摘要：聽、說、讀、寫是英語四項(xiàng)基本技能。作為初中英語教師，要吸取新的教學(xué)理念，探索新的教學(xué)方法，著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽說讀寫的英語實(shí)用能力，使學(xué)生樂學(xué)、愛學(xué)、自主探究和創(chuàng)新，立足教育，開拓視野，提高學(xué)生的英語素養(yǎng)和水平，打造全新、和諧、高效的初中英語課堂。

魯訊先生說：必需如蜜蜂一樣，采過許多花，才能釀出蜜來。用在英語教學(xué)中，也是如此。教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在英語的海洋里吸取營養(yǎng)，多聽，多讀，才能開口說，動手寫。只有視野的開闊，知識的豐富累積，才能靈活運(yùn)用，提高綜合英語水平。那么，教師應(yīng)該如何讓聽說讀寫真正滲透到初中英語教學(xué)課堂呢？本文筆者根據(jù)現(xiàn)存的問題提出自己的教學(xué)觀點(diǎn)：

一、學(xué)會聽英語

“聽”是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生說、讀、寫等英語技能的基礎(chǔ)，英語課程新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的聽力理解能力。目前，我們的聽力教育存在很多問題。對于初中生來講，由于掌握的詞匯量不足，聽力中所遇到的生詞多，往往不知所云，聽時(shí)不解其意；有時(shí)語速過快，更不知道所說為何；很多學(xué)生語音根底薄弱，不能很好的把握和辨認(rèn)單詞的正確發(fā)單、語調(diào)、連續(xù)、重音等，聽得胡里胡涂，不能很好領(lǐng)悟所聽到的信息。

這就要求教師在教學(xué)過程中，要針對學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，更新教學(xué)模式。其一，要重視日常教學(xué)中的聽力訓(xùn)練，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽的習(xí)慣。教師在課堂上要用英文講課，再加上必要的表情和肢體語言，吸引學(xué)生的注意力，鍛煉他們對英語的感知、想象和接受能力。其二，要加強(qiáng)對語音、語法、語匯等方面的基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)，擴(kuò)大學(xué)生的詞匯量，加強(qiáng)在聽力技能方面的強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，把好音標(biāo)關(guān)，打好語音基礎(chǔ)。其三，應(yīng)對中考聽力考試，重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽力解題的技巧和能力。教會學(xué)生在聽力前先瀏覽習(xí)題中的有用信息，在聽的時(shí)候，聯(lián)系上下文，抓住要點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)，捕捉和問題相關(guān)的正確信息，有利于鍛煉學(xué)生的集中注意力和篩選有用信息的能力。

二、開口說英語

如何鼓勵學(xué)生開口說英語，營造良好的語言環(huán)境和學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，杜絕“啞巴英語”的現(xiàn)象，讓英語成為一門有意義的交流工具，是值得英語教師探討的重要課題之一。由于小學(xué)時(shí)對口語的訓(xùn)練不夠重視，造成很多學(xué)生口語發(fā)音不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、不順暢；有的學(xué)生英語筆試成績很好，口語卻很糟糕；還有的學(xué)生不喜歡主動發(fā)言，不敢開口說英語，或是心里能想到，但語言卻表達(dá)不出來。久而久之，學(xué)生對口語不興趣，一說起來就緊張，不能很流利的表達(dá)。

教師要做到：

1、激發(fā)興趣，讓學(xué)生“敢說”。有了興趣，有有信心，有敢開口說出來。敢說、自信心強(qiáng)的學(xué)生英語口語最好。教師要采取多種方式，利用初中生的好奇心，尋找學(xué)生感興趣的、具有挑戰(zhàn)

和辯論性的話題，讓學(xué)生有話可說，樂于開口，并適時(shí)給于肯定和表揚(yáng)，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的信心。

2、創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，讓學(xué)生“多說”。在學(xué)生樹立起對口語信心的基礎(chǔ)上，讓學(xué)生“觸景生情”，去多練多說。利用生動活潑的教學(xué)方式，創(chuàng)設(shè)教學(xué)情境，例如在教室布置上盡量英語化、設(shè)立”英語角“、組織開展英語口語競賽活動等。

3、提高技巧，讓學(xué)生“會說”。教師要注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的口語技巧，在整體掌握課文的基礎(chǔ)上，注重大量的言語輸入，把注意力放在能流利的說出來上。

