時(shí)光荏苒、歲月如梭，幾年的時(shí)間很快過去了，從2005年大學(xué)畢業(yè)進(jìn)入公司，安排到變電工程處從事變電項(xiàng)目資料管理工作，我在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事們的關(guān)心與幫助下圓滿的完成了各項(xiàng)工作，在思想覺悟方面有了更進(jìn)一步的提高。現(xiàn)將這幾年的總結(jié)匯報(bào)如下：

一、思想品德及職業(yè)道德方面

以共產(chǎn)黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，遵紀(jì)守法，愛崗敬業(yè)，具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和事業(yè)心，積極主動認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識，工作態(tài)度端正，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。由于從事的專業(yè)與所讀專業(yè)的不同，基建工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)又少，自己從書籍、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、相關(guān)部門等多種渠道認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)電力行業(yè)的規(guī)范文本、驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等送變電工程方面的各項(xiàng)法規(guī)政策、規(guī)范。通過學(xué)習(xí)這些資料、規(guī)范的執(zhí)行這些建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在我項(xiàng)目部的基本建設(shè)管理過程中收到了良好的實(shí)效。

二、工作業(yè)績及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面

最近3年，本人前后參加了以下幾項(xiàng)工程：①?？谟駮x110kV1#、2#線路改造工程；②昌江霸王嶺35kV變電站二期擴(kuò)建工程；③ 昌江昌城110kV輸變電工程；④昌江十月田35kV變電站改造工程；⑤?？谛颅?10kV變電站增容改造工程等工程。腳踏實(shí)地工作，想盡一切辦法完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦任務(wù)。自從擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目資料管理工作以來。因資料管理工作比較瑣碎，但為了搞好工作，我不怕麻煩，向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請教、向同事學(xué)習(xí)、自己摸索實(shí)踐，在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)便熟悉了資料管理的工作，明確了工作的程序、方向，提高了工作能力，在具體的工作中形成了一個(gè)清晰的工作思路，能夠順利的開展工作并熟練圓滿地完成本職工作。我本著“把工作做的更好”這樣一個(gè)目標(biāo)，開拓創(chuàng)新意識，總結(jié)出資料管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)如下：

①做好本項(xiàng)目部工程的工程資料與工程進(jìn)度同步，收集整理齊全工程前期的安全、質(zhì)量、廠家等各種資料。

②凡涉及到工程的所有資料都應(yīng)以圖紙為依據(jù)

③必須和監(jiān)理處好關(guān)系，凡有搞不明白的地方就去請教他們，盡量按監(jiān)理的要求去做，確保資料簽認(rèn)的通過率

④在規(guī)定的時(shí)間里完成了竣工資料的收集和整理，并按要求合格的交付業(yè)主單位及公司工程部進(jìn)行存檔。

總之,資料工作從技術(shù)部、工程部到物資部甚至經(jīng)營部一直滲透到項(xiàng)目部各個(gè)角落，各部門、人員各盡其責(zé)又相互制約、環(huán)環(huán)相扣，尤其是資料交圈性的要求，更像一條繩索將項(xiàng)目部所有資料相關(guān)部室、人員緊緊捆綁在起，這就要求所有資料相關(guān)人員必須步調(diào)一致，完美合作，堅(jiān)決防止多諾米骨牌效應(yīng)的發(fā)生。孤掌難鳴，強(qiáng)有力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及制度是硬件保證，具有高素質(zhì)及優(yōu)秀業(yè)務(wù)水平的員工是軟件保證，兩者兼具才能塑造一個(gè)攻無不克，戰(zhàn)無不勝的優(yōu)秀團(tuán)隊(duì)，優(yōu)秀團(tuán)隊(duì)才能干出一流的工作。

三、專業(yè)技能學(xué)習(xí)方面

在工作期間，本人先后過二級建造師考試、進(jìn)網(wǎng)電工作業(yè)許可證高壓類、資料員崗位證等。

專業(yè)的知識的學(xué)習(xí)是必不可缺少的，只有有效將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合才能使自己成為一個(gè)合格專業(yè)的人才。

四、存在不足及今后的工作思路

從事質(zhì)量、安全、廠家資料的收集和整理這幾年來，常常感受到工作的繁忙、責(zé)任的重大；大事、小事壓在身上，往往重視了這頭，卻忽略了那頭，沒能全方位地進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地工作。沒有足夠地學(xué)懂各種規(guī)范，導(dǎo)致在進(jìn)行資料的填寫時(shí)出現(xiàn)漏洞，這樣雖不能影響工程質(zhì)量、安全質(zhì)量的驗(yàn)收，但總覺得自己沒有做好，希望在今后工作中自己將努力做到更好。

通過總結(jié)多年來的工作，找出工作中的不足，以便在以后的工作中加以克服，同時(shí)還需要多看書，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)好規(guī)范規(guī)程及有關(guān)文件資料，掌握好專業(yè)知識 提高自己的工作能力，加強(qiáng)工作責(zé)任感，及時(shí)做好個(gè)人的各項(xiàng)工作。

總之，在今后的工作中，我將不斷地鞭策自己并充實(shí)能量，提高自身素質(zhì)與專業(yè)知識水平，以適應(yīng)時(shí)代和企業(yè)的發(fā)展，成長為一名優(yōu)秀的電力工作者。

一． 社團(tuán)目的：

傳授棋類理論知識以及舉行棋類比賽，提高棋藝；促進(jìn)同學(xué)之間的交流；豐富大學(xué)生生活；領(lǐng)悟棋理，提高思考高度、廣度、深度以及創(chuàng)新能力。

二． 棋種分類：

中國象棋社——這里有車來車往，駿馬奔騰，炮聲隆隆，兵來將擋的王者爭霸。你可以在楚河漢界之間盡情廝殺，展現(xiàn)你逐鹿天下的王者風(fēng)度。

2、大型比賽——每月舉辦各社大型比賽，主要目的是促進(jìn)校園棋文化氛圍的發(fā)展，豐富校園文化生活，在對弈中不斷進(jìn)步，領(lǐng)悟人生道理。

有造詣。在高中時(shí)期，曾被同學(xué)譽(yù)為五子棋中的棋魔，其他棋類多有涉獵，略知一二。

王佰宇，09級人文科學(xué)系 法學(xué)專業(yè)?？釔圮娖?、象棋，具有較高的學(xué)習(xí)能力，對于棋類有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)悟能力，在多次與社長的棋類討論中都有自己的獨(dú)到見解。從初中時(shí)期開始涉及各種棋類的競技。
