      所發(fā)的簡歷中可能會有2―5份比較有競爭力,能贏得面試機會;其它95―98份簡歷只有耐心等待。你應該認識到,除非你的簡歷和求職信相當出色,否則,也就是沒有結果。盡管這種方式成功率很低,但很多求職者樂意采用,一是因為他們認為看廣告找工作是較為便捷的求職方式之一;二是不需要直接投資,只需要多花時間和耐心。而且,有些人的確是看廣告就找到了工作。專家建議,如果你想通過看廣告求職,必須寫好簡歷和求職信。

      必須牢記,你回答招聘廣告的惟一目的就是贏得面試機會,能不能錄用你,不僅要看廣告應答的水平,還要看你的面試表現(xiàn)。

      回答簡潔。對照招聘要求,列出你的經(jīng)驗、能力、優(yōu)勢、你要看懂招聘廣告,除了列出的招聘要求,往往還有其他潛在的要求,你所要做的就比其他人強一點點。并在你的簡歷中注意使用。

      如果我不具備某項技能,至少你要

      說明我對此有興趣,或正在學習。當然,你應該是真的。如果你具備這項技能,只是沒有實際工作經(jīng)驗,應表明你有能力、有信心做好這份工作,并用學習成績和對工作內容的深刻了解及其它經(jīng)歷來證明。編造工作經(jīng)歷對自己沒有好處,單位在面試中很容易發(fā)現(xiàn),懷疑你品質有問題。

      如果廣告中沒有提到薪水要求,你也不要提,為什么要給單位理由提前把你剔除呢!如果在廣告中要求注明薪水要求,單位是不想浪費時間,提前把一些人剔除出去,在這種情況下,你可不提工資,好像忘記說了;也可以標明工資范圍。至少要有500―1000元/月的參照標準,并說明是根據(jù)你承擔的責任大小和任務量的多少來定。

      除了廣告中要求的,不要主動提供無關的資料,這樣做,結果就是增加被剔除的可能性。

      第五篇:應聘招聘廣告求職信寫法

      當你準備寫應聘的求職信時,應逐行地仔細閱讀招聘廣告,將雇主對應聘者的要求條件,依據(jù)其重要性逐條列在一張白紙的左邊,然后,按照你的個人簡歷,將你符合雇主要求的相應條件列在那張白紙的右邊。這樣,可以幫你直接針對雇主的要求,寫出有效的求職信。主要組成部分有:

      1、提及雇主的招聘廣告及其出處;

      2、對雇主的空缺表示興趣;

      3、將雇主的要求與個人的條件予以比較;

      4、對薪水的要求(此條可以不提)

      5、請求給予面試的機會或答復;

      6、禮節(jié)上的感謝。

      這類應聘的求職信主要有兩種類型:

      1、條列式,多用于應聘者為了強調自身擁有雇主所要求的全部條件。應聘者將符合的條件一條條列出來,從而使雇主給你一次面試的機會。

      2、文字式,主要用于應聘者不全部擁有雇主在招聘廣告上所要求的條件,通過文字敘述,使自身缺乏的條件盡可能不顯眼。