三、用心讀英語

閱讀是提高學(xué)生語言能力的必經(jīng)之路，閱讀教學(xué)在初中英語教學(xué)中起著舉足輕重的作用，它要求學(xué)生掌握語音、語法知識及豐富的詞匯量，提高閱讀理解能力。當(dāng)前教學(xué)方法中存在的問題有：教學(xué)方法模式化，只注重知識和文章的表層解析，沒有挖掘更深層次的意義;閱讀前簡單處理生詞，忽視了詞匯在文章中的特定含義，沒有提供讓學(xué)生通過上下文去猜測聯(lián)想詞義的機(jī)會；不能提供豐富全面的閱讀資料，使學(xué)生的獲取知識的途徑有所局限；對語法的把握不當(dāng)，要么過多的偏重語法教學(xué)，要么過分忽視語法，阻礙了學(xué)生對閱讀材料正確和全面的理解，不能領(lǐng)悟文章的內(nèi)涵信息等。

教師要改變教學(xué)模式：

1、以課文為基礎(chǔ)，精讀和泛讀緊密結(jié)合。教師要吃透課文，對課內(nèi)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、要求、方法等了然于心，并提供廣泛多樣、趣味性強(qiáng)的閱讀題材。另外，單憑書本提供的閱讀材料，不能滿足學(xué)生的閱讀需求，教師應(yīng)要求學(xué)生課內(nèi)精讀和課外泛讀，定時(shí)定量廣泛閱讀課外相關(guān)的資料，并注重閱讀質(zhì)量，擴(kuò)充學(xué)生的語言知識。

2、精講多練，整體教學(xué)。在課堂教學(xué)中，對于基礎(chǔ)知識，要分清主次，抓住重點(diǎn)。講解要精，才能以點(diǎn)帶面，才可能多練。另外，要從整體入手，先訓(xùn)練學(xué)生通過預(yù)習(xí)了解全文的大概內(nèi)容，尋找文章要旨，然后再通過習(xí)題來檢測學(xué)習(xí)效果，能提高學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。只有注重教學(xué)整體過程，才能確保教學(xué)實(shí)效。

3、提高閱讀策略和技巧。教師要有意識的引導(dǎo)這生運(yùn)用閱讀策略和方法進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)，對學(xué)生進(jìn)行閱讀策略引領(lǐng)，針對不同題材的文章尋求略讀、找讀、細(xì)讀等方法，讓學(xué)生由“學(xué)讀”到“會讀”，最終提高閱讀能力和綜合運(yùn)用語言能力的技巧。

4、靈活處理詞匯，加強(qiáng)文章挖掘。教師要依據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際認(rèn)知水平，對詞匯教學(xué)把握好一個(gè)“度”，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況來實(shí)施教學(xué)方法，給學(xué)生猜測詞義的機(jī)會和提高詞匯學(xué)習(xí)的能力。并要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動從文章的意義和語言本身挖掘更深層的涵意，幫學(xué)生解讀文章，更全面的悟透文章。

四、動手寫英語

英語寫作能全面反映學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用英語的能力，但對絕大多數(shù)初中生而言，寫作水平欠缺，不能做到文句通順、邏輯合理、語法正確；又因?yàn)闆]有良好的運(yùn)用語言的環(huán)境，對英語作文話題生疏，無從下筆。

教師不可操之過急，應(yīng)循序漸近，從學(xué)生的詞、句、篇練習(xí)入手，打好寫作基本功；再引導(dǎo)學(xué)生多讀多練，以讀促寫，以練助寫，鼓勵學(xué)生閱讀多種題材的范文，選取所學(xué)教材、生活中或課外閱讀中等有關(guān)話題進(jìn)行寫作，讓學(xué)生有話可說；作文寫好后一定要做好批改和講評，讓學(xué)生之間自評，互評，再由老師進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評，及時(shí)糾正文章中出現(xiàn)的錯誤，加深學(xué)生印象。

結(jié)論：中學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱講英語教學(xué)的目的是“對中學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽、說、讀、寫的基本訓(xùn)練，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生口頭書面上初步運(yùn)用英語的能力”。由此可以看出：說的出、讀的精、寫的妙，方才是英語教育的真諦。教師要創(chuàng)新思維，改革教學(xué)模式和方法，使聽說讀寫協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，打造有效的課堂教學(xué)。
