（說明：這幾日，網(wǎng)上，論壇里，對特朗普就任美國總統(tǒng)的就職演說，有很多評議。這些評議大多是以特朗普演說的中文譯文為根據(jù)。我看到的中文譯文據(jù)說是觀察者網(wǎng)獨家翻譯的中文譯本。我對照網(wǎng)上的英文原文看了看，感覺這個譯本的翻譯整體上說很不錯，但有些地方，與英文原文還不夠貼切。故自己另做了一個翻譯。不過，對同一英文文章，譯成中文，不同人的翻譯會有不同，大多并無嚴格的對錯之分，只是各人的理解和表述方式上有所不同。有興趣的網(wǎng)友可對照參閱。）

Round One: Achieving Prosperity 第一輪：實現(xiàn)繁榮
