一年前，縣醫(yī)院，一家人為了爭奪一套房子，妯娌兩人惡語相加，大打出手，最后，一人被刀刺死，一人被送往監(jiān)獄。

雖說是人心的貪欲毀掉了兩個人。但細(xì)想一下，造成如此慘劇的原因，是否她們的公公婆婆也難辭其咎。如果他們的心中有一桿秤，公正公平地處理家庭糾紛和家庭財產(chǎn)，我想，即使妯娌二人有矛盾，那么，解決問題的辦法也不止一個，更不至于損傷性命。

很多的事情都是因為心靈的天平傾斜了，傾斜到不能承受之重，再加上心胸的“狹窄”，于是就釀成了悲劇。

由此，我想到了班主任對學(xué)生的管理。有的老師做事認(rèn)真，對班級嚴(yán) 盯死守。剛開始，他的班級秩序穩(wěn)定而有序，班級成績也不錯。半個學(xué)期后，學(xué)生秩序開始越來越亂。我們周圍也有這樣的老師，正好，有一個親戚的孩子在這個班，與其談起他的班主任，他說：“我們班主任，對待學(xué)生不公平，學(xué)習(xí)好的學(xué)生犯了錯誤老師不管，班干部違反了紀(jì)律，他也不懲罰，很多同學(xué)心里不服氣，所以有一部分學(xué)生故意搗亂?！?/p>

是的，不僅是一個班級，整個社會都是如此。一個家庭的長輩，一個單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，一個班級的班主任，如果心中有一桿秤，公正、公平，那么就能維持心靈的平衡。人與人之間就多出許多的坦誠和寬容。

公正公平方能打造和諧的班級。所以，我在學(xué)生自主管理的過程中，力求監(jiān)督到位，形成一種浩然正氣。任何一個同學(xué)違反了班規(guī)，都必須為自己的行為負(fù)責(zé)，不管你是男生還是女生，不管你是班長，還是普通
