就職演講稿

各位領導、老師同學們：

大家晚上好！我是新一屆自律會主任李明巍。

此時此刻，站在這里，我思緒萬千。坦白的說，接過閃耀著激情與光輝的旗幟，接過這沉甸甸的責任與囑托，我的心情復雜而凝重。首先我必須感謝自律會，感謝老師和同學們給予的信任與支持。兩年來，目睹著各部門不斷的開拓與發(fā)展，各項規(guī)章制度的逐漸完善，各個朋友的不斷成熟，我也在其中不斷的成長。與自律會共同走過的每段路途，都在我生命的旅程中留下前進的軌跡。而今天站在這里接受重任，不僅是對我成長的檢驗，更是我對自己的一次挑戰(zhàn)。為此，我可以承諾，對即將為自律會付出的一切，我無怨無悔。

自律會是在學生處的直接領導和正確指導下開展工作的學生組織，是切實為同學服務的團體。我校第七屆自律會是開拓創(chuàng)新不斷進取的一屆，更是取得輝煌成績的一屆。正如源祥主任所說的各項工作和活動，都在進一步的不斷完善，也都取得了優(yōu)秀的成績。對我印象最深的是，自律會的兩個大型活動“社區(qū)文化節(jié)”和“社區(qū)吉尼斯”的成功舉辦，豐富的同學們的社區(qū)生活，同時也為同學們提供了展示自己才藝的舞臺。當然我們的成就不僅只體現在這兩個大型活動上，各部門開展的各項日常工作和活動都是非常有意義的，就如：督導部的查違規(guī)電器減輕了社區(qū)的安全隱患、管理部的衛(wèi)生檢查促進了社區(qū)的美化、權益部的3.15活動提高了同學們的維權意識、社區(qū)生活報的文章豐富了同學們的精神文化生活，等等。眼前的成就都是從各部

門平凡的日常工作中取得，是所有第七屆成員共同努力地結果。

當然在取得以上成績的同時，由于時間有限和其他客觀原因，自律會在發(fā)展的道路中也存在著一些問題。剛才源祥主任已經說了很多了，我這里在強調三點。1自律會各部門在工作的交流與合作還有所不足。2各部門成員在工作職責不夠明確，考核制度不夠完善，致使部門成員在工做中缺少準則等。3由于我們的工作性質，很多工作不被同學理解，造成成員們的工作激情有所減弱。

前人優(yōu)秀的方面我們需要傳承與發(fā)揚，不足的地方我們需要改善與創(chuàng)新，針對以上存在的問題，新學年我打算采取以下措施：1通過各種方法增強各部門的各項交流，比如校自律會各部門座談交流會、趣味小互動、友誼拔河賽等等 2通過對考核制度的完善，加強對自律會全體干部、委員的考核，調動大家的積極性，讓日后的工作做到有據可依。3在做好本職工作的同時，做好各項宣傳，將我們的工作與同學們形成互動，努力一同建設和諧社區(qū)4還有其他的不足在新學年的工作中，我會用我的行動逐一做好。

自律會是把神圣火炬，我們每個人都是火炬手。接下本屆自律會承前啟后的一棒，新的團隊，新的機遇，新的挑戰(zhàn)，我深知肩上的任務之重。我可以并希望大家也能充分預見到，在今后的工作中，我們將面臨各種壓力與挑戰(zhàn)，我們必須有魄力、有信心、有步驟地一一克服。壓力很大，但我們永不放棄超越。每個人的力道雖然微薄，但自律會集體的能量是巨大的。

“聚是一團火，散是滿天星?！泵鎸θ绱藘?yōu)秀、團結的隊伍，我不必再說多么美好的誓言?！驼{做人，高調做事’，這是我欣賞的一句話，也將成為我對自律會的詮釋。今晚此刻我有一個夢想，希望在座的新一屆自律會成員、特別是10級的新生，你們是自律會的明天，是自律會的未來。我相信通過我們的努力，在自律會這個溫暖的大家庭中，我們可以繼續(xù)不斷完善自己、磨練自己、施展自己。我們將一道盡自己的智慧與力量去拼搏、去奮斗，去爭取一顆平常心，一步一個腳印地完成蛻去稚嫩、走向成熟的心路歷程，做好我們自律會。

