      在我看來(lái),負(fù)起對(duì)自己的責(zé)任,就要努力學(xué)習(xí),好好生活,讓自己的生活多姿多彩,讓自己的生命健康快樂(lè),讓父母給予的生命不銷聲匿跡于茫茫人海當(dāng)中;負(fù)起對(duì)家庭的責(zé)任,就要孝敬父母,愛(ài)護(hù)兒女,讓自己的家人和睦相處,尊老敬賢,持家愛(ài)幼,不違背自己立下的諾言;負(fù)起對(duì)社會(huì)的責(zé)任,就要勤奮工作,融入社會(huì)大家庭,為社會(huì)奉獻(xiàn)自己的光和熱,愛(ài)自己的國(guó)家,愛(ài)自己的民族,愛(ài)同根生長(zhǎng)的兄弟姐妹。

      時(shí)光如白駒過(guò)隙,轉(zhuǎn)眼已近年末,虎年探春仿佛發(fā)生在昨天,我們卻要依依不舍地與它說(shuō)再見(jiàn)。滿帶著青春的氣息,懷揣著沉甸甸的理想,我走出了大學(xué)校門,走上了高高的三尺講臺(tái)。從曾經(jīng)的學(xué)生變?yōu)槿缃竦睦蠋?,由懵懂慢慢走向成熟,我的青春就如一卷畫在慢慢描繪。

      青春是畫,它需要一張紙,讓它驚濤拍岸,讓它山舞銀蛇。我有一張大大的宣紙,它的名字是上大附中實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校。在這里,有一群優(yōu)秀的老師,讓我學(xué)習(xí),讓我領(lǐng)悟。在這里,有一群可愛(ài)的學(xué)生,給我快樂(lè),給我笑聲。八月,帶著緊張與興奮,我來(lái)到了這里,開(kāi)始從一張白紙的蛻變。半年里,我收獲了許多,酸甜苦辣,各種滋味,讓我的青春變得更飛揚(yáng)。

      青春是畫,它需要一支筆,讓它五彩繽紛,讓它萬(wàn)紫千紅。跟著這支筆的指引,我的畫卷變得絢麗多姿。這里有一批批優(yōu)秀的教師讓我學(xué)習(xí),也指引著我前行的方向。“師徒帶教”讓我有幸得到了老教師的指點(diǎn),并從中慢慢學(xué)習(xí)如何教學(xué)。剛剛結(jié)束的青年教師教學(xué)比賽上,每個(gè)參賽老師的認(rèn)真與熱情感染了我,在上大附中實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校這個(gè)大集體里,每個(gè)老師的青春都是一卷卷美麗的畫。

      青春是畫,它需要一份熱情,一份責(zé)任,讓它神韻俱足,讓它工意兼?zhèn)洹G?/p>

      春如夢(mèng),歲月如歌,時(shí)不消逝,何能復(fù)得?青春是人生中一沫濃墨,它注定是“不平凡”的。它需要我們用心靈和智慧去詮譯,它更需要我們用熱情和責(zé)任去充實(shí)。于老師說(shuō):“我無(wú)怨無(wú)悔,因?yàn)檫x擇了教師,我就選擇了高尚;選擇了教師,我就一輩子和年輕人在一起!我一輩子的生命,是和肩負(fù)著的歷史使命結(jié)伴同行。如果下一輩子還叫我選擇職業(yè),我仍然選擇教育這多情的土地,選擇我們可愛(ài)的學(xué)生,選擇這永遠(yuǎn)光輝燦爛、青枝綠葉的教育事業(yè)?!睆氖轮?yáng)底下最光輝的事業(yè),我很自豪,同時(shí)也時(shí)刻明確著自己的責(zé)任。也是這份責(zé)任與熱情,讓我的青春更大氣,讓我有了“大寫”的人生。

      站在21歲的尾巴上,我張開(kāi)雙手擁抱青春,就如朝陽(yáng)永遠(yuǎn)向上;就如山溪不羈奔流?我們肩負(fù)著時(shí)代賦予的責(zé)任,懷抱著對(duì)和諧與美好的追求。雖然人生苦短,挫折重重,但無(wú)論如何,它總是青春的痕跡。讓我們好好的把握住這無(wú)比美麗的青春,用努力,用汗水讓青春烈火燃燒永恒,讓生命閃電劃過(guò)天邊,用所有熱情換回時(shí)間,讓年輕的夢(mèng)沒(méi)有終點(diǎn)!

