在備考造價工程的過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)有許多關(guān)于時間的記憶，比較容易混淆?，F(xiàn)在把這些相關(guān)的知識點摘抄出來，匯總成一張記憶清單，以方便大家共同學習。

一、招投標的有關(guān)時間：

1、投標截止時間：有效期 ≥ 20天

2、招標文件的修改：提交投標文件截止前15天

3、勘察現(xiàn)場：投標預備會前1--2天

4、投標預備會：發(fā)出招標文件后7--28日內(nèi)

5、投標人發(fā)出招標文件有誤時，在收到招標文件7日內(nèi)以書面形式指出

6、退還投標保證金：投標有效期滿后14天，訂合同后5日內(nèi)

分享：美國老師如何教學生記憶單詞的

大家好，我是一名移居國外多年的老師，在國外的中學教書。作為有著很深的中國根的華人，我這里有必要分享一下海外華人是如何記憶單詞的。相信大家看完我的文章會為自己是華人感到無比的激動和自豪。

記得剛到紐約問路，黑人提到一個詞vehicle，沒有聽懂，回來查了才知道是車輛的意思，問了Rose（我的美國朋友）,她告訴我她在讀小學的時候，老師教這個生詞的時候告訴她們記?。篧e hide vehicle 這句話就可以了，其中w=v（W可以看成兩個V）d=cl(cl和在一起就是d)真是太絕了，美國老師就是有辦法，從此之后我就開始研究中國人如何快速記憶英文單詞。

在國內(nèi)，一個普通小學在校生就具備了英文單詞記憶的三大系統(tǒng)：

第一大系統(tǒng)是學習者已經(jīng)掌握的基本英文單詞，比方說apple，egg，bed等。第二大系統(tǒng)是學習者已經(jīng)熟練掌握的中文拼音系統(tǒng)。拼音系統(tǒng)也是一種字母系統(tǒng)。第三大系統(tǒng)就是想象系統(tǒng)或者說聯(lián)想系統(tǒng)。

我們可以回憶學習漢字時候的情景，比如“男”這個漢字，上面是“田”下面是“力”，在田 里出力氣的人是男人。那么英文單詞是不是也是這樣呢？答案是肯定的，英文單詞也可以說文解字。比如“成功”success這個單詞是有suc何cess 構(gòu)成的，『success=suc+cess』suc=下，接近cess=走 【接著往下走=》越來越靠近=》成功】，我們知道suc和cess的意思就很容易明白success為什么是成功的意思了。按照這個思路結(jié)合華人的思維特點，延展出來10大方法：

一、諧音法：★ schedule 這個單詞是“日程，計劃”的意思，用得很多，但是突然讓你寫你不見得馬上很快寫出來，schedule 【死車堵住了，破壞了計劃和日程】

（s-死，che-車，堵車《du-le》了，我們就想罵：該死的破車，又堵了，破壞了我們計劃和日程）

二、刪除法：大家都知道orange這個單詞，可是orang是什么意思呢？“橙子”沒有了“e”，誰把“橙子”(orange)吃掉

了“一”(e)點點呢？【猩猩（orang）把橙子（orange）吃掉了一（e）點點】『 orange-e=orang 』

三、對稱法：abracadabra是什么單詞呢？我們觀察它的結(jié)構(gòu)，★是以cad為中心對稱的，a+bra+cad+a+bra，a是一個的意思，bra是“乳罩”的意思，cad是壞蛋的意思，咒語就出來了：【左邊拿一個（a）乳罩（bra）右邊一個（a）乳罩（bra）的壞蛋（cad）在胡言亂語】【左邊拿一個乳罩右邊一個乳罩的壞蛋在胡言亂語】 a+bra+cad+a+bra=abracadabr，類似的還有mahatma=ma+hat+ma

四、添加法：大家知道come 是來的意思，那comet 是什么意思？ come加了一個t,★我們注意t是“天”的第一個聲母，所以咒語就是 【來自天外的是彗星】 『come+t=comet』

五、分割法：beeline,這個單詞就字面看，我們?nèi)耸縝ee和line，蜜蜂，線，我們加入咒語：【蜜蜂走的線是直線】

bee+line=beeline(直線），我們不去管蜜蜂是不是走直線，但是beeline就是直線的意思。類似的還有carrot carpet sesame sickle

六、象形法：gourd,★g和d都像是藤上掛的葫蘆，咒語：【我們的葫蘆】g+our+d=gourd（葫蘆）那通過添加法，白色的葫蘆是什么呢？ white gourd是冬瓜，我們就又記住了一個單詞“冬瓜”咒語：【白色的葫蘆是冬瓜】 類似的還有swan

七、插入法：swan是天鵝的意思，i=用諧音法是“愛”，in = 里面，進入，swa+i+n =swa+in=swain 咒語：【天鵝加進一點愛，變成了情人/鄉(xiāng)村少年】 ★想像你在鄉(xiāng)村的小河邊，看見河里美麗的天鵝，你給了它一點愛（i），它就變成了一個英俊的“鄉(xiāng)村少年”成了你的“情人"類似的還有mahatma=ma+hat+ma

八、音標法(拼音法)：就是那些發(fā)音完全符合國際音標的單詞，沒有必要用別的方法去記的！

九、替換法：我們知道bar這個單詞是“酒吧”的意思，那barn是什么意思，我們注意n象一個門，酒吧開了一個門做什么呢？咒語：【酒吧開了一個門做谷倉】『bar+n=barn』,那我們用m 替換 n ,★m象兩個門，酒吧開兩個門做什么用呢？咒語：【谷倉上開個門用來發(fā)酵做酵母】『bar+m=barm』（酵母）類似的還有『mahatma=ma+hat+ma』

十、詞根法就是利用英語的前綴后綴來記憶單詞的方法

例詞：active adj.積極的，能起作用的，現(xiàn)行的 公式：『active=act+ive』破解：act是表示“行動”的詞根，ive是形容詞和名詞后綴，咒語：【行動的形容詞是 積極的】 在實際的運用中是綜合運用以上十種方法比方：

『dan+de+lion=dandelion』咒語【單個的獅子象蒲公英】，★我們可以想像公獅子的脖子上有很多毛，和蒲公英一樣，遠看就是單個的蒲公英。