尊敬的各位領導，老師，親愛的同學們:

大家晚上好!很榮幸能站在這里參加管院學生會的就職演講，更要感謝大家對我的支持和信任，謝謝大家!首先，做一下自我介紹，我叫房宏揚，來自于09級工程管理1班，很榮幸擔任實踐部部長。

實踐部是一個充滿了激情與挑戰(zhàn)的展現自己的平臺。讓同學們在實踐中學習，在實踐中成長,在實踐中鍛煉自己,在努力與堅持之后更加成熟。實踐部是同學們參加各項實踐活動的窗口，負責學生會的保障工作及開展實踐活動，是一個旨在加強學生與社會交流、豐富廣大學生課余生活的職能部門。

俗話講，“沒有金剛鉆，不攬瓷器活”，我相信今天上臺的各位都是各部的佼佼者，對于我而言，長達一年的實踐部的工作經歷，使我對實踐部的各項工作得到了進一步的了解，能力也得到了很大的提高，但是人的能力要在充足的空間下，才能充分的發(fā)揮，否則將會“駢死與槽櫪之間”所以我希望自己站在更高的位置上，看的更遠些，發(fā)揮更大的作用，去帶領實踐部，把實踐部的工作搞的更好更出色。

我將從以下幾方面開展我的工作：

一，抓住根本，經常搞一些與實踐有關的各類活動，讓每一位同學都參與到實踐活動中,真正的去體驗實踐活動所帶來的樂趣,另外要向同學們大力宣傳實踐活動所帶來的好處，增加同學們的積極性。

二，挖掘部門中各干事潛力，讓每一位學生會的干事都參與到活動中,真正實現鍛煉到每一位干事的目標.多舉辦一些活動,使我們部承擔的各項活動，擴大規(guī)模，以提高我們部門在全院的影響力.三，發(fā)揮本部特色，加強與其他部的聯系共同搞好學生工作。

我將努力加強自身修養(yǎng)，努力提高完善自身素質，我將時時要求自己待人正直，公正做事，時時要求自己，嚴以律己，寬以待人，我要力爭學生干部的職責與個人品德同時到位。

憑借一年以來在學生會的工作經驗，憑借我對實踐部工作的熱情，我確信自己一定能勝任實踐部部長一職

就職演講

尊敬的師兄師姐，親愛的同學們

大家早上好

今天，很榮幸站在這個神圣的講臺上競選學生會的換屆選舉，我是13美術教育1班的羅偉星，我競選的職位是心促部部長。

在心促部工作近一年的我，參加過許許多多的心理活動，例如團體素質培訓，參與心理活動周和心理活動月的策劃與工作，主持過心委交流會，也曾支援其他部門的活動。在工作上我認真負責，謹慎細心。同時在心促部的這一年中，我學到了不僅是對心理咨詢的理論和技術，還有為人處世的準則，待人接物的態(tài)度，最重要的我學會了“少說空話，多做事?！?在我看來，學生會干部就是為學生服務的，有一份熱就要放一分光。也許你會問：我憑什么競選呢？我的回答是：我有三顆心。那就是對工作的熱心，認真負責的責任心，和不斷向上的進取心。

假如我當選上部長這一職，我將會以飽滿的熱情和積極的心態(tài)去對待每一件事情。積極的開展心理活動，時刻關注學生的生活和心理狀況。認真貫徹我們學生會的服務精神。

除此之外，我還會加強心促部的體制。每周都開個部門會議，對這周內心促部干事的活動進行評估和建議，通過部門成員間的互評反應情況，指出他們在工作中的優(yōu)點和缺點，我會以朋友的身份與他們商討解決方案并制定出下階段計劃。還會經常與他們談心，彼此交流對生活、工作的看法。我會帶領好我的干事們努力工作，更好的為大家服務，一起營造一個有利學生身心健康的良好氛圍。

關于競選心促部部長，我不想再給大家過多的承諾，因為承諾在付諸實踐之前都是一張白紙，我更希望能有機會用實踐證明這一切，也希望大家給我這個機會，謝謝大家