      有人說(shuō):“疼愛(ài)自己的孩子是本能,而熱愛(ài)別人的孩子是神圣!”我們的教師所給予的愛(ài)恰恰就是這種神圣?!敖逃龥](méi)有愛(ài)就成了無(wú)水之池”,教師用自己的汗水辛勤耕耘,不斷澆開(kāi)一朵朵美麗的心靈之花。

      有一句話說(shuō)的很好:“沽名釣譽(yù)、莫入校門,升官發(fā)財(cái)、莫當(dāng)教師?!弊怨乓詠?lái),廣大教師就崇尚奉獻(xiàn),被譽(yù)為“春蠶”、“蠟燭”和“人梯”,教師之所以如此受人尊敬,除了因?yàn)榻處熓侨祟愓莆罩R(shí),開(kāi)發(fā)理性,奔向光明的引路人,還有就是他們的奉獻(xiàn)精神,教師職業(yè)被人們譽(yù)為“太陽(yáng)底下最光輝的職業(yè)”。在如今這個(gè)物欲橫流的社會(huì),我們欣喜地看到仍有數(shù)不清的教師們無(wú)怨無(wú)悔

      地堅(jiān)守這三尺講臺(tái)、默默地耕耘著這一方凈土,他們像春蠶、像蠟炬,用自己的青春和生命來(lái)捍衛(wèi)這個(gè)神圣的職業(yè)。

      在處于成長(zhǎng)期的學(xué)生的心靈里,教師是任何力量都不能代替的最燦爛的陽(yáng)光。教師的人格魅力乃至一言一行、一舉一動(dòng)都會(huì)在學(xué)生的心靈深處留下難以磨滅的痕跡,時(shí)時(shí)刻刻起著耳濡目染、潛移默化的作用。近代著名的大教育家陶行知先生,他曾出訪海外26國(guó),憑著他的才能,完全有可能留在那物質(zhì)財(cái)富豐富的國(guó)度,可他卻為了教育,滿懷一腔熱血,穿著布衣草鞋走向曉莊,這種“捧著一顆心來(lái),不帶半根草去”的奉獻(xiàn)精神,讓中國(guó)的教育在貧困中放出曙光,在黑暗中看到光明。名人的事跡離我們也許太遠(yuǎn),但就在我們身邊仍有許多平凡而優(yōu)秀的教師在默默的工作,很幸運(yùn)初為人師我就遇到很多很多敬業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)的好老師,近半年的畢業(yè)班經(jīng)歷更是教會(huì)了我“教師”二字的真正意義,最近沈燕飛老師最長(zhǎng)掛在嘴邊的便是“焦慮”,看著學(xué)生始終不見(jiàn)起色的成績(jī),她幾乎夜不能眠,平日辦公室的閑聊中聽(tīng)她說(shuō)的最多的便是每個(gè)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn),怎樣的學(xué)生能夠接受何種的教育方式,她如涓涓細(xì)流般用自己的愛(ài)心灌溉著每個(gè)孩子;帶教李莉老師給我指導(dǎo)最多的人,在她身上我除了學(xué)會(huì)了教學(xué),更學(xué)會(huì)了怎樣做個(gè)老師,她對(duì)教學(xué)忘我的投入和對(duì)學(xué)生的全心關(guān)懷更是讓我感動(dòng),很多次她的學(xué)生都看不過(guò)去,忍不住說(shuō)“李老師,你不能每天中午都吃泡面??!”可是她為了多點(diǎn)時(shí)間給學(xué)生講課,多點(diǎn)時(shí)間批改作業(yè),總是錯(cuò)過(guò)了吃飯的時(shí)間。女教師的關(guān)懷像是母親的叮嚀,細(xì)小而溫暖,我總以為男老師可能沒(méi)有那么周到,但辦公室的兩位數(shù)學(xué)老師卻讓我大跌眼鏡,黃訓(xùn)林老師是我特別欣賞的教師,每次我看著學(xué)生的成績(jī)失去信心,開(kāi)始急躁的時(shí)候,他總會(huì)安慰我“孩子的成長(zhǎng)是需要時(shí)間的,不能急”,是啊,老師承載的更多的是教育,十年樹(shù)木百年樹(shù)人,有時(shí)候教會(huì)孩子成長(zhǎng)比傳授他們知識(shí)更重要;班主任徐樹(shù)茂老師是平時(shí)工作中接觸最多的,也是因?yàn)檫@樣我開(kāi)始害怕做個(gè)班主任,因?yàn)樵谒砩衔铱吹搅颂嘧约翰痪邆涞乃刭|(zhì),雖然是男老師,但他對(duì)學(xué)生的教育總是苦口婆心,為了學(xué)生他可以頂著烈日一家一家去家訪,為了學(xué)生他可以犧牲雙休日在學(xué)校接待家長(zhǎng),為了學(xué)生他可以不休婚假堅(jiān)持工作,我總說(shuō)3班的任課老師每個(gè)壓力都很大,但壓力最大的就是他,因?yàn)槲覀兛偸窃诓恢挥X(jué)中就增加了他作為班主任的工作,看著年紀(jì)輕輕但已經(jīng)沉穩(wěn)得像個(gè)父親的徐老師,我深深體會(huì)到一個(gè)年輕教師對(duì)學(xué)生的付出和對(duì)教育的熱愛(ài)。也許身為平凡的教師,他們的一生都只是像山野的小草一般,默默無(wú)聞,隨風(fēng)而逝,了無(wú)蹤跡。但是,正是他們樹(shù)起了萬(wàn)世師表,無(wú)邊師魂,擎起了我們教育行業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)的燈塔,也正是他們用自己的行動(dòng),用自己生命的痕跡激勵(lì)著我們這些后來(lái)人,這些同行們,讓我們由不情愿到情愿,由情愿到全身的奉獻(xiàn)。

