下班時隨手關(guān)燈、關(guān)電腦，檢查空調(diào)是否關(guān)閉，夏季沒有必要開空調(diào)要及時關(guān)閉。檢查水龍頭是否關(guān)嚴，洗手、刷碗要及時關(guān)閉水龍頭，注意節(jié)約用水；校驗中遇到蒸餾操作，硅油應(yīng)回收再使用。玻璃儀器損壞后不影響使用的，經(jīng)加工后繼續(xù)使用；自己動手制作小的實驗工具。實驗手套洗凈后再次使用。在實驗室里，有的時候在用水上可以多次利用，校表剩余的水可以留下拖地用；平常需要佩戴口罩以及手套，洗干凈后可以再次使用；我們需要大量的熱偶絲，它的成本要遠遠大于一般的鐵絲，我們在在不影響工作的情況下，拆除廢舊的熱電偶用來綁扎，大大可以降低校驗成本。還有很多很多可以節(jié)約的，這些都是我們可以做到的，誰說節(jié)約離我們太遠，誰說那些只是領(lǐng)導的事呢？

古代圣賢曾經(jīng)說過：“厲覽前賢國與家，成由勤儉敗由奢”由此可見勤儉多么的重要。抓節(jié)約，就是抓效益，就是抓發(fā)展；節(jié)能降耗就是維護每個企業(yè)員工的利益，就是維護企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和企業(yè)的未來。一個企業(yè)只有將企業(yè)發(fā)展與節(jié)約資源有機結(jié)合起來，才能真正地提升自己的綜合實力和外部形象，才能真正將經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益達到和諧統(tǒng)一。企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大了，員工的經(jīng)濟收益也會有所提高，所以，節(jié)能降耗不光是領(lǐng)導的事，也是與員工息息相關(guān)的。其實，節(jié)能降耗就在我們身邊，無論是在家里還是在工作中。它不是遙不可及，不是掛在口頭，而是實實在在需要我們?yōu)橹Γ情L期堅持才能見成效的事，是關(guān)及我們每個人身心健康和利益的事。
