書信敬語的使用方法
1、川上商事営業(yè)部各位様(誤)川上商事営業(yè)部各位(正)有關公事文書上的復數(shù)稱呼,很多人使用「(會員)各位様」或「各位殿」這樣的表達方式。將「各位」與「様」、「殿」搭配使用。這其實不妥,因為這樣使用就變成了雙重敬語。
「各位」是「皆様」、「皆様方」的意思。只用「各位」就足以表示尊敬了。所以不必畫蛇添足,再加上個「様」或「殿」了。如果寫信者是女性,最好用「皆様」、「皆様方」這樣的稱謂,對方看后會對寫信者產(chǎn)生溫柔的印象。
2、田中先生殿(誤)田中先生(正)有人總以為給上司的書信就應該使用「殿」這一稱謂,以表敬意,為此,每每寫信都要加上個「殿」。殊不知「殿」通常是用于下署的詞。
日本國內(nèi)濫用這一詞匯的現(xiàn)象屢見不鮮。有關當局已有明文規(guī)定:機關的公文,多數(shù)都不用「殿」;沒有上下級、尊長關系的只能用「様」;除「様」外,對教師、醫(yī)生、作家、政治家等,可以使用「先生」,但沒有必要在「先生」之后再加個「様」,因為「先生」本身就是敬稱。
那么與「先生」同屬于敬稱的「社長」、「課長」及「局長」之類職務名稱也可以用嗎?上述職務名稱可以叫作敬稱,但作為收信人的姓名,是不能用「××課長」這種稱謂形式的,如果是普通信件,要用「斎藤課長様」、公文則用「斎藤課長殿」這種形式表敬。在業(yè)務信函上,對「社長」這樣的公司最上層領導人,用「様」也無可非議。
另外,信中用「××様」稱謂,信封就不要用「××先生」,兩者務必一致。
3、追伸,先生,このたびは教授就任おめでとうございます。(誤)先生,このたびは教授就任おめでとうございます。(正)在給上級、尊長的信中寫有「追伸」這樣的詞語,是很不禮貌的。
日語書信的「添え書き」(追記文),也叫「追伸」。就是把正文中漏掉的,或沒有充分說明的事,再補充寫上的意思。
除用「追伸」之外,還有寫「追白」、「追啓」的。
書信補充內(nèi)容的開頭語,除用「追伸」之外,還可用「二伸」、「三伸」、「なおなお」以
及「追って」等表現(xiàn)詞匯。
給上級寫信,加追記文是失禮的,如果漏掉了有關事項,最好是重寫一遍。將諸如「追伸」、「添え書き」、「追白」、「追啓」等字樣,用于寫給上司的書信中,亦屬敬語表達不當。
除給上司以外的信,用「追伸」是允許的,有人就隨心所欲,「四伸」、「五伸」地不斷增加。年輕人用「p.s」的也很多。這是不應該的。應有所限制。
此外,慶賀信、吊唁信都不能寫“追記文”。這是因為「追伸」也屬忌諱語,別名又叫「返し書き」。結(jié)婚是不要重復的,可以說「追伸」對結(jié)婚這件事是晦氣詞。因此,不要在慶賀信、吊唁信中「繰り返し」用之。
信函中的接續(xù)詞,還要避忌使用「また」「なお」這兩個詞。
4、深くおわび申しあげます??。田中一郎(誤)深くおわび申しあげます??。営業(yè)部部長田中一郎(正)寫信格式正確與否,最能展示寫信人的素質(zhì)。尤其是有關道歉信的書寫方式,切不可掉以輕心。
理由是,給對方添了麻煩,致以誠摯的歉意,這是理所當然的事。因工作上的原因?qū)懙狼感攀?,需要注意的是一定要寫上一位具有代表性發(fā)信人的名字,也就是最高負責人的姓名。即便不是其本人所寫的信,出于禮貌和誠意也要注明負責人的姓名。這是為了明確責任。如果不寫上負責人的姓名,容易被認為是私下處理了。
5、木下研究所々長(誤)木下研究所所長(正)不僅限于書信,在其他公文中也是如此,敬稱的同字重疊,用重復符號寫是不妥當?shù)摹1热纾富瘜W研究所々長」的職務名稱「所長」寫成了「々長」,這不是敬稱的標記形式。同字重疊,自然也是不禮貌的。