      在教師歌會(huì)上,我們唱了一首名叫《奉獻(xiàn)》的歌:“大地奉獻(xiàn)給藍(lán)天,藍(lán)天奉獻(xiàn)給白云”,那么,教師呢?教師把自己的青春奉獻(xiàn)給學(xué)生,奉獻(xiàn)給講臺(tái),奉獻(xiàn)給整個(gè)教育事業(yè),因?yàn)槲覀兌贾?,教師,你的名字是奉獻(xiàn)。

      青春無(wú)悔,成長(zhǎng)有跡

      記得有一首歌是這么唱的:“今天我 終于站上這年輕的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng) 請(qǐng)你給我一束愛(ài)的光芒 今天我 將要走向那挑戰(zhàn)的遠(yuǎn)方 我要把這世界為你點(diǎn)亮”。這首歌讓我想起了在成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中幫助過(guò)我的每一位老師,是他們當(dāng)年給予了我不斷前行的力量,也是他們讓我今天能夠踏上了屬于自己的青春舞臺(tái)。一個(gè)人可以有很多種活法,而選擇一份職業(yè)其實(shí)就是選擇了一種生活方式。究竟是精神立身還是富貴立身?相信每個(gè)人都有自己的人生選擇。而我,也早已決定了要讓我的人生選擇無(wú)愧于它高貴的名字:人民教師—這太陽(yáng)底下最崇高的職業(yè)。2008年9月1日對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)意義非凡的一天。在那一天我第一次踏上了屬于自己的三尺講臺(tái),一晃已是2年頭。作為年輕教師,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予了我很多的關(guān)心。帶教老師給了我悉心的指導(dǎo),同事們給了我許多的鼓勵(lì)。這一切都讓我感覺(jué)在上大實(shí)驗(yàn)作為一名年輕教師是無(wú)比幸福的一件事。的確,年輕是一種資本,年輕不怕失敗,年輕就要敢于接受挑戰(zhàn)!雖然我們經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,時(shí)常會(huì)犯些錯(cuò)誤,教學(xué)的基本功還不是很扎實(shí)。但是也正因?yàn)槟贻p,我們有激情、有活力,有教學(xué)熱情;因?yàn)槟贻p,學(xué)生都愿意和我門接近;因?yàn)槟贻p,我們善于創(chuàng)新,思維活躍;因?yàn)槟贻p,我們善于學(xué)習(xí),易接受新事物;因?yàn)槟贻p,我們虛心好學(xué),不恥下問(wèn);這些都是年輕人的優(yōu)勢(shì),這些都是我們?nèi)〉眠M(jìn)步的先天條件。然而如果說(shuō)年輕是一種得天獨(dú)厚的資本,那么我認(rèn)為不斷地促使自我成長(zhǎng)便

