有關(guān)自學(xué)考試學(xué)位申請的問題

一、申請學(xué)士學(xué)位條件

1、學(xué)習(xí)并通過考試計劃規(guī)定的政治理論課程，能夠掌握馬克思主義的基本理論，并具有運用馬克思主義的立場、觀點和方法分析、認識問題的初步能力。

2、通過自學(xué)考試，取得了本科全部課程的合格證書，完成了畢業(yè)論文并通過論文答辯，經(jīng)審核準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)，表明考生確已較好掌握本學(xué)科的基礎(chǔ)理論，專門知識和基本技能，并具有從事科學(xué)研究或擔(dān)負專門技術(shù)工作的初步能力。

3、申請學(xué)士學(xué)位的考生所學(xué)專業(yè)的主干課程平均成績必須達到主考院校要求，并通過學(xué)位英語考試。(主考院校對學(xué)位授予有自己的規(guī)定，例如北京有8個專業(yè)要求平均分65分以上才可以授予學(xué)位，具體要求請咨詢主考院校。)

二、申請學(xué)位程序

1、高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生符合學(xué)士學(xué)位審批條件，于發(fā)畢業(yè)證的同時向當(dāng)?shù)亟逃荚囋夯蜃詫W(xué)考試辦公室提出申請，填寫學(xué)士學(xué)位評定表一式2份，交近期2寸免冠照片一張。

2、市考試院或自考辦對申請人檔案材料(包括本科畢業(yè)生鑒定表、畢業(yè)論文原件及論文成績單)和畢業(yè)生填寫的學(xué)士學(xué)位評定表進行審定，無誤后，于3月底報省考試院。

3、省考試院整理匯總各市地申報的學(xué)士學(xué)位材料，進行初審，初審合格者將考生檔案材料與學(xué)土學(xué)位名冊于每年4月推薦給有授予權(quán)的主考學(xué)校。

4、主考學(xué)校學(xué)士學(xué)位主管部門和學(xué)術(shù)委員會按要求對申請學(xué)位者逐個評審，評審合格，授予學(xué)士學(xué)位，未通過者不再補授。

三、不授予對象

高教自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生有下列情況之一者，不能授予學(xué)士學(xué)位：

1、違反四項基本原則，或受學(xué)校及工作單位紀(jì)律、行政處分者;

2、考試期間，有違紀(jì)、舞弊行為受到處理者;

3、未取得申請學(xué)士學(xué)位外國語統(tǒng)考合格證書者。

四、授予學(xué)位程序

1、參加學(xué)位外國語考試的考生在各主考學(xué)校報名。

2、符合學(xué)士學(xué)位授予條件擬申請學(xué)位者，須持本科畢業(yè)證書和外國語考試合格證，到主考學(xué)校學(xué)位辦申請并填寫本科畢業(yè)生學(xué)士學(xué)位申請表，經(jīng)工作單位或有關(guān)學(xué)校審核，省自考辦審核成績后，交主考學(xué)校成教院(自考中心)，報學(xué)校學(xué)位委員會審核。

3、高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生申請學(xué)位者應(yīng)向主考學(xué)校學(xué)位主管部門交納考務(wù)、評審等費用，具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按有關(guān)文件精神執(zhí)行。同時向主考學(xué)校繳納一科次的報名費。

4、主考學(xué)校學(xué)位辦將評審結(jié)果等相關(guān)材料報送省學(xué)位辦備案，同時送省自考辦一份備查。

五、補授情況

往屆未授予學(xué)士學(xué)位的高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生，原則上一律不再補授。各地詳細情況請咨詢各地考辦。

一、申請條件

1.參加高等教育自學(xué)考試且各專業(yè)如下學(xué)位課程考試（每門百分制）平均成績達到70分以上（含70分）。

（1）環(huán)境工程專業(yè)：環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價、水污染控制工程、大氣污染控制工程。（2）公共管理專業(yè)：公共管理學(xué)、行政管理學(xué)、行政職業(yè)能力測評、人力資源開發(fā)與管理。

