縱觀當(dāng)前小學(xué)作文教學(xué)，其狀況是不盡人意的。大多數(shù)小學(xué)生在作文時(shí)都覺(jué)得“無(wú)話可說(shuō)”“沒(méi)啥可寫(xiě)”，有的雖有材料寫(xiě)，但內(nèi)容空洞，使人覺(jué)得索然無(wú)味，這是小學(xué)作文中的普遍現(xiàn)象。小學(xué)生作文為什么會(huì)“無(wú)話可說(shuō)”？如何解決這一問(wèn)題呢？我在長(zhǎng)期的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的研究和探索。這里，我就自己的教學(xué)談?wù)剛€(gè)人淺見(jiàn)。

一、以學(xué)生為主體，教師為指導(dǎo)。

作文按說(shuō)應(yīng)該是學(xué)生自己的事，但一直以來(lái)都是以教師為中心。長(zhǎng)期的作文教學(xué)實(shí)踐證明：能否充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用是衡量小學(xué)作文教學(xué)成敗的關(guān)鍵。在作文教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，習(xí)作過(guò)程本身就是學(xué)生主體思維、主體創(chuàng)作的過(guò)程，是學(xué)生啟動(dòng)積累、獨(dú)立思維、組合加工的過(guò)程。教師要改變以老師為中心的教學(xué)模式，必須自始至終地貫徹“以學(xué)生為主體”的教育思想。在尊重主體的志趣、思想、情感、性格等基礎(chǔ)上因勢(shì)利導(dǎo)，因材施教。只有這樣，才能切實(shí)加強(qiáng)作文教學(xué)，達(dá)到我們預(yù)期的目的。

二、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作興趣

興趣是最好的老師。當(dāng)一個(gè)人對(duì)某種事物產(chǎn)生興趣時(shí)，他會(huì)對(duì)該事物表現(xiàn)出特別的關(guān)注，大膽地探索，并去從事與此有關(guān)的活動(dòng)。

教師在指導(dǎo)學(xué)生作文之前，先有目的地組織學(xué)生參與相關(guān)的活動(dòng)。讓學(xué)生動(dòng)起來(lái)，充分感受其中的樂(lè)趣。教師把教學(xué)有機(jī)地滲透于他們的玩耍中，讓學(xué)生在不知不覺(jué)中掌握了寫(xiě)作知識(shí)。在這種特定的環(huán)境中，學(xué)生興趣盎然，有了親身感受，加上教師的指導(dǎo)，學(xué)生們便可寫(xiě)出妙趣橫生的好文章來(lái)。例如我在指導(dǎo)學(xué)生寫(xiě)《快樂(lè)的游戲》的作文時(shí)，我對(duì)作文內(nèi)容只字不提，下午課間活動(dòng)時(shí),我?guī)е?0多個(gè)氣球和同班同學(xué)一起到操場(chǎng)上做游戲---頂氣球。首先我宣布比賽規(guī)則,然后吹哨,比賽開(kāi)始了。看,雙方你爭(zhēng)我搶,場(chǎng)上氣氛立刻熱烈起來(lái),雙方激烈爭(zhēng)奪,勝負(fù)難分。比賽結(jié)束后,同學(xué)們還余興未盡。第二天作文課上,我宣布了作文題目《快樂(lè)的游戲》,同學(xué)們情緒活躍起來(lái)了,這篇文章很快地寫(xiě)了出來(lái),而且寫(xiě)得內(nèi)容充實(shí),條理清楚。

二、熱愛(ài)生活，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生細(xì)致的觀察能力

小學(xué)生在寫(xiě)作文時(shí)常常覺(jué)得無(wú)話可說(shuō)，其主要原因之一是材料不足，無(wú)東西可寫(xiě)，以至拿起筆來(lái)無(wú)從下手。不是學(xué)生不了解生活，不關(guān)心生活，而是他們的觀察和分析能力較差，不善于通過(guò)表面現(xiàn)象去認(rèn)識(shí)和捕捉生活中最有特征的東西。因此，對(duì)身邊的許多事物視而不見(jiàn)、充耳不聞。由此可見(jiàn)，教會(huì)學(xué)生觀察和分析，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)生活的能力是我們的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。

小學(xué)生生活閱歷淺，對(duì)許多事物沒(méi)有深切的體驗(yàn)，所以寫(xiě)不出真情實(shí)感。那么該如何去體驗(yàn)生活呢？我認(rèn)為應(yīng)該從“小事”做起，小到看母雞生蛋、貓捉老鼠、種花、玩泥巴等等，做觀察事物體驗(yàn)生活的有心人。這樣在課堂上作文就不會(huì)無(wú)話可說(shuō)了.除了教給學(xué)生觀察事物的方法，用眼看、用耳聽(tīng)、用手摸、用腦想，更重要的還是防止把觀察視為短期行為，要養(yǎng)成留心觀察周?chē)挛锏牧?xí)慣，遇風(fēng)則風(fēng)，遇雨則雨，遇事則事。為了達(dá)此目的，可有意識(shí)地跟蹤觀察某事物。例如：學(xué)校的植物園里種了一棵絲瓜，我便帶學(xué)生長(zhǎng)期觀察，抓住絲瓜發(fā)芽、開(kāi)花、結(jié)果過(guò)程中每一個(gè)階段的不同特點(diǎn)，并記下來(lái)。有一次，上課時(shí)突然下起了大雨，我索性停下課，讓學(xué)生們?nèi)ビ^察窗外景物在瞬間的變化。訓(xùn)練的方法很多，無(wú)論采用何種方式指導(dǎo)學(xué)生，其目的都是要學(xué)生特別留心自己身邊的人、事、物，而且盡力從這些平凡又普遍的生活現(xiàn)象中捕捉最有特征的東西。做到寫(xiě)作時(shí)心中有“物”，以糾正假話、空話、套話連篇的毛病，使學(xué)生從無(wú)話可說(shuō)到有話想說(shuō)達(dá)到有話會(huì)說(shuō)。

三、加強(qiáng)閱讀、經(jīng)典背誦、讀寫(xiě)結(jié)合閱讀是學(xué)生知識(shí)積累，打好寫(xiě)作基礎(chǔ)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。寫(xiě)離不開(kāi)讀，讀為寫(xiě)打基礎(chǔ)。小學(xué)生在大量識(shí)字后，可以廣泛閱讀甚至經(jīng)典文章加以背誦，這樣就能接觸多種語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格的文章，增加詞匯量的積累，這對(duì)于作文有著重要的意義。另一方面還要使他們懂得，所有文章的寫(xiě)成都是來(lái)源于生活，反映于社會(huì)生活憑空是寫(xiě)不出好文章來(lái)的。因此“生活是寫(xiě)作的源泉”。所以我們只有廣泛地閱讀，經(jīng)典背誦，熱愛(ài)生活，學(xué)會(huì)觀察事物，才能真正幫助學(xué)生提高寫(xiě)作能力。學(xué)生通過(guò)廣泛的閱讀還可以豐富知識(shí)，提高認(rèn)識(shí)，開(kāi)拓視野。課外閱讀越多，學(xué)生作文越豐富，思維越活躍，表達(dá)起來(lái)有選擇的余地，做到得心應(yīng)手，運(yùn)用自如，做到“讀書(shū)破萬(wàn)卷，下筆如有神?！?/p>
