尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事們： 大家好！

很高興能站在這里和大家進(jìn)行面對面的交流，今天，我演講的題目是：《用愛走向童心世界》。

春天，是一個充滿愛的季節(jié)；春天，柳條吐綠，桃花盛開，全然一個生機(jī)勃勃的開始。啟英幼兒園——撫育春苗的園圃，這里，是希望的田野，是我心中最美麗的向往，懷著滿腔的熱情和炙熱的愛，我微笑著邁進(jìn)了新的工作環(huán)境，用愛繼續(xù)普寫我與幼教事業(yè)的不解之緣。

愛是什么呢？愛是生命的源泉,愛是教育的根基，沒有愛就沒有教育。在幼兒教育中，愛更是教育的靈魂和生命，是溝通師生心靈的橋梁，因而也是教育成功的基石。

每天清晨,伴著朝陽,我滿懷著關(guān)愛迎來了孩子們,他們有的活潑可愛,有的淘氣頑皮,有的聰穎,有的天真??無論他來自什么樣的家庭,無論他表現(xiàn)如何,我都微笑著善待他們中的每一個。幼兒教師是孩子們?nèi)松薪佑|的第一個老師，是孩子認(rèn)識世界的啟蒙者和引領(lǐng)者，在孩子的成長過程中扮演著重要的角色，不僅僅是傳授給孩子們知識和技能，還傳授給他們傳統(tǒng)的美德和做人的道理，為孩子一生的發(fā)展奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。他們稚嫩、好動愛鬧、喜怒無常，但是他們是祖國的希望和未來，是父母心中的寶貝，當(dāng)父母們把孩子稚嫩的小手交付與我時，是對我的信任，對孩子的期盼。給孩子們指引一個美好的未來，既是我的職責(zé)，也是我的使命。幼兒啟蒙教育是充滿生機(jī)的過程，是與孩子們心靈的相遇和交流。我們要尊重、熱愛每一個幼兒，引導(dǎo)幼兒喜歡幼兒園，在學(xué)習(xí)中發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造性和競爭性，在玩樂中培養(yǎng)幼兒從小發(fā)揚中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，讓孩子們在愛的呵護(hù)中快樂成長。

有人說，師魂是愛，這愛是春天的愛，它不僅僅是偏愛那些最艷麗的花朵，也愛那些青青綠草。關(guān)注每個孩子的個性，是每個孩子發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。因人施教，個性張揚，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)“一花獨放不是春，萬紫千紅春滿園”。幼兒教師的愛，更顯得春風(fēng)化雨，體貼入微，我愛孩子，我愛幼兒園，我愛我的工作。從選擇這份工作時，孩子們的每一個細(xì)微的變化都牽動著我的心，而當(dāng)孩子們有進(jìn)步時，哪怕只是學(xué)會一首歌，數(shù)對一個數(shù)字，我所體驗的那種成功感，都是其他任何工作皆無法比擬的??于是，我便愛上這份職業(yè)不能自拔，當(dāng)我揮灑汗水，當(dāng)我疲乏勞頓時，我發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們忽然長大了，懂事了，聰明了，猛然間，我找到了自身的價值：幼兒教師的工作是塑造人的工作，它神圣而又偉大，我從心里為自己的選擇驕傲。作為幼兒教師，孩子即是帆船，正豎起桅桿，準(zhǔn)備遠(yuǎn)航，我愿意做微風(fēng)，推動他們稚嫩的風(fēng)帆，在他們?nèi)松某鹾街杏脽o限的愛為他們祝福。啟英的成長離不開每個人的努力，啟英的發(fā)展離不開每個人的拼搏，讓我們伸出愛的雙手，彎下腰，拍拍孩子的肩，然后給孩子指出要走的路；讓我們伸出愛的雙手，輕柔地扶著孩子的肩，在他遇到坎坷時，使上一把勁，讓他不要摔倒，走得更穩(wěn)；讓我們伸出愛的雙手，在孩子取得了哪怕一丁點的進(jìn)步，都伸出大拇指，或摸摸他的頭，表示鼓勵；讓我們伸出愛的雙手(轉(zhuǎn)載于:幼兒園英語演講稿)，在孩子氣餒、傷心時，給他安慰。對，就是這樣的一雙手，托起明天的太陽。時代在前進(jìn)，教育要振興。作為一個平凡的幼教工作者，為了太陽底下最光輝的事業(yè)，為了啟英幼兒園教育事業(yè)更上一層樓，讓我們攜手并肩、風(fēng)雨兼程，將我們的愛傾情地?fù)]灑在神圣的崗位上，為啟英的未來增光添彩。

有人說：“幼兒園是最容易教的，卻也是最難教的。”這句話乍一聽起來很矛盾似的。但是在我從教一兩個月以后，我卻對這句話的內(nèi)涵有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識。

說容易教是因為孩子們什么都不懂，教的時候任你發(fā)揮；說難教，也是因為孩子們什么都不懂，所以要教好他們，除了應(yīng)該有足夠的耐心之外，還必須有足夠的愛心和責(zé)任心。所以幼兒園教師除了像一般的教師一樣具備良好的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和師德之外，還必須有一顆童心，只有這樣，才能更好的和孩子們交流溝通，更容易讓孩子們接受你所傳授的知識和經(jīng)驗。