      是青年教師肩上最大的責(zé)任。記得蔣青老師曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò),在她所教授過(guò)的學(xué)生中,和她感情最深的是她第一屆的學(xué)生,讓她覺(jué)得最對(duì)不起的也是她第一屆的學(xué)生。因?yàn)槿绻切W(xué)生能遇到現(xiàn)在的她,那他們收獲一定會(huì)更多。蔣老師的話令我感同身受,如何才能使自己的課更加豐富多彩,如何才能使自己的學(xué)生能學(xué)得更好,正是我們青年教師不斷餞行的目標(biāo)和成長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力。

      于漪老師曾經(jīng)這樣告訴我們,教育即提升人的精神境界,教師的一個(gè)肩膀挑著學(xué)生的現(xiàn)在,另一個(gè)肩膀挑著的卻是國(guó)家的未來(lái)。對(duì)于年輕的我們來(lái)說(shuō),教師這份職業(yè)肩負(fù)著太多的使命和責(zé)任。只有始終保持一顆進(jìn)取心,不斷地提升自己,才能不愧對(duì)教育這份事業(yè)。我們要本著“一切為了學(xué)生”的宗旨,以敬業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)的工作精神開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取,努力提高自身素質(zhì),向課堂教學(xué)要效率、要質(zhì)量,奏響提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的凱歌!我們要用新鮮的活水澆灌同學(xué)們求知的心靈,用靈動(dòng)的智慧音符去彈奏學(xué)生的“心靈之音”,用和煦的道德微風(fēng)去撫慰學(xué)生稚嫩的心靈!用我們的職業(yè)和生命讓一批又一批學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中獲得成功?!叭碎g春色本無(wú)價(jià),筆底耕耘總有情”,只要從內(nèi)心深處充滿了對(duì)教育事業(yè)的無(wú)限忠誠(chéng),就會(huì)點(diǎn)燃一支火把,照亮一片心靈。

      從大學(xué)畢業(yè)踏入教師這個(gè)行業(yè)已經(jīng)七年了,這七年來(lái),在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)無(wú)微不至地關(guān)懷下,在同事的熱心幫助和自身的刻苦努力下,在繁華中學(xué)這個(gè)搖籃里我收獲到了成長(zhǎng)的快樂(lè),我感覺(jué)自身的綜合素質(zhì)正在逐漸提高。繁華中學(xué),她是一個(gè)融洽的大集體,上至領(lǐng)導(dǎo),下至同事,處處體現(xiàn)了一種人與人之間相互關(guān)懷的溫情。學(xué)校在管理方面也是處處滲透著“以人為本”的理念,不僅僅是重視學(xué)生,更是善待每一位老師。

      每一個(gè)年輕教師,在成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中都會(huì)遭遇到困境,包括因?yàn)檎n上得糟糕而沮喪、受到家長(zhǎng)誤解而委屈、學(xué)生的淘氣而氣餒,特別是學(xué)生不肯學(xué)、學(xué)不好時(shí),我們常常會(huì)手足無(wú)措,失去信心。每當(dāng)回顧自己成長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)歷,我都會(huì)深深地感到,繁華中學(xué)是我們青年教師成長(zhǎng)的搖籃,她使我們由懵懂走向成熟,使我們脫胎換骨;我也深深地感到,繁華中學(xué)是能充分展示我們聰明才智的舞臺(tái)。是她,使每一個(gè)教師找到了屬于自己的角色;是她,為每一位教師、尤其是我們青年教師提供了一次又一次實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值的良好機(jī)會(huì)。

