關(guān)于做好 2012 年普通高等教育專科 升本科考試錄取工作的通知 有關(guān)高等學(xué)校教務(wù)處： 根據(jù) 《山東省教育廳關(guān)于做好 2012 年普通高等教育專 科升本科工作的通知》（魯教高字〔2011〕16 號，以下簡稱 《通知》）精神，現(xiàn)將我省 2012 年普通高等教育?？粕究疲ㄒ韵潞喎Q專升本）考試錄取工作有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

一、招生類別、專業(yè)和計(jì)劃 招生類別為：普通高等教育專升本。2012 年山東省普通高等教育專升本招生學(xué)校、招生專 業(yè)和計(jì)劃見附件 1，各專業(yè)考試科目見附件 2。

二、報(bào)名 2012 年應(yīng)屆?？疲ǜ呗殻┊厴I(yè)生所在的省內(nèi)高校為生 源學(xué)校，承擔(dān) 2012 年專升本考試任務(wù)的學(xué)校為主考學(xué)校。

（一）報(bào)名時(shí)間 普通高等教育專升本實(shí)行統(tǒng)一時(shí)間報(bào)名，全省報(bào)名數(shù)據(jù) 上傳統(tǒng)一截止時(shí)間為 2012 年 3 月 11 日。在此之前，各生源 學(xué)?？筛鶕?jù)本校情況自行確定報(bào)名起止時(shí)間。具有我省轄區(qū)戶籍的普通高等教育?？疲ǜ呗殻┩鶎卯?業(yè)生（不含成人、自學(xué)考試、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育）和經(jīng)我省教育招生 考試院錄取，目前在其他省、市、自治區(qū)高校學(xué)習(xí)的 2012 年普通高等教育?？疲ǜ呗殻?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的報(bào)名時(shí)間及要求，理 系 統(tǒng) ” 學(xué) 校 可 在 2011 年 12 月 31 日 后 登 錄 網(wǎng) 站，sdheems.ujn.edu.cn 下載該軟件）錄入考生信息，建立考生數(shù) 據(jù)庫（數(shù)據(jù)庫格式見附件 3）。各高校要嚴(yán)格按照數(shù)據(jù)庫要 求填報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)，不得改變數(shù)據(jù)格式。專升本報(bào)名考試需要考生電子圖像信息。已進(jìn)行畢業(yè)生 電子注冊圖像信息采集的學(xué)校，可把報(bào)名考生的照片直接拷 貝到管理系統(tǒng)指定目錄，考生的照片須用考生的身份證號命 名，由系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行審核；尚未進(jìn)行畢業(yè)生電子注冊圖像信息采 集的學(xué)校，可通過管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場照像，但必須確保圖像 清晰且照片規(guī)格符合畢業(yè)生電子注冊圖像信息采集要求。管理系統(tǒng)同時(shí)具有考生網(wǎng)上自行填報(bào)考生信息和專門 人員統(tǒng)一導(dǎo)入考生信息功能，各高?？筛鶕?jù)本校情況靈

活 使用。管理系統(tǒng)使用技術(shù)支持方式：（1）QQ 群名稱： ************，號碼：********；山東省專升本主考學(xué)校，號碼： ********。技術(shù)支持電話：（2）*****，0531-*******。

（五）填報(bào)志愿 報(bào)名參加普通專升本考試的學(xué)生須填寫《2012 年山東 省普通高等教育專升本考試考生報(bào)名表》（見附件 4）并交 生源學(xué)校進(jìn)行報(bào)名，或通過生源學(xué)校指定網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行報(bào)名。填報(bào)志愿時(shí)，如果同一專業(yè)的招生學(xué)校有 2 所以上，考生 可填報(bào)第一志愿 1 個(gè)，第二志愿不超過 3 個(gè)（平行志愿），并在“是否服從調(diào)劑錄取”欄中填寫“是”或“否”，若不 填

寫，視為不服從調(diào)劑。

我處將對所有報(bào)名數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匯總審核，生源學(xué)?？捎?2012 年 3 月 23 日前通過軟件下載最終審核合格數(shù)據(jù)，并打 印出準(zhǔn)考證發(fā)放至考生本人。由于數(shù)據(jù)審核時(shí)相關(guān)信息可 能發(fā)生變化，下載最終審核合格數(shù)據(jù)前，請不要提前打印 考生準(zhǔn)考證。

