要看教師怎樣對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。以前我?guī)У陌嗬镉袀€(gè)男生叫文斌,小男孩長(zhǎng)得白白凈凈的很可愛,唯一的不足是他的上嘴唇由于先天發(fā)育不全,留了個(gè)小口子。自從接到 2 這個(gè)班開始,無(wú)論是課堂上還是課下我都很少看到小文斌的笑容。無(wú)論同學(xué)們?cè)趺炊核?,他始終是一副悶悶不樂的樣子。我觀察了很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間,發(fā)現(xiàn)他愛畫畫,下課沒事的時(shí)候經(jīng)常看到他獨(dú)自坐在座位上認(rèn)真的畫著什么。于是,我就從畫畫開始接觸他,我把他畫的畫兒拿到美術(shù)老師那兒,讓老師幫助他認(rèn)真的修改,再找一些以前同學(xué)們畫的好的畫兒拿給他看,作為參考,有時(shí)候也會(huì)把他的畫張貼出來(lái)讓大家欣賞。慢慢的小文斌的臉上有了笑容,變得自信了,活潑了,我趁勢(shì)把他叫了過(guò)來(lái),因勢(shì)利導(dǎo),告訴他每個(gè)人都有優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn),對(duì)于我們的先天條件我們無(wú)法改變,要學(xué)會(huì)坦然接受,可是可以通過(guò)我們的努力發(fā)揮我們其他方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特長(zhǎng),我們一樣是優(yōu)秀的!師生關(guān)系在更深刻的意義上是師生間思想交流、情感溝通、人格碰撞的社會(huì)互動(dòng)關(guān)系。

      人們常說(shuō):“夢(mèng)想很純美,現(xiàn)實(shí)很骨感”。夢(mèng)想與現(xiàn)實(shí)有時(shí)就像兩條平行線,它們似乎都在向著自己的目的地進(jìn)發(fā),似乎永遠(yuǎn)也無(wú)法相會(huì)。然而夢(mèng)想不需要那么宏偉,也不需要那么崇高。因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)候,夢(mèng)想,就是你在一剎那間突然感覺到的,從你靈魂深處真正感受到的強(qiáng)烈信念,而這種信念就成了我們下定決心要用一生去追求的目標(biāo)。

      記得初次登上講臺(tái)的時(shí)侯,我只是一名志愿者,懷揣著對(duì)教師這一職業(yè)的好奇,第一次嘗試著將自己的知識(shí)傳輸給一群孩子們??墒钱?dāng)目光觸及那一雙雙清澈明亮的雙眸,看到那對(duì)面對(duì)知識(shí)的渴求與貪婪的眼神,面對(duì)那坐姿整齊,滿懷對(duì)老師敬重的學(xué)生,心中的某種信念似乎就從那時(shí)開始扎根,我,渴望成為一名優(yōu)秀的人民教師,開始主動(dòng)的涉及關(guān)于教書育人方面的知識(shí)。

      在素質(zhì)教育被宣傳的如火如荼的時(shí)候,轟轟烈烈的口號(hào)鋪天蓋地,一時(shí)間似乎要將片面追求分?jǐn)?shù)的教育理念立刻轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榕囵B(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力,提高學(xué)生的綜合素養(yǎng)上來(lái)。以前的我一心把素質(zhì)教育奉為全新的教育理念,努力去實(shí)踐??涩F(xiàn)實(shí)終歸是現(xiàn)實(shí),就在素質(zhì)教育口號(hào)喊得震天響的時(shí)候,傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)試教育卻從未退出歷史舞臺(tái)。我也是學(xué)生,一次又一次的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),逐漸把我從素質(zhì)教育的夢(mèng)想中拉回到了現(xiàn)實(shí)。追求學(xué)生的優(yōu)異的成績(jī),依舊成為老師們一直以來(lái)為之奮斗的目標(biāo)。

