      英語四六級指導(dǎo)系列:淺談改錯題錯誤種類

      “改錯的目的是測試學(xué)生綜合運用語言的能力”。改錯題的主要錯誤類型有主謂不一致、時態(tài)和語態(tài)錯誤、連接詞誤用、形容詞與副詞錯誤、反義詞誤用、非謂語動詞錯誤、關(guān)系代詞錯誤、介詞錯誤、缺漏和贅述、句子結(jié)構(gòu)等等??忌谧龈腻e題時,首先應(yīng)通讀短文,對文章有個大致的了解。然后,仔細(xì)讀出現(xiàn)10個錯誤的所在行,一般來說,每個錯誤基本都可以歸入上述的某一個錯誤類型,看有沒有出現(xiàn)語法錯誤和詞匯錯誤。如果通過細(xì)讀確認(rèn)沒有語法錯誤和詞匯錯誤,那就把細(xì)讀擴大到該行上下各二、三行,有時甚至要聯(lián)系該行所在的自然段,這時的重點必須轉(zhuǎn)移到對文章的理解上來,從上下文的關(guān)系找出連接關(guān)系和邏輯關(guān)系的前后矛盾的錯誤。最后應(yīng)再通讀一篇改正后的文章,看整篇文章總體上是否連貫一致。

      以往六級考試中曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)過改錯題,下面結(jié)合歷年六級的改錯題來看一下改錯題不同的錯誤類型。

      1、反義詞誤用

      這是短文改錯中出現(xiàn)頻率較高也是比較有特色的一種錯誤類型,這類錯誤必須在透徹理解上下文語義的基礎(chǔ)上才能發(fā)現(xiàn)并改正。比較常見的錯誤有:

      a、派生反義詞

      如00年1月的72題將directly改為indirectly。b、其他反義詞

      如00年1月的77題將little改為much。

      2、連接詞誤用

      連接詞的錯誤雖然是屬于傳統(tǒng)的語法題范疇,但其用法主要根據(jù)上下文語義上的邏輯關(guān)系,也就是上下文的理解。連接詞有很多種,有并列連詞,如and, but, or等,主從連詞,如because, if, after等,以及其他連接介詞和副詞,如however, despite等。曾經(jīng)考查過的題目有2000年6月的73題,將as改為than,這考查的是比較連詞的搭配,根據(jù)上一行中之more即可確定改as為than。

      3、指代錯誤

      這一般考查的是代詞的指代,在文章當(dāng)中如果說出現(xiàn)了代詞,那么代詞所指代的對象在前文中一定是出現(xiàn)過的,否則就會出現(xiàn)指代不清,所以出現(xiàn)代詞時候,我們要注意它所指代的對象的單復(fù)數(shù)是否與代詞一致。如2003年9月的S9題將it改為they,因為它指代的是前面的復(fù)數(shù)名詞new houses。再如2002年6月的S9題,將it改為them,因為指代的對象是前文中的immigrants,仍然是個復(fù)數(shù)名詞,當(dāng)然同時還要注意區(qū)分主格和賓格。

      4、介詞錯誤

      這是改錯中最常見的一種錯誤,當(dāng)然這也包括一些用法搭配上的錯誤,這種錯誤在歷年的考試當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)的頻率非常高。如2000年1月的73題,將into改為on或onto,才能與planet相搭配。再如2000年6月的10道改錯題中有3道涉及到介詞錯誤,分別是71、75和78題。做對這類題目最重要的是平常的積累,尤其是一些動詞詞組的搭配,雖然在詞匯部分出現(xiàn)的已經(jīng)很少了,但有可能在改錯題中出現(xiàn),當(dāng)然這占的比重并不是很大,所以大家平常在英語學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中適當(dāng)注意即可。

      5、名詞和冠詞的錯誤

      最近比較經(jīng)常考查名詞的錯誤的是關(guān)于名詞的單復(fù)數(shù)問題,如2000年1月的75題,將planet根據(jù)上下文改為復(fù)數(shù)形式。而對于冠詞的考查,主要是單數(shù)名詞前面一定要有一個冠詞來修飾,如2002年6月的S1題在new one前要加一個不定冠詞a。

      6、非謂語動詞

      非謂語動詞分為三類:不定式、動名詞和分詞。其中分詞又分為現(xiàn)在分詞和過去分詞,其特點是:不定式、動名詞和分詞可以做很多句子成分,但就是不能單獨做謂語,這也是它們被稱為“非謂語動詞”的原因。這也是在四六級考試改錯中常見的錯誤。如2000年1月的78題將consider改為considering。