2.參加高等教育自學(xué)考試“英語

（二）”考試成績達到70分以上（含70分）。3.畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）成績達到良好以上（含良好）。

錦衣衛(wèi)（加上上面的幾個 都是最近的作品 不得不說 國產(chǎn)電影越來越上道兒了 只不過光追求商業(yè)性了。。太單薄。。）

大話西游（哇 這電影簡直就是開創(chuàng)了新紀(jì)元啊。。不僅喜歡它的無厘頭 還喜歡里面的愛情。。）

可可西里（里面的巡邏隊 在可可西里真實存在）我們倆（同類的還有“月球”“空房間”“夢想照進現(xiàn)實” 就是電影從始至終就那么兩三個人 場景也不怎么換 就一個地方）

男人四十（愛死林嘉欣了。。還有張學(xué)友）

PTU機動部隊之同袍（同袍最好“PTU機動部隊”都不錯

迫在眉睫（好人干壞事兒 看電影的過程中一直猜測著結(jié)局 挺能吸引人的）狙擊電話亭（快節(jié)奏電影 看了一秒想下一秒）持續(xù)驚恐（同上兩步 扣人心弦 吸引人）

相信有很多人會認為 斷頭谷 致命ID 迫在眉睫 狙擊電話亭 持續(xù)恐慌 這幾部電影算是經(jīng)典之列了吧 不過我還是把這些放在了下面 這些電影 或多或少都有遺憾之處 我只能說 是很努力很努力想要拍好的電影 但還算不上一流（我這么說 很多人會噴我了 不明白為什么大家都那么盲目的崇拜蒂姆伯頓 我連無頭騎士根本就沒放在這個榜單里 斷頭谷 我覺得還是放在下面好了。。當(dāng)然剪刀手愛德華我還是非常喜歡的）死亡飛車

關(guān)于暴力街區(qū) 有些話不得不說 這電影的跑酷其實很不精彩。。也就是鉆車玻璃 鉆門玻璃 鉆送餐口 那么寥寥幾個片段很過癮 其他還有什么呢？打斗場面無趣之極 動作導(dǎo)演一定很爛。。就是跳來跳去 雖然跳來跳去難度也很大 但是觀賞性實在是不佳。。其實國人不要把跑酷看的這么神奇 大家最早看到跑酷的時候 你們還是孩子呢----成龍！成龍電影里面的跑酷 比暴力街區(qū)觀賞性強多了！

最后放點讓我非常失望的電影 都很出名

但我覺得都很爛

都是三流片子。。三流三流三流 都太爛了。。懶得評論

蝴蝶效應(yīng)（尤其第二第三部 真爛 但第一部還有點意思的~）第九區(qū)（這電影可以說是很努力想要講一個好故事 但仍舊是個三流片兒 真不明白 就這樣一個片子 怎么就給你們那么大的“心靈震撼 人性拷問” 這著實是一部很普通很一般的電影）異次元殺陣（超級立方體）刺客聯(lián)盟 殺手代號47 終極面試

一、申報條件

1、每次申報只限上一6月、12月畢業(yè)的考生。

2、主干課程（各專業(yè)主干課程附后）平均成績65分以上，畢業(yè)論文成績75分以上。

3、學(xué)位外語合格證必須在有效期內(nèi)。

4、在歷次自學(xué)考試中無作弊記錄。

二、申報時間地點

1、時間：每年的3月15日—3月20日。

2、地點：河北科技大學(xué)中校區(qū)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院415房間.3、乘車路線：火車站乘32路、55路、6路，河北大戲院站。

三、申報時需提交的材料

1、申請學(xué)士學(xué)位評定表（現(xiàn)場填寫）。

2、學(xué)士學(xué)位外語合格證（原件）。

3、自學(xué)考試畢業(yè)鑒定表（復(fù)印件）。