（八）考場編排 主考學(xué)校須提前將考點(diǎn)設(shè)立情況報(bào)我處核準(zhǔn)，考場、座次、考生圖像等信息統(tǒng)一隨機(jī)編排，主考學(xué)?？捎?2012 年 3 月 23 日通過軟件進(jìn)行下載并于 3 月 25 日前將具體考 場地點(diǎn)信息上傳。2012 年 3 月 28 日起，考生可登錄網(wǎng)站 sdheems.ujn.edu.cn 查詢有關(guān)考試信息，并提前一天到主考 學(xué)?，F(xiàn)場確認(rèn)考試地點(diǎn)。

（九）報(bào)名費(fèi) 考生報(bào)名費(fèi)按照省物價(jià)局、省財(cái)政廳核定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收取，由生源學(xué)校代收。報(bào)名結(jié)束后我處將根據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)向生源 學(xué)校下達(dá)收費(fèi)通知，收取的報(bào)名費(fèi)統(tǒng)一交省財(cái)政專戶。

三、考試

（一）考試科目及要求 考試科目為 2 門公共課和 2 門專業(yè)綜合課。公共課每 門成績滿分為 100 分，專業(yè)綜合課每門成績滿分不超過 150 分。其中，英語（公共課）考試要求以《山東省高職高專 英語應(yīng)用能力考試大綱》為依據(jù)，計(jì)算機(jī)、大學(xué)語文和高 等數(shù)學(xué)的公共課考試要求分別見附件10、11、12。

1.2012年山東省專升本政策解答1.2012年專升本會(huì)取消嗎？

答：不會(huì)取消。2012年山東專升本總招收人數(shù)還會(huì)控制在1.5萬左右，招收專業(yè)會(huì)做一些細(xì)微的調(diào)整。

2.2012年招生簡章什么時(shí)候公布，什么時(shí)候考試？

答：一般情況下在2011年11月份公布招生簡章，12月底或次年1月初考試。沒出2012年簡章之前可參考2011年招生簡章。3.專升本考試的科目和分值？

答：考試科目分為公共課和專業(yè)課，師范類總分是500分（學(xué)前教育、音體美有技能測試總分大于500分），高職高專類一般為400分。公共課包括：英語（公共外語課為俄語或日語的學(xué)生分別考俄語或日語；公共外語課為其他小語種和報(bào)考外語類專業(yè)的學(xué)生考大學(xué)語文）和計(jì)算機(jī)（計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)考高數(shù)），公共課每門100分。專業(yè)課包括綜合一卷和綜合二卷，師范類綜合一和綜合二各有三門，高職高專類綜合一和綜合二各有2至3門。

4、專升本考試如何組織？

考試工作以主考學(xué)校為主組織實(shí)施。公共課和普通專升本的專業(yè)綜合課的命題、考試和閱卷工作，由我廳協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)高校統(tǒng)一安排。學(xué)分互認(rèn)專業(yè)綜合課的命題、考試和閱卷工作由招生學(xué)校自主確定。

部分職業(yè)技能和操作技能要求較高的專業(yè)還要進(jìn)行技能考試。主要包括（學(xué)前教育、音體美專業(yè)）

5.專升本學(xué)歷是第一學(xué)歷嗎? 答：是第一學(xué)歷。學(xué)生按教學(xué)計(jì)劃修完規(guī)定的課程，成績合格，由學(xué)校頒發(fā)普通高等教育本科畢業(yè)證書。按照《教育部關(guān)于當(dāng)前加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校學(xué)歷證書規(guī)范管理的通知》精神，專升本學(xué)生畢業(yè)證書的內(nèi)容須填寫“在本校?？破瘘c(diǎn)××專業(yè)××年制本科學(xué)習(xí)”，學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間按進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)際時(shí)間填寫。符合學(xué)士學(xué)位授予條件的授予相應(yīng)學(xué)士學(xué)位。6.專升本考試可以跨專業(yè)報(bào)考嗎？

答：可以。允許非師范類畢業(yè)生報(bào)考師范類專業(yè)，允許師范類畢業(yè)生報(bào)考非師范類專業(yè)，考生報(bào)考專業(yè)可與畢業(yè)專業(yè)不同，但每個(gè)考生只能報(bào)考師范類或非師范類中的一個(gè)專業(yè)。跨專業(yè)一定要量力而行，不建議文科類盡量不要跨考理科類專業(yè)。7.專升本報(bào)考類別和選拔范圍？