      我感受最深的就是學(xué)校青年教師培養(yǎng)工程,我也是學(xué)校青年教師培養(yǎng)工程的一個(gè)很大受益者。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視并關(guān)注著青年教師尤其是新教師的成長(zhǎng),為了全面提升青年教師素質(zhì),促進(jìn)青年教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),堅(jiān)持“青年教師導(dǎo)師制”,發(fā)揮老教師的“傳、幫、帶”作用;學(xué)校還積極創(chuàng)造條件,鼓勵(lì)并支持我們參加校內(nèi)外各種教學(xué)觀摩和青年教師講課比賽,積極吸收青年教師參加教育科研工作,為提高我們青年教師的業(yè)務(wù)能力和科研水平,搭建了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的平臺(tái),幫助我們青年教師迅速成長(zhǎng)。這種成長(zhǎng)是快樂(lè)的,因?yàn)樵谶@里,我們可以感受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的溫情關(guān)懷;因?yàn)樵谶@里,我們認(rèn)識(shí)了一群志同道合、真誠(chéng)相待的同事。和他們一起工作,讓我們提高的不僅僅是業(yè)務(wù)水平,更有為人的氣度和胸襟。為此,有三點(diǎn)感想和體會(huì)想和青年教師一起分享:

      一、熱愛(ài)學(xué)生、對(duì)學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé),是一個(gè)教師最重要的品德。臺(tái)灣教育家高震東有一句名言:“愛(ài)自己的孩子是人,愛(ài)別人的孩子是神”。作為一個(gè)教師,就是把學(xué)生當(dāng)作自己的孩子或弟弟、妹妹一樣,真心實(shí)意地為學(xué)生的進(jìn)步和成才著想。這是職業(yè)所要求的,也是教師這個(gè)光榮稱號(hào)所要求的。

      二、每個(gè)人都有自己的價(jià)值追求。作為一個(gè)教師,三尺講臺(tái)就是自己的崗位,人生價(jià)值首先體現(xiàn)在課堂價(jià)值,所以應(yīng)努力使這種價(jià)值最大化,認(rèn)真地講好每一次課,在課堂上得到最好發(fā)揮。事實(shí)上,任何一個(gè)教師都希望自己能講一手精彩的課,得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事和學(xué)生的認(rèn)可。有位哲人說(shuō):“人性深處最大的欲望,莫過(guò)于受到外界的認(rèn)可與贊揚(yáng)”。把自己的工作做好,得到他人的尊重,是每一個(gè)人與生俱來(lái)的天性。我們每一位青年教師都應(yīng)該在自己的教學(xué)工作中體現(xiàn)和張揚(yáng)這種天性,追求自己的課堂價(jià)值。要想講好課,首先要有這種欲望和激情,有這種價(jià)值追求。

      三、干哪一行都需要基本功。作為一個(gè)青年教師,對(duì)一批又一批的青年學(xué)生傳道、授業(yè)、解惑,在三尺講臺(tái)上體現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值,我們更要講究教學(xué)基本功。學(xué)生的大腦不只是一只裝知識(shí)的容器,更是一只需要點(diǎn)燃的火把。過(guò)去說(shuō)要給學(xué)生一碗水,教師得有一桶水,現(xiàn)在要求教師得有一條河,是活水,是時(shí)時(shí)更新的知識(shí)。所以,做一個(gè)稱職的教師是不容易的,我們必須堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí),堅(jiān)持研究。

      作為青年教師,我們要在繁華中學(xué)這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上展示自己的激情和才華,致力于自身的發(fā)展,用勤學(xué)和善思書寫成長(zhǎng),用求實(shí)和崇真建立我們的教育事業(yè),推動(dòng)學(xué)校的發(fā)展;

      作為一名純民辦學(xué)校的老師,有機(jī)會(huì)在這里發(fā)言,我感到十分榮幸,謝謝教辦的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)我,也衷心謝謝培養(yǎng)我的南光中英文學(xué)校!

