      一個有3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的招聘專員,經(jīng)他手的簡歷應(yīng)該有上千份,他最不喜歡的簡歷是那種有“自戀心態(tài)”的簡歷———“我有非常強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、專業(yè)的知識背景、良好的溝通技巧……”

      雇主非常不喜歡這樣的簡歷,因?yàn)樘珜挿?,既沒有實(shí)質(zhì)性內(nèi)容,也沒有突出個性。更何況你會這樣寫,別人也會,諸如:敬業(yè)精神、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神等,每天看著同樣的簡歷,面試官如何不產(chǎn)生“審美疲倦”?如果你的簡歷混在類似的兩三百份簡歷當(dāng)中,自然不會引起注意。毫不夸張地說,這樣的簡歷還沒有到HR經(jīng)理手上就被扔進(jìn)碎紙機(jī)了。

      我給大家的建議是,用事實(shí)和數(shù)字說話。與其把很多抽象的概念化的素質(zhì)寫出來,還不如用具體數(shù)據(jù)、事實(shí)等來表明你的工作實(shí)力,讓別人自己得出結(jié)論。譬如,假若你有在GE工作過的經(jīng)歷,那么寫清楚這段經(jīng)歷遠(yuǎn)比自詡“團(tuán)隊(duì)精神”、“抗壓能力”等等更具有說服力。再譬如,應(yīng)聘營銷方面的職務(wù)時,最好列出你過去完成的項(xiàng)目、數(shù)量、完成的周期、效果、標(biāo)的等。

      2、本人積極向上,學(xué)習(xí)刻苦努力,團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué),熱愛集體活動。有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感,和社會榮辱觀。

      3、熱愛集體,有強(qiáng)烈的集體榮譽(yù)感.性格開朗,樂觀.并有處理突發(fā)事件之能力。通過對貴公司的了解,感覺貴公司實(shí)乃我理想中鍛煉自己,完善自己并發(fā)揮自己所學(xué)的理想場所。在此,我誠摯的請求加入貴公司,希望貴公司能給我機(jī)會,我會盡自己所能為公司服務(wù).最后,祝貴公司事業(yè)蒸蒸日上。