我是一名新教師，在學(xué)校里我學(xué)的雖然是幼師，畢業(yè)后卻一直在教小學(xué)。今年暑假開學(xué)機(jī)緣巧合我成了一名幼兒教師，雖說教育都是相通的，卻也只是一句泛泛之談，真正運用于實踐還是需要很多努力和探索的。

現(xiàn)在的工作對我來說是新奇而又充滿了挑戰(zhàn)的。我一直很喜歡孩子，也一向自認(rèn)為很有孩子緣，原本以為做一個孩子王來說一定是駕輕就熟的了?？墒敲鎸ξ迨畟€性格各異，來自于不同家庭的孩子，我還真是有些束手無策了。

這三個月以來，在園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的鼓勵下，在有經(jīng)驗老師的幫助下，我用各種方式、方法來了解孩子：在日常生活中以“媽媽”的細(xì)心關(guān)心體貼他們；在教育教學(xué)中以“嚴(yán)師”的耐心啟發(fā)引導(dǎo)他們；在游戲中以“玩伴”的童心信任鼓勵他們。走進(jìn)童心

世界，與他們同歌同舞，同喜同憂，同玩同樂，處處與孩子們打成一片，理智施愛，孩子們很快愿意和我在一起，并愿意把自己的小秘密、悄悄話告訴我，甚至給我?guī)硭麄冏钕矚g的食品和禮物，我的愛得到了回報。有人說，愛是辛苦的，被愛是幸福的。在我看來，愛與被愛是同樣幸福的，付出愛后得到的愛是那樣的讓人滿足。我深深地感受到只有愛的奉獻(xiàn)，才是愛的主旋律。幼兒的心靈是一張未經(jīng)渲染的白紙，是幼兒教師們幫他們描繪成一幅幅美妙的圖畫；幼兒的心靈是一群凌亂的小音符，是教師幫他們編排出一曲曲動人的樂章；教師的充滿愛意的言傳身教對孩子們的未來起著不可估摸的作用。

我給孩子們播種著真摯的、無私的愛，孩子們也使我收獲著他們獨有的、天真的、純潔的愛。在今后的工作中，我會堅定我的信念，用愛繼續(xù)譜寫孩子們的孩提時代，讓我的孩子獲得最大的快樂和進(jìn)步。因為愛是老師最美的語言。

正定縣幼兒園王麗 子氣哭的時候，常有被家長誤解的時候，常有被瑣事困擾的時候……，面對外面精彩的世界，時尚前衛(wèi)的生活，我也曾有過猶豫，有過彷徨，有過迷惘……可是，看看孩子們那一雙雙純真明亮的眼眸時，我再次堅定了自己的選擇，講臺上的我，一定是最美麗的。送走了一屆又一屆的孩子，一幕幕深情的記憶在心底珍藏。在悄悄流逝的日子里，最大的安慰莫過于見到孩子在人生路上的一步步成功?？?，女孩亭亭玉立，男孩天真活潑，我的心怎不被一種驚訝和喜悅所充盈。

教師它沒有驚天動地之舉，只是從繁雜瑣碎的工作中細(xì)細(xì)地理出一天的思路；它沒有哀婉動聽的故事，只是校園里冬青樹一綠再綠的新意；它沒有驚險的飛躍，只是歲歲年年、朝朝暮暮與孩子的風(fēng)雨兼程。

人們常說，教師是蠟燭，照亮別人；我以為，教師更象火炬，熊熊燃燒中有學(xué)生的光焰。這些年來，許多孩子已經(jīng)融進(jìn)了我的生命，成為我生命中不可或缺的部分。我深深地愛著他們，真誠地感謝他們。我知道，正是因為有了他們，我的生命才會象今天這樣多彩，象今天這樣燦爛！

又是一個飄雪的季節(jié)，冬天來了，我也來了。心中捧來了如夏日鮮花般色彩的向往：我立志、我勤勉，我要用嶄新的面貌去解答孩子心中的夢想；我自豪，我幸運，我是一名新世紀(jì)的孩子王；我堅定，我獨立，用雙腳踩出執(zhí)著的征程，去映現(xiàn)新世紀(jì)教師的形象。

作為一個新員工，我覺得僅僅用“團(tuán)結(jié)力”來形容我在這次運動會中所收獲的感受并不準(zhǔn)確。有人關(guān)心我們的身體健康，有人在意我們的衣食冷暖，我們也為了全體的榮譽(yù)奮力一搏，這已經(jīng)超越了“團(tuán)隊”的概念，這更讓我感覺像“家”。在接受了這么多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心、前輩兄弟姐妹的愛護(hù)后，我們這批新員工已經(jīng)潛移默化地把這里當(dāng)成了家，愿意把xxx的責(zé)任、使命當(dāng)成自己的責(zé)任、使命，為xxx而努力，因xxx而自豪。