答：山東專升本新生學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一律按相同專業(yè)本校本科學(xué)生的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。9.英語三級、四級成績是否影響報(bào)考專升本？

答：教育廳沒有明文規(guī)定，英語三級、四級考試是否通過對專升本沒有影響。10.專升本錄取有沒有最低控制線？

答：為了保證錄取考生質(zhì)量，專升本考試均設(shè)定公共課、專業(yè)綜合課和總成績最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線，達(dá)到最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線者，按考生類別和志愿分專業(yè)從高分到低分依次錄取。11.專升本有沒有指定教材和大綱呢？

13.2011年7月份畢業(yè)的，算應(yīng)屆還是往屆？往屆生是否可以參加專升本？

答：是往屆。參加2012年專升本（即本次專升本）的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生指的是2012屆畢業(yè)生。往屆生和

應(yīng)屆生參加專升本考試的錄取已沒有區(qū)別，都統(tǒng)一參加考試，按一樣的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)錄取。

14.三二連讀或五年一貫制應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可以報(bào)考嗎？

答：學(xué)籍在外省高校，但在本省學(xué)校就讀的三二連讀或五年一貫制應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，因?qū)？齐A段錄取手續(xù)未經(jīng)山東教育招生考試院辦理，故沒有報(bào)名資格。即使網(wǎng)上報(bào)名成功，現(xiàn)場確認(rèn)時(shí)也無法審核通過。

本省高職（?？疲W(xué)校的三二連讀或五年一貫制應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生報(bào)名請到自己的生源學(xué)校報(bào)名。15.升入本科后學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是多少？

答：被錄取的專升本學(xué)生，其學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與普通本科相應(yīng)專業(yè)學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相同。被獨(dú)立學(xué)院錄取的專升本學(xué)生，其學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與獨(dú)立學(xué)院相應(yīng)本科專業(yè)學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相同。具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可咨詢報(bào)考高校。

二、選拔類別和范圍

（一）選拔類別：普通專升本。

（二）選拔范圍：

我省普通本科院校和?？茖W(xué)校（含普通?？茖W(xué)校、高等職業(yè)學(xué)院和成人高等學(xué)校）中的應(yīng)屆普通?？疲ǜ呗殻┊厴I(yè)生。

具有我省轄區(qū)戶籍的普通高等教育?？疲ǜ呗殻┩鶎卯厴I(yè)生（不含成人、自學(xué)考試、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育）和經(jīng)我省教育招生考試院錄取，目前在其他省、市、自治區(qū)高校學(xué)習(xí)的2011年普通高等教育?？疲ǜ呗殻?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。

三、招生計(jì)劃和專業(yè)

嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行教育部有關(guān)文件精神，控制招生規(guī)模。根據(jù)就業(yè)狀況、生源情況以及本科院校的辦學(xué)條件和培養(yǎng)能力，確定2011年專升本招生專業(yè)及計(jì)劃。

招生學(xué)校、招生專業(yè)以及招生計(jì)劃等具體事宜另行通知。

四、選拔要求

（一）基本原則

1.德、智、體全面考核； 2.公開、公正、公平、擇優(yōu)；

3.理論考試與技能考試（考核）相結(jié)合。

（二）報(bào)考條件

1.堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則，擁護(hù)改革開放，努力學(xué)習(xí)馬列主義、專升本考試時(shí)間為：2010年12月25、26、27日?？荚嚬ぷ饕灾骺紝W(xué)校為主組織實(shí)施。考試科目為4門，其中2門公共課，2門專業(yè)綜合課。公共課為各類考生必考科目，其中1門為英語（公共外語課為俄語或日語的學(xué)生分別考俄語或日語；公共外語課為其他小語種和報(bào)考外語類專業(yè)的學(xué)生考大學(xué)語文），1門為計(jì)算機(jī)（報(bào)考計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)的學(xué)生考高等數(shù)學(xué)）。對部分職業(yè)技能和操作技能要求較高的專業(yè)進(jìn)行技能考試。

公共課和專業(yè)綜合課的命題、考試和閱卷工作，由我廳協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)高校統(tǒng)一安排。

六、錄取

為了保證錄取質(zhì)量，專升本考試均設(shè)定公共課、專業(yè)綜合課和總成績最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線，達(dá)到最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線者，按考生類別和志愿分專業(yè)從高分到低分依次錄取。

