有人說(shuō)：“幼兒園是最容易教的，卻也是最難教的?！边@句話乍一聽(tīng)起來(lái)很矛盾似的。但是在我從教一兩個(gè)月以后，我卻對(duì)這句話的內(nèi)涵有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。

說(shuō)容易教是因?yàn)楹⒆觽兪裁炊疾欢?，教的時(shí)候任你發(fā)揮；說(shuō)難教，也是因?yàn)楹⒆觽兪裁炊疾欢砸毯盟麄?，除了?yīng)該有足夠的耐心之外，還必須有足夠的愛(ài)心和責(zé)任心。所以幼兒園教師除了像一般的教師一樣具備良好的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和師德之外，還必須有一顆童心，只有這樣，才能更好的和孩子們交流溝通，更容易讓孩子們接受你所傳授的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

我是一名新教師，在學(xué)校里我學(xué)的雖然是幼師，畢業(yè)后卻一直在教小學(xué)。今年暑假開(kāi)學(xué)機(jī)緣巧合我成了一名幼兒教師，雖說(shuō)教育都是相通的，卻也只是一句泛泛之談，真正運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐還是需要很多努力和探索的。

現(xiàn)在的工作對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是新奇而又充滿了挑戰(zhàn)的。我一直很喜歡孩子，也一向自認(rèn)為很有孩子緣，原本以為做一個(gè)孩子王來(lái)說(shuō)一定是駕輕就熟的了?？墒敲鎸?duì)五十個(gè)性格各異，來(lái)自于不同家庭的孩子，我還真是有些束手無(wú)策了。

這三個(gè)月以來(lái)，在園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的鼓勵(lì)下，在有經(jīng)驗(yàn)老師的幫助下，我用各種方式、方法來(lái)了解孩子：在日常生活中以“媽媽”的細(xì)心關(guān)心體貼他們；在教育教學(xué)中以“嚴(yán)師”的耐心啟發(fā)引導(dǎo)他們；在游戲中以“玩伴”的童心信任鼓勵(lì)他們。走進(jìn)童心

世界，與他們同歌同舞，同喜同憂，同玩同樂(lè)，處處與孩子們打成一片，理智施愛(ài)，孩子們很快愿意和我在一起，并愿意把自己的小秘密、悄悄話告訴我，甚至給我?guī)?lái)他們最喜歡的食品和禮物，我的愛(ài)得到了回報(bào)。有人說(shuō)，愛(ài)是辛苦的，被愛(ài)是幸福的。在我看來(lái)，愛(ài)與被愛(ài)是同樣幸福的，付出愛(ài)后得到的愛(ài)是那樣的讓人滿足。我深深地感受到只有愛(ài)的奉獻(xiàn)，才是愛(ài)的主旋律。幼兒的心靈是一張未經(jīng)渲染的白紙，是幼兒教師們幫他們描繪成一幅幅美妙的圖畫(huà)；幼兒的心靈是一群凌亂的小音符，是教師幫他們編排出一曲曲動(dòng)人的樂(lè)章；教師的充滿愛(ài)意的言傳身教對(duì)孩子們的未來(lái)起著不可估摸的作用。

我給孩子們播種著真摯的、無(wú)私的愛(ài)，孩子們也使我收獲著他們獨(dú)有的、天真的、純潔的愛(ài)。在今后的工作中，我會(huì)堅(jiān)定我的信念，用愛(ài)繼續(xù)譜寫(xiě)孩子們的孩提時(shí)代，讓我的孩子獲得最大的快樂(lè)和進(jìn)步。因?yàn)閻?ài)是老師最美的語(yǔ)言。

正定縣幼兒園王麗 子氣哭的時(shí)候，常有被家長(zhǎng)誤解的時(shí)候，常有被瑣事困擾的時(shí)候……，面對(duì)外面精彩的世界，時(shí)尚前衛(wèi)的生活，我也曾有過(guò)猶豫，有過(guò)彷徨，有過(guò)迷惘……可是，看看孩子們那一雙雙純真明亮的眼眸時(shí)，我再次堅(jiān)定了自己的選擇，講臺(tái)上的我，一定是最美麗的。送走了一屆又一屆的孩子，一幕幕深情的記憶在心底珍藏。在悄悄流逝的日子里，最大的安慰莫過(guò)于見(jiàn)到孩子在人生路上的一步步成功?？矗⑼ねび窳?，男孩天真活潑，我的心怎不被一種驚訝和喜悅所充盈。

教師它沒(méi)有驚天動(dòng)地之舉，只是從繁雜瑣碎的工作中細(xì)細(xì)地理出一天的思路；它沒(méi)有哀婉動(dòng)聽(tīng)的故事，只是校園里冬青樹(shù)一綠再綠的新意；它沒(méi)有驚險(xiǎn)的飛躍，只是歲歲年年、朝朝暮暮與孩子的風(fēng)雨兼程。

人們常說(shuō)，教師是蠟燭，照亮別人；我以為，教師更象火炬，熊熊燃燒中有學(xué)生的光焰。這些年來(lái)，許多孩子已經(jīng)融進(jìn)了我的生命，成為我生命中不可或缺的部分。我深深地愛(ài)著他們，真誠(chéng)地感謝他們。我知道，正是因?yàn)橛辛怂麄?，我的生命才?huì)象今天這樣多彩，象今天這樣燦爛！

又是一個(gè)飄雪的季節(jié)，冬天來(lái)了，我也來(lái)了。心中捧來(lái)了如夏日鮮花般色彩的向往：我立志、我勤勉，我要用嶄新的面貌去解答孩子心中的夢(mèng)想；我自豪，我幸運(yùn)，我是一名新世紀(jì)的孩子王；我堅(jiān)定，我獨(dú)立，用雙腳踩出執(zhí)著的征程，去映現(xiàn)新世紀(jì)教師的形象。

3、把單位當(dāng)家

作為一個(gè)新員工，我覺(jué)得僅僅用“團(tuán)結(jié)力”來(lái)形容我在這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中所收獲的感受并不準(zhǔn)確。有人關(guān)心我們的身體健康，有人在意我們的衣食冷暖，我們也為了全體的榮譽(yù)奮力一搏，這已經(jīng)超越了“團(tuán)隊(duì)”的概念，這更讓我感覺(jué)像“家”。在接受了這么多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心、前輩兄弟姐妹的愛(ài)護(hù)后，我們這批新員工已經(jīng)潛移默化地把這里當(dāng)成了家，愿意把xxx的責(zé)任、使命當(dāng)成自己的責(zé)任、使命，為xxx而努力，因xxx而自豪。