      “不辭園丁苦,但求桃李香”是我工作的格言,總覺(jué)得教師是一份幸運(yùn)的職業(yè),因?yàn)槟芸粗鴮W(xué)生天天進(jìn)步,能感受教育教學(xué)工作的喜悅。我自踏上講臺(tái),就全身心地投入到的教育教學(xué)本職工作上。強(qiáng)烈的進(jìn)取心和責(zé)任感,使我在工作、思想、學(xué)習(xí)等方面都嚴(yán)格要求自己。

      面對(duì)如今日新月異的教育,使我深刻地感受到:只有不斷努力學(xué)習(xí),提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平和自身素質(zhì),才能立足于教壇!做一名學(xué)習(xí)型的老師吧!為此,我不斷地深入鉆研教材教法,摸索出一套適合于小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的新教法,創(chuàng)出了自己的教學(xué)特色。業(yè) 余時(shí)間,我還經(jīng)常翻閱其他有關(guān)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的參考資料,或上網(wǎng)查閱資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)有幫助的東西都一一記錄下來(lái),并認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)和鉆研。例如:專業(yè)類的《少年兒童英語(yǔ)教法》,《teaching english in the primary school》等;閱讀類的《兒童趣味英語(yǔ)》;心理類的《英語(yǔ)教育心理學(xué)》;還有很多兒童英文歌曲﹑童謠等有聲材料。此外,我還經(jīng)常向有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師請(qǐng)教,聆聽(tīng)他們的教學(xué)見(jiàn)解,學(xué)習(xí)他們的優(yōu)秀教法并實(shí)踐到自己的課堂上來(lái)。每個(gè)學(xué)期積極主動(dòng)承擔(dān)研究課,虛心聽(tīng)取各位教師的評(píng)課意見(jiàn),在教學(xué)中不斷改進(jìn),不斷提高,使自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平躍上了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的新臺(tái)階。再有,我還不斷參加各類的繼續(xù)教育學(xué)習(xí)以提高自身的業(yè)務(wù)水平。曾參加了由廈門大學(xué)紀(jì)玉華教授在南海師范舉辦的“三明治”故事教學(xué)法的講座、全國(guó)目標(biāo)教學(xué)推廣研討會(huì)、國(guó)家外語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)教育中心在杭州舉行的基礎(chǔ)教育tefl研討會(huì)、廣東省 “基礎(chǔ)教育英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)工具的研制和開(kāi)發(fā)”課題開(kāi)題會(huì); xx年5月到香港參加”magic english” 的課程培訓(xùn)。

      在提高業(yè)務(wù)水平的同時(shí),我還繼續(xù)進(jìn)修英語(yǔ)專業(yè)本科的學(xué)習(xí),全面提高自己的文化知識(shí)水平。

      在教學(xué)方面,自參加工作以來(lái),我服從學(xué)校的安排,一直擔(dān)任中高年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué), 我堅(jiān)持認(rèn)真地備課,精心設(shè)計(jì)教案,悉心批改作業(yè),虛心向有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老師及教研員請(qǐng)教。經(jīng)過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)踐,已形成了極具個(gè)人特色的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。我經(jīng)常采用游戲啟發(fā)、情景創(chuàng)設(shè)、聯(lián)系引用、自組教材等寓教于樂(lè)的教學(xué)方法,深入淺出地講清每個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn),突破重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),增強(qiáng)教學(xué)的感染力,有效地調(diào)節(jié)了學(xué)生的情緒,切實(shí)地激活了每一節(jié)課。平時(shí)注意抓好單元過(guò)關(guān)﹑總結(jié),做到及時(shí)查缺補(bǔ)漏,尤其加強(qiáng)中下生的輔導(dǎo)。因此,歷年來(lái),所擔(dān)任的班級(jí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)水平高,能聽(tīng)懂外籍老師和本校老師的英語(yǔ)教學(xué),并用流暢的英語(yǔ)回答老師的問(wèn)題,能與外籍老師交談,部分學(xué)生甚至能充當(dāng)小翻譯。在期末考試中,成績(jī)優(yōu)秀,合格率達(dá)100%,優(yōu)秀率達(dá)96.3%.平均分超過(guò)同類學(xué)校10分左右。近幾年所擔(dān)任的六年級(jí)學(xué)生在報(bào)讀石門實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)、南海實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)、佛山華英中學(xué)的英語(yǔ)檢測(cè)中,平均分比全部考生高15分以上,在今年六年級(jí)期末區(qū)統(tǒng)考中,平均分比桂城街道同類學(xué)校的平均分高20分;積極輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加全國(guó)小學(xué)生英語(yǔ)能力競(jìng)賽,近四年來(lái),我輔導(dǎo)的學(xué)生,30多位分別獲得全國(guó)和佛山地區(qū)的一、二、三等獎(jiǎng),本人則獲得優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)。