      7、主謂不一致

      產(chǎn)生這種錯誤的主要原因是沒有找對句子的主語,英語追求形式上的完美,所以有時候句子的結(jié)構(gòu)非常復(fù)雜,這也是為什么我們一直強調(diào)難句分析在英語復(fù)習(xí)中的重要性。句子的結(jié)構(gòu)一般是“主謂賓”或“主系表”,正確地找出各個句子成分對于閱讀也是非常有幫助的。如2002年6月的S7題,這一行中有一個倒裝語序,所以有的同學(xué)會找不出句子的主語,因而找不到錯誤。答案是把lies改為lie,因為該句的主語是復(fù)數(shù)two myths。

      8、形容詞與副詞錯誤

      這類錯誤一般是形容詞與副詞的誤用,形容詞一般用來修飾名詞,而副詞可以修飾動詞和形容詞,往往出題者就會把該用副詞的地方誤用為形容詞。如2003年12月的S3題應(yīng)將relative改為副詞形式relatively,因為它是用來修飾isolated的。

      9、并列結(jié)構(gòu)

      像有or或and連接的一般是并列結(jié)構(gòu),前后的形式一般來說應(yīng)該是一樣的,如2003年12月的S6題,將politics改為political,與其他兩個形容詞economic和environmental相并列。

      10、關(guān)系詞的誤用 這一類錯誤主要是針對定語從句的,讀者可以找一本語法書對定語從句做個回顧復(fù)習(xí)。這幾年考題中出現(xiàn)的錯誤有00年1月的79題中在定語從句中多了一個they,應(yīng)該劃去。

      11、時態(tài)的錯誤

      這也是改錯中常見的考法。如00年6月76題考查的就是時態(tài),綜觀短文,全部用過去時態(tài),因而前后應(yīng)該一致。

      當(dāng)然,除了以上提到的11大類錯誤之外,還有一些關(guān)于上下文邏輯錯誤,包括上下文語義矛盾和邏輯關(guān)系錯誤等等,這需要通讀全文,了解大意方可做對??傊蠹以谄綍r復(fù)習(xí)時要善于總結(jié),在考試時要耐心仔細(xì)才能將答對率提高。

      隨著世界國際化不斷深入,英語重要性越發(fā)凸顯。而對于大學(xué)生來說,英語四六級過級考試很重要。又英語四六級過級考試即將到來,但仍有許多人不了解英語四六級過級考試試題題型,不知道答題技巧及答題過程中應(yīng)注意的事項,特別是大一新生。

      二、活動目的:

      1、加強英語四六級過級考試考生對考試試題題型了解;

      2、傳授答題技巧,讓考生輕松應(yīng)對考試,考取好成績,提高過

      級率;

      3、講述考試注意事項,減少不必要失分。

      三、活動時間:

      2010年5月24日、25日、26日、27日晚7:10(暫定)

      四、活動地點:

      青海師范大學(xué)理科樓229教室(暫定)

      五、活動人物及對象:

      講座老師、青海師范大學(xué)生地學(xué)院新特英語愛好協(xié)會、青海師范大學(xué)學(xué)生。

      六、活動過程:

      (一)、前期準(zhǔn)備:

      第三篇:英語書信寫作指導(dǎo):書信的種類

      —、書信寫作要求

      書信(Letter)一般可分為事務(wù)信件或公函(Business Letter or Offical Correspondence)以及私人信件(Private Letter)兩大類。一般包括以下幾個要點:

      1)收信人的姓名和地址;

      2)寄信人的姓名及其與收信人的關(guān)系;

      3)寄信人的地址(有時可以省略);

      4)寫信的時間;

      5)信的內(nèi)容。

      二、書信的格式

      1)信頭(Heading);

      2)稱呼(Salutation);

      3)正文(Body of the letter);

      4)結(jié)束語(Complimentary close);

      5)簽名(signature)。

      三、書信的種類

      1)邀請信

      On Job-hunting Priorities

      When a graduate hunts for a job, he has to take the priority issue of a few significant factors into consideration, such as the pay, the specific field, and the location.Graduates give priority to different elements.Some graduates think the pay should take the first place, since they have been spending the money of the family all the time, and it’s time to do something as the reward to other family members.Besides, a high pay usually means a relatively high position in the company.Some would their major as the No.1 element, or it would be a big waste of what they have learned in college.Meanwhile, the major chosen for college most of the time reflects their interest and preference.Still others offer the pride of place to the location of the job.They believe big cities like Beijing or Shanghai will provide more opportunities, or a place close to hometown will furnish more convenience between the graduate and his family since most families now have one child only.As to me ,the ideal is the three elements combined together.But when I have to take a choice, l would pick up the best choice close to my family since “ East, west, home is the best”

      Vocational education or college education ?