我們是生物系統(tǒng)工程與食品科學學院食品科學與工程0702(民族班)的學生,由于我們一個班都是來自新疆比較偏遠的地區(qū),在語言表達和語言的理解接收方面都存在一定的問題,所以導致在學習生活方面都存在很多的問題。由于離開了自己的家鄉(xiāng)和家人,我們遇到問題本應該都是束手無策的??墒窃趯W院領導和老師的帶領下,在學校領導的熱切關懷下,我們才得以克服種種學習和生活上的困難,在這里我們真的已經(jīng)不能用任何言語表達我們對學校各位領導還有學院領導和老師的感激之心。
我們感覺浙江大學已經(jīng)是自己的第二個家了,在各個方面,我們和學院的輔導員和老師的聊天和談心,我們都感覺在和親人交流一樣的輕松,老師們都會盡自己的全力來幫助我們解決我們在實際生活中遇到的各種問題。記得在剛來到學校,我們連東南西北都分不清,學院就安排了學長組的同學來幫助我們,從搬行李到整理行李,從報道到辦好一切入學手續(xù),都是學長組的同學們?yōu)槲覀儾賱?,在這里,我們難道可以視而不見嗎?他們(學長組里的學長學姐們)的好,學院領導和老師的好,學校各種政策的好,學校各位領導管理的好,我們都是看在眼里,銘記在心里的。
在我們遇到學習的各種問題時,學院的輔導員和班主任很快查明了原因,并且制定出了一系列解決此問題的方案。開導修課,動員學習成績好的學長來幫我們輔導等等辦法我想都是有關領導和老師們費勁苦思想出來的吧,也許說為了我們老師和輔導員至少有很多夜都難以入眠也不足為怪吧。因為到了這里,我發(fā)現(xiàn)這里的老師把教導每一位學生看作自己的光榮使命,他們沒有私心,全心全意為我們付出,這些我們拿什么回報,這種無私的幫助是我們回報得起的嗎?
還有這次有關于預科的事,我們向?qū)W校反映了還沒幾天,就引起了學校領導和學院領導的高度重視,去預科基地考察,開座談會,學校領導和學院領導和老師們放下手上的所有工作來為我們服務,為我們付出,我們真的可以感覺到一股熱流在體內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動。那是感激之心,是對學校領導和學院領導和老師們的感激,我們謝謝你們?yōu)槲覀兊母冻觥?/p>

此致敬禮!食品科學與工程0702(民族班)全體學生2008-4-1 時光飛逝,轉(zhuǎn)眼間我們的大學生活即將結(jié)束,而我也將開啟我作為一名建設者的職業(yè)生涯,在此我作為一名即將畢業(yè)的應屆畢業(yè)生,我將把我在大學三年里的一些經(jīng)歷做一下總結(jié):首先,剛剛來到大學的時候,我作為一名貧困生,深知自身家庭條件不如身邊的同學們,但我從未因此而氣餒過,而且在我們大學初始的軍訓生活剛剛結(jié)束的時候,經(jīng)過班級同學們的層層選拔,我成為了班級的團支部書記,但我知道我應該用我的實際行動來爭取周圍身邊同學對我的認可,更不要辜負我的老師和同學們對我的期望,果然我作為一名班級干部在接下來大學里的第一個學期里帶領同學們辦好團活以及政課等活動的同時,我還致力于我的各門學科的學習,業(yè)余時間我還經(jīng)常會同我的同學進行一些體育運動(例如:籃球、足球等),期末的時候,我的學習成績也是排在班級前茅,并且獲得了學校的二等獎學金。