      那些年我從傳統(tǒng)教育中出走,思想觀念又走向傳統(tǒng)。游走在傳統(tǒng)之間,這樣的我必然也將在未來(lái),在傳統(tǒng)的課堂上演繹著最為傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)。我的課堂可能也會(huì)注重精講多練,那樣就自然而然多了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),少了歡笑。課后分發(fā)資料、試卷,每日進(jìn)行著重復(fù)著批改、講解的套路。毋庸置疑,這樣也的確會(huì)培養(yǎng)出不少精英。而我本人也會(huì)以為自己找到了制勝的法寶而陶醉于自己對(duì)應(yīng)試教育利器的熟稔,洋洋自得。然而,這樣的課堂卻變成了老師的主陣地,變得不再充滿活力,再看臺(tái)下的學(xué)生,眼睛不再清澈了,可能更多的是充滿了焦慮與疲憊。長(zhǎng)此以往,很多學(xué)生更是可能不堪重負(fù),成了學(xué)習(xí)的逃兵。相比之下,作為一個(gè)人民教師所獲得獲得的那可憐的成績(jī),竟是那么的微不足道。

      于是,我漸漸意識(shí)到教育不是口號(hào),老師的工作不是復(fù)制,也不是工廠的批量生產(chǎn)。我將來(lái)所面對(duì)的是活生生的生命,他們是有這自己的情感。而我們不能在知識(shí)的傳授中,在考試的重壓下,忽略了他們的情感。我們不能總在把自己所謂的經(jīng)典,所謂的精品強(qiáng)加給他們,以自己的夢(mèng)想來(lái)成就他們的夢(mèng)想。

      而如今 “自主、合作、探究”的學(xué)習(xí)方式正逐步走向教學(xué)前臺(tái)。尤其是隨著生本教育,小組合作教學(xué)模式的興起,讓我再一次看到了希望的曙光。課堂上讓學(xué)生們分組圍坐,或激烈討論,或埋頭研讀。而老師則走下講臺(tái),通過(guò)傾聽各組學(xué)習(xí)反饋情況針對(duì)性地點(diǎn)評(píng)引導(dǎo)。那和諧開放的課堂,學(xué)生們侃侃而談,精彩的發(fā)言,犀利的言辭,充滿了智慧的火花,充滿了無(wú)限的活力。在這樣的課堂上,教學(xué)又重新回歸到本來(lái)的面目,教育也重新回歸到了它真實(shí)的本質(zhì)。

      我夢(mèng)想可以帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生們回歸到最有活力的課堂。一切以學(xué)生為主,老師為輔。我希望學(xué)生們的眼神變得更加清澈,精力更加充沛,能積極主動(dòng)的徜徉在充滿活力與激情的學(xué)堂之中。我會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)放手,學(xué)會(huì)聆聽,學(xué)會(huì)引導(dǎo),學(xué)會(huì)期待。讓“以人為本,發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性”這些一直被人喊在口頭上,寫在計(jì)劃中的標(biāo)語(yǔ),每天在我的課堂上自然的演繹,讓它來(lái)的真實(shí)而直接。我會(huì)分享他們對(duì)同伴的真知灼見所發(fā)出的由衷的贊美;分享著他們對(duì)不同意見的理性質(zhì)疑;分享著他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中的認(rèn)真與執(zhí)著;分享著他們?cè)谟懻撝兴季S火花的碰撞;分享著他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中的混沌和困惑;也分享著他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中成長(zhǎng)的煩惱與喜悅。

      Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.I’d like to share my teaching dream with you.But before that, I want to say something about the beginning of this dream.In March this year, three teachers from Australia came to our school.During the meeting, we exchanged a lot about

      education.I found that though we have almost the same teaching philosophy, we have different routines.What impressed me most was that their schools end at 3:00 in the afternoon and have no night classes.I can’t tell which kind of routine is better, but the sharp contrast made me think about a better education.The following is a dreamy school in my mind, in which there is no pressure but pleasure.In this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature.In the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise.In the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset.In the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky.In the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain.…

      Students are free but polite and they respect each other.They can leave at 4:00
