“聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)”能力訓(xùn)練的目的是學(xué)好知識(shí)、培養(yǎng)能力。它是語(yǔ)文課的重要任務(wù),又是學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文知識(shí)的完整過(guò)程。但從目前的現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,最被忽視的就是“說(shuō)”的訓(xùn)練。從教師的心態(tài)來(lái)看,認(rèn)為“說(shuō)”會(huì)影響教學(xué)進(jìn)度,而且,中考、高考又不考它,寫(xiě)好作文就行了。熟不知,“說(shuō)”的訓(xùn)練正是為“寫(xiě)”打基礎(chǔ),二者是不可分的。
那么,怎樣訓(xùn)練學(xué)生“說(shuō)”的能力呢?
為了提高學(xué)生“說(shuō)”的能力,我們采用了“課前三分鐘演講”。具體做法是:每堂語(yǔ)文課在講授新課前按學(xué)號(hào)排,由一名學(xué)生演講,然后根據(jù)這名同學(xué)的演講,由學(xué)生或老師做簡(jiǎn)短的講評(píng)。堅(jiān)持由易到難的原則,開(kāi)始時(shí),站在座位上講,后來(lái)到臺(tái)上講,從自由講話逐漸發(fā)展為命題講話,即興演講。內(nèi)容可講所聞所見(jiàn)所感。這樣一學(xué)期經(jīng)過(guò)篩選把較好的演講稿裝訂成冊(cè),定題為“擷英——高一演講集錦”,印發(fā)給學(xué)生。
“課前三分鐘演講”有哪些好處呢?
首先,它訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。學(xué)生在限定的時(shí)間內(nèi)把準(zhǔn)備好的內(nèi)容表達(dá)出來(lái)。要求明了、輕快、準(zhǔn)確、令人信服。通過(guò)演講,學(xué)生內(nèi)在的表達(dá)能力在教師和全體同學(xué)面前真實(shí)地外傳。“三分鐘演講”使學(xué)生比較準(zhǔn)確地了解自己表達(dá)能力。如在講話中語(yǔ)言是否準(zhǔn)確,吐字是否清楚,聲音是否宏亮,節(jié)奏是否合適,聲調(diào)是否恰當(dāng),表情是否自然,感情是否真實(shí)等。在講話中,學(xué)生看到了別人,也看到了自己,講評(píng)別人的同時(shí),也在規(guī)范著自己。其次,它有助于提高學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力。如果按傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法,每人每學(xué)期寫(xiě)作文八篇,提高學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力,效果總是不甚明顯。通過(guò)“課前三分鐘演講”有助于提高學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力,因?yàn)閷W(xué)生要想三分鐘演講取得較好的成績(jī),必須演講前要組織好材料,經(jīng)過(guò)立意,構(gòu)思成文,最后修改成稿。因而說(shuō)的過(guò)程,也是寫(xiě)的過(guò)程,要想說(shuō)好必須寫(xiě)好,不能應(yīng)付,這樣就能調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生的作文水平大有提高。

(二)評(píng)分說(shuō)明
1、準(zhǔn)備充分(占20分):演講的準(zhǔn)備分兩個(gè)內(nèi)容,一是演講稿的準(zhǔn)備,二是演講的輔助媒體的準(zhǔn)備。對(duì)于演講稿的準(zhǔn)備,我要求,每一位演講的同學(xué)要提前一周把演講稿交給老師,老師提出意見(jiàn),學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)修改,再提意見(jiàn)再修改,直到老師認(rèn)可后,學(xué)生再進(jìn)行正式演講前的準(zhǔn)備。演講時(shí)如果為了提高演講的生動(dòng)性,需要用到輔助媒體,如課件、實(shí)物投影,需要的設(shè)備要和老師商量并提前兩天作演練,以保證課堂演講能有序進(jìn)行,盡量避免意外或把意外降到最低,以免耽誤演講后的正常上課。
在評(píng)分中,我把演講的準(zhǔn)備納入其中一項(xiàng)的打分,目的要讓學(xué)生重視這次演講。因?yàn)檫@樣的機(jī)會(huì)不多,半個(gè)學(xué)期才輪到一次,不好好準(zhǔn)備,積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),就浪費(fèi)這一次珍貴的機(jī)會(huì)了。
2、內(nèi)容充實(shí)(占20分):這主要體現(xiàn)在演講稿的寫(xiě)作上,要求演講內(nèi)容具體充實(shí),有個(gè)性特點(diǎn)。

建文小學(xué)實(shí)施“課前三分演講”活動(dòng)草案
指導(dǎo)思想:
“聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)”能力訓(xùn)練的目的是學(xué)好知識(shí)、培養(yǎng)能力。但從目前的現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,最被忽視的就是“說(shuō)”的訓(xùn)練。在3月21日街道教辦組織的教學(xué)視導(dǎo)中,周東群主任也建議性地提出了這個(gè)問(wèn)題。她認(rèn)為,課前三分演講活動(dòng)時(shí)間短、受益面卻廣?!罢n前三分鐘”訓(xùn)練所用的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),一般不會(huì)影響當(dāng)堂課教學(xué)任務(wù)的完成。而每個(gè)學(xué)生都要參加,受到鍛煉的是全班所有的學(xué)生。同時(shí),三分鐘演講也滿足了每位學(xué)生渴望向其他人展示自己表現(xiàn)自己的心理,這就給學(xué)生提供了這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)和平臺(tái),也促進(jìn)了同學(xué)之間的相互學(xué)習(xí)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。因此,教導(dǎo)處決定從第七周開(kāi)始,在全校語(yǔ)文課堂上,開(kāi)展“課前三分鐘演講”活動(dòng),待形成一定規(guī)模,積累一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)后,再慢慢推廣到所有學(xué)科。