雖然我們在大學學習理論知識的時間只有兩年,但在這短短的兩年時間(也就是4個學期)里我獲得過三次獎學金、一次校內(nèi)助學金、兩次優(yōu)秀團干部榮譽稱號,并且我在大一時成為中國共產(chǎn)黨預備黨員(現(xiàn)已轉(zhuǎn)正),在贏得老師及同學們的認可的同時,自己內(nèi)心也感到非常的欣慰。由于我們學校的管理模式是“2+1”的培養(yǎng)方式,所以,我們在大三的時候?qū)谑┕がF(xiàn)場進行理論與實踐有機結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)學習,而我也是這種培養(yǎng)模式當中的受益者。實習期間,我們嚴格遵守企業(yè)指導教師為我們制定的“三勤”原則,所謂三勤就是說要做到腿勤、嘴勤和手勤。經(jīng)過自己在施工現(xiàn)場的不懈努力,使得自己的專業(yè)理論知識和現(xiàn)場實踐更好的結(jié)合起來,并且做到了學以致用。經(jīng)過一年時間在施工現(xiàn)場的學習,我們已在思想上、心里上、體能方面等都已做好了畢業(yè)即頂崗的充分準備。其次,我們要說的是機會是要提供給那些有準備的人,與此同時,那些有準備的人也要抓住那些機會。我們作為一名即將畢業(yè)的學長,我們將在此為正在母校求學的學弟學妹們提一些來自自己內(nèi)心的忠告,那就是在認真學好自己專業(yè)知識的同時,也要鍛煉一下自己在某些方面的特長,因為現(xiàn)在的企業(yè)更喜歡復合型的人才。
舉例說明,我們自己就是這當中的受益者,在學校的時候由于自己比較喜歡籃球,所以我到了實習單位后,在工作之余公司舉行的一次職工籃球聯(lián)賽上,我以優(yōu)異的表現(xiàn)率領廣州隊戰(zhàn)勝了整個公司的隊伍,并且贏得了公司領導以及員工的一致好評。并且,在機會來臨的時候,我也抓住了它。并且與我一同抓住此次機會的同學還有梁超、李全智、孫金平和喬志遠等同學。而這次機會就是在我們還未畢業(yè)便被中建國際建設有限公司錄用了,通過學校的推薦以及我們自身的努力,經(jīng)過我們在北京公司總部的一番面試,我們贏得了錄用公司考官們的同意,而我們也將在取得畢業(yè)證后前往阿聯(lián)酋—迪拜工作。我們在感謝自己的努力的同時,也非常感謝母校老師為我們提供的平臺。舉例來說:我們一同即將前往迪拜工作的同學—梁超,他的學習成績一直都很好,并且他原本打算進行“專升本”的,但是機會出現(xiàn)在他的面前,他也一樣抓住了,有了這次出國工作的機會,他暫時放棄了攻讀本科的機會,反而選擇了先就業(yè)后深造的機會。還有其他三位同學,他們同樣經(jīng)過自己的一番努力贏得的各方的認可,我在此就不一一舉例說明了??傊?,我要忠告各位學弟、學妹們在大學求學期間,要珍惜大學里的生活,不要虛度年華,要學好各門學科,業(yè)余時間培養(yǎng)一下自己的特長,實習的時候要尊敬公司的領導、管理人員以及工人師傅們,要做到腿勤、嘴勤和手勤等,要遵守公司制定的各項規(guī)章制度,只要你做到了以上幾點,相信好的機遇會降臨到你的頭上的,同時你也將成為學校的一名優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生。

當我們收到公貴司反饋的信息時,我司即刻以高度的責任感為使命,立即成立了以公司高層領導負責,基層與員工積極參與的專案調(diào)查小組,從現(xiàn)場環(huán)境、人員和相關記錄文件逐一展開調(diào)查與分析:
第一,我們核對了當時的檢針設備的檢測記錄與產(chǎn)品檢針記錄,所有的產(chǎn)品都有通過檢針,檢測設備在所有的時間段測試靈敏度都正常,產(chǎn)品檢針有三個全檢除段,一是繡花片完成后100%檢針,車縫完成后100%檢針,手工完成后在包裝裝箱前100%檢針,有可能出問題的環(huán)境流程因素一一確定正常;