為確保完成招生計(jì)劃，最大限度地滿足學(xué)生的升學(xué)愿望，錄取時(shí)，我廳將根據(jù)考生的考試成績及分專業(yè)考試人數(shù)與招生計(jì)劃數(shù)量情況，適當(dāng)調(diào)整部分專業(yè)招生計(jì)劃。

2011年專升本錄取工作將于2011年1月中旬按計(jì)劃一次性完成，之后不進(jìn)行補(bǔ)錄。

七、其他事項(xiàng)

（一）各高等學(xué)校接到本通知后，要積極做好各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作，招生學(xué)校要將實(shí)施方案于2010年11月30日前報(bào)送我廳高等教育處。

（七）專升本工作是我省優(yōu)化高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)，深化高等教育改革，促進(jìn)高等教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重大舉措。各招生學(xué)校要根據(jù)學(xué)生在?？齐A段的學(xué)習(xí)情況，按照應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)，創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式，制定專門的人才培養(yǎng)方案和教學(xué)計(jì)劃，達(dá)到培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型、應(yīng)用型人才的目的。要不斷完善辦學(xué)條件，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)教學(xué)管理，積極探索專升本教育教學(xué)規(guī)律，提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)我省高等教育的改革與發(fā)展。

山東省2013年普通高等教育專升本招生考試

考生告知書

山東省2013年普通高等教育專升本招生考試將于4月27日至29日進(jìn)行?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)告知如下：

1.采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿的方式，考生可自行選擇地點(diǎn)上網(wǎng)報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿。

考生登錄http://crbm.sdzk.gov.cn，憑本人姓名及身份證號進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)并填寫相關(guān)信息?？忌仨毐救藞?bào)名及填報(bào)志愿，不得由他人代替。

2.考生初次登錄系統(tǒng)，密碼為本人身份證號后6位。第一次登錄系統(tǒng)時(shí)必須修改密碼，以后每次登錄均使用修改后的密碼，密碼須牢記。如忘記密碼，可憑本人姓名、身份證號、登記的郵政編碼及聯(lián)系電話，使用系統(tǒng)提供的“找回密碼”功能獲取本人密碼。

3.網(wǎng)上報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿時(shí)間為3月31日至4月2日每天9:00至16:00。填報(bào)并成功提交后最多允許修改兩次，以最后一次修改（成功提交）為準(zhǔn)。考生必須在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿，逾期不予辦理。

4.考生報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿完成后，需登錄本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)，時(shí)間為4月3日至4月8日每天9:00至16:00。考生必須在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)繳納報(bào)名考試費(fèi)用,逾期未繳納者,不得參加考試。

財(cái)政廳非稅收支付網(wǎng)關(guān)支持的繳費(fèi)銀行只有中國工商銀行、中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行、中國建設(shè)銀行、中信銀行、中國郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行，各銀行只可使用借記卡網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)。網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)前需開通可繳費(fèi)銀行網(wǎng)上支付業(yè)務(wù)，詳情請咨詢相關(guān)銀行。

5.考生登錄本系統(tǒng)打印準(zhǔn)考證，時(shí)間為4月21日至23日每天9：00至16:00。

二、資格審查及其他

1.考生登錄系統(tǒng)并填寫規(guī)定的信息后，系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)進(jìn)行資格審核。內(nèi)容包括姓名、身份證號、?？疲ǜ呗殻┤雽W(xué)時(shí)間、畢業(yè)學(xué)校及專業(yè)等信息。審查未通過的考生，需到本人當(dāng)前就讀院校提出復(fù)核申請，并由相關(guān)院校進(jìn)行初審。初審符合要求的考生，相關(guān)院校要攜帶相關(guān)材料和正確信息到省教育招生考試院申請改正信息，經(jīng)審核通過后的考生可重新上網(wǎng)報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿。

2.符合報(bào)考條件的退役士兵應(yīng)于4月8日到山東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)國際交流中心（濟(jì)南市舜耕路42-1號）集中進(jìn)行資格審查和現(xiàn)場報(bào)名。考生需攜帶本人身份證原件和復(fù)印件、專科（高職）畢業(yè)證原件和復(fù)印件、士兵退役證原件和復(fù)印件以及具有我省轄區(qū)戶籍的證明材料（如戶口本原件和復(fù)印件或帶照片的戶籍證明等）。資格審核通過后現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行報(bào)名及填報(bào)志愿。