實(shí)施目的:
首先,它訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。學(xué)生在限定的時(shí)間內(nèi)把準(zhǔn)備好的內(nèi)容表達(dá)出來(lái)。要求明了、輕快、準(zhǔn)確、令人信服。通過(guò)演講,學(xué)生內(nèi)在的表達(dá)能力在全體同學(xué)面前真實(shí)展現(xiàn)。“三分鐘演講”使學(xué)生比較準(zhǔn)確地了解自己表達(dá)能力:在講話中語(yǔ)言是否準(zhǔn)確,吐字是否清楚,聲音是否宏亮,節(jié)奏是否合適,聲調(diào)是否恰當(dāng),表情是否自然,感情是否真實(shí)等。在講話中,學(xué)生看到了別人,也看到了自己,講評(píng)別人的同時(shí),也在規(guī)范著自己。因此,課前三分鐘演講,能把學(xué)生的“聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)”有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái),既能提高學(xué)生的大膽說(shuō)話能力,樹(shù)立信心,又能全面提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)文素養(yǎng),其次,它有助于提高學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力。如果按傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法,每人每學(xué)期寫(xiě)作文八篇,提高學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力,效果總是不甚明顯。通過(guò)“課前三分鐘演講”可有效地彌補(bǔ)這一不足。因?yàn)閷W(xué)生要想三分鐘演講取得較好的成績(jī),必須演講前要組織好材料,經(jīng)過(guò)立意,構(gòu)思,成文,最后修改成稿。因而說(shuō)的過(guò)程,也是寫(xiě)的過(guò)程,要想說(shuō)好必須寫(xiě)好,不能應(yīng)付,這樣就能調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的訓(xùn)練,對(duì)學(xué)生的作文水平是大有裨益的。
第三,“課前三分鐘演講”為進(jìn)行思想教育創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)生動(dòng)活潑的平臺(tái),開(kāi)辟了一條新途徑。學(xué)生演講內(nèi)容攝取身邊所見(jiàn)、所聞、所感,內(nèi)容豐富多彩。諸如理想抱負(fù)、人生價(jià)值、社會(huì)生活現(xiàn)象、個(gè)人生活感受、班級(jí)活動(dòng)、家庭關(guān)系、讀書(shū)心得、學(xué)生之間關(guān)系等,這都對(duì)學(xué)生思想有教育意義,做到了潤(rùn)物細(xì)無(wú)聲。
第四,“課前三分鐘演講”鍛煉了學(xué)生邏輯思維。為了準(zhǔn)備演講,學(xué)生要選擇材料和組織材料,進(jìn)行認(rèn)真地思考。怎么把話講好:先說(shuō)什么,后說(shuō)什么,怎樣開(kāi)頭,怎樣結(jié)尾。這些都要進(jìn)行認(rèn)識(shí)、分析、歸納、整理等各種形式的思維活動(dòng)。此外,“課前三分鐘演講”還能拓寬學(xué)生的知識(shí)面,培養(yǎng)他們敏捷的思維能力。
實(shí)施細(xì)則:
1、每堂語(yǔ)文課在講授新課之前,由一名學(xué)生先進(jìn)行約三分的演講??梢韵日?qǐng)那些表現(xiàn)大膽,平時(shí)就活躍積極的學(xué)生先講;也可以按
學(xué)號(hào)進(jìn)行。這樣安排有利學(xué)生掌握自己的出場(chǎng)時(shí)間,同時(shí)也避免了乏味單調(diào)。
2、堅(jiān)持由易到難的原則。開(kāi)始時(shí),站在座位上講,后來(lái)到臺(tái)上講;從自由講話逐漸發(fā)展為命題講話,即興演講;先可以拿著稿子上臺(tái)講,最后發(fā)展到脫稿講。先講一兩分鐘,最后講三分鐘。內(nèi)容可講所聞所見(jiàn)所感;可以是自己寫(xiě)的小作文;也可以是從課外書(shū)上看到的優(yōu)美句段;甚至可以是課文中自己感受最深的自然段。老師注意指導(dǎo),避免出現(xiàn)那種任由學(xué)生低頭念稿、敷衍了事的做法。至于演講的形式等,則不作過(guò)多限制,以留給學(xué)生充分發(fā)揮的空間。
3、多鼓勵(lì),少批評(píng)。學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)決定了他們自尊心強(qiáng)、渴望受到鼓勵(lì)的心理特點(diǎn),所以教師在點(diǎn)評(píng)時(shí)一定要以鼓勵(lì)為主。老師要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生演講中的閃光點(diǎn),如一個(gè)別致新穎的題目、一段引人人勝的開(kāi)頭、一段發(fā)人深思的結(jié)尾、一句精彩有語(yǔ)言,一個(gè)張揚(yáng)的動(dòng)作等。這樣既可以使演講者受到鼓舞,又可以使聽(tīng)者深受啟發(fā),在以后的演講中把這些閃光點(diǎn)發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。
4、老師注意引導(dǎo)學(xué)生整理自己的演講稿,并在演講結(jié)束后,再引導(dǎo)學(xué)生把自己的演講稿謄正到小作文本上。做到一周一總評(píng),適當(dāng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)講的好的同學(xué),適當(dāng)樹(shù)立榜樣力量。經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的積累,老師還可以引導(dǎo)學(xué)生,把演講稿裝訂成冊(cè),再由學(xué)生商議把冊(cè)子定個(gè)有班級(jí)個(gè)性特色的名字,如“擷英