第二,在第一步調(diào)查中,確定我們的流程不存在問題后,我們請求貴司把詳細圖片拍給我們,經(jīng)過展開分析發(fā)現(xiàn),這種行為是一種有目有計劃的蓄意報復的人為行為,因為當時我司正處在一個出貨高峰期,成品倉己放不下,有一部分的成品箱放在車間及前臺附近,我們對人員因素進行分檢,當時有一職員消極待工,在人事主管和上級主管找他談話后,沒有改過,隨后總經(jīng)理親自找他談話,根據(jù)我們的分
析,可能他覺的總經(jīng)理找他談話傷害了他的自尊,之后他就不斷的到勞動局去投訴,而勞動局來調(diào)查也并非像他所說的,跟他談過后就離開了,隨后還是消極待工,影響其它職員的正常辦工,最后公司無柰只好補他一個月工資跟他解除勞動關系。
第三,離職過程未按公司管理規(guī)定上交工具和利器,辦理離職手續(xù),給他把剪刀放進產(chǎn)品裝進車間外成品箱的機會。
發(fā)生了這種事故,我們除了震驚、抱歉,向客戶和消費者致以誠摯的道歉外,更多的是一種警醒和行動,為了表示我們道歉的誠意,我公司在完成以上調(diào)查結(jié)果之后,立即成立由廠長領導的整改小組,放在公司戰(zhàn)略第一位來執(zhí)行,從現(xiàn)場環(huán)境、場所的整改到流程的培訓與檢查頻率、力度,以及成品的管理和出貨前的安檢措施進行全方面的整改,徹底的杜絕人為因素可能導致危害的出現(xiàn)。

昨天晚上是我做的不對 ,我不應在自習課上大聲喧嘩,打擾同學們學習。您說的對,我辜負了家長和老師您對我的期望,讓您失望了;您還說的對,是145班的全體同學救了我,要不是他們,我早該站到12點了。
俗話說,有一有二,沒有再三在四。記得補課剛開始時,也是因為同樣的錯誤您對我做出了處理,如果在犯類似錯誤就不用上自習了??扇缃裎覅s再一次逾越了鴻溝,讓您失望,我肯求老師讓我改過,原諒我。
下了課后,您怕我想不開,有脾氣,您不顧勞累了一天的身體,打電話叫我到廣播室談話,通過談心我知道了您的良苦用心,您是認為我還有希望所以才在同學面前批評教育我。您的目的只有一個,那就是都希望我能有優(yōu)秀的成績和良好的品行。
回宿舍后,我獨自一人閉門思過,細讀了不少關于尊師、處事、是非方面的哲理美文,使我頓覺警醒和釋然,心中的不解和思慮堵塞全然暢通,從心底感到無盡的羞愧和自責?,F(xiàn)在想來,那件事本來微不足道,解法又何止一二,只要稍加思量,決然不會選擇那么糟糕而愚蠢的辦法,我為自己沒有教養(yǎng)的言行而鄙視自己,我愧對父母的疼愛和教導,更愧對老師您的傾心關愛和鼓勵,可現(xiàn)在事情已經(jīng)發(fā)生,我也不再找什么理由為自己開脫,錯了就是錯了,我愿意接受任何處罰,請老師相信我能承受切。

首先感謝一直支持和關注我們的廣大客戶群體,在20xx年里我司自認為還有許多做的不好的地方,也收到一些客戶的電話投訴,在這里我代表公司向你們表示歉意,希望大家諒解,原因來源于各方面,目前和縣各大快遞的總派件量在迅速上升,從去年的150份發(fā)展到今天的400份多,我司今年日平均派件量達到150份多,是去年的2倍還多,其他快遞也是一樣的增長速度,雖然派件員有所增加,但是還是有一定的困難,因為和縣的出件量增加并不明顯,造成了派件多接件少的問題,人員工資在漲,物價在漲,油價也在漲,但是我們的快遞費卻不見漲,反而有下降的趨勢,各家快遞公司分別呈現(xiàn)收支不平衡現(xiàn)象,為了節(jié)約成本大家都采取了瘦身法來應對,所以造成部分快件的不及時,還請大家諒解,我司也在發(fā)展物流上下足功夫以緩解收支不平衡,如果大家有特急件的話可以撥打我司電話,要求特殊派送,我們會盡量安排,聯(lián)系電話:0565—5329708/5329709
