      敬愛的黨組織: 中國共產(chǎn)黨自成立以來,歷經(jīng)風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨。數(shù)不清的仁人志士用鮮血驅(qū)散了舊中國天空中的陰霾,為中國人民站起來指明了方向;數(shù)不清的中共黨員用自己寶貴的生命架起新中國建設(shè)的橋梁,為社會主義建設(shè)添磚加瓦。可能許多人會問:“是什么指導(dǎo)他們這樣為了人民奮不顧身?”以前我也不太明白,但現(xiàn)在我認(rèn)識到是一種謹(jǐn)記心中的信仰——中國共產(chǎn)黨是代表最廣大人民的根本利益,是中國人民和中華民族的先鋒隊。這不是一句大白話,而是每個黨員心中不息的火焰。

      “青山處處埋忠骨,一腔熱血灑高原?!泵孔x到這句詩都會讓我不禁想起孔繁森。我成為預(yù)備黨員已經(jīng)有好幾個月了,在這幾個月里,我一直告誡自己要多向優(yōu)秀的黨員同志們學(xué)習(xí),向偉大的黨更加靠攏。我查閱了多位優(yōu)秀的共產(chǎn)黨人的事跡報告和相關(guān)資料。今天,我向敬愛的黨組織匯報我關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)了孔繁森同志事跡后的體會和領(lǐng)悟。

      孔繁森同志,1944年出生,山東聊城人。他18歲參軍,1966年加入中國共產(chǎn)黨。1969年復(fù)員后,他先當(dāng)工人,后被提拔為國家干部。1979年,國家要從內(nèi)地抽調(diào)一批干部到西藏工作,時任地委宣傳部副部長的孔繁森主動報名,請人寫了“是七尺男兒生能舍己,作千秋鬼雄死不還鄉(xiāng)”的條幅。剛到西藏,他又寫下“青山處處埋忠骨,一腔熱血灑高原”,以此銘志??追鄙臼莾?yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員,焦裕祿式的好干部、時代先鋒、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的楷模、我們學(xué)習(xí)的好榜樣。

      他兩次入藏,盡管兩次職位不同,但他在工作期間盡職盡責(zé)與藏族群眾結(jié)下了深厚的友誼,為西藏地區(qū)的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻。近幾日在網(wǎng)上看了一些關(guān)于孔繁森的紀(jì)錄片,我看到他到任僅4個月的時間,他就跑遍了全市8個縣區(qū)所有的公辦學(xué)校和一半以上的村辦小學(xué),為發(fā)展少數(shù)民族的教育事業(yè)奔波操勞;我看到他為了結(jié)束尼木縣續(xù)邁等3個鄉(xiāng)群眾易患大骨節(jié)病的歷史,他幾次爬到海拔近5000米的山頂水源處采集水樣,幫助群眾解決飲水問題;同樣我也看到拉薩市墨竹工卡等縣發(fā)生強烈地震,孔繁森在羊日崗鄉(xiāng)的地震廢墟上,還領(lǐng)養(yǎng)了3名藏族孤兒,把“代表最廣大人民的利益”切實落到了實處。

      1994年11月29日,孔繁森在去新疆塔城考察邊貿(mào)途中,因車禍殉職,年僅50歲。在孔繁森的葬禮上,懸掛著一幅挽聯(lián),形象地概括了孔繁森的一生,也道出了藏族人民對他的懷念:

      上聯(lián):一塵不染兩袖清風(fēng),視名利安危淡似獅泉河水。

      下聯(lián):二離桑梓獨戀雪域,置民族團結(jié)重如岡底斯山。

      歌曲《走進西藏》、《公仆贊》、《等你回家》就是對他的贊頌。

      在孔繁森的勤奮工作下,西藏阿里經(jīng)濟有了較快的發(fā)展。1994年,全地區(qū)國民生產(chǎn)總值超過1.8億元,比上年增長37.5%;國民收入超過1.1億元,比上年增長6.7%。他為了制定把阿里地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟帶上新臺階的規(guī)劃,準(zhǔn)備在最有潛力的邊貿(mào)、旅游等方面下功夫。為此,他帶領(lǐng)有關(guān)部門,親自到新疆塔城進行邊貿(mào)考察。1994年11月29日,完成任務(wù)返回阿里途中,不幸發(fā)生車禍以身殉職,時年50歲。他犧牲后,江澤民總書記于1995年4月29日親筆題詞“向孔繁森同志學(xué)習(xí)”,時任國務(wù)院總理的李鵬也題詞“學(xué)習(xí)孔繁森同志熱愛人民、無私奉獻的精神”。2009年9月14日,他被評為100位新中國成立以來感動中國人物之一。而《孔繁森》一文也已被蘇教版語文書收錄為課文??追鄙鳛榻▏詠碇卮蟮湫?,被譽為“九十年代的雷鋒”、“新時期的焦裕祿”、“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的楷?!薄ⅰ懊褡鍒F結(jié)的典范”。他用真摯的愛民之情,赤誠的為民之心,強烈的富民之愿,用生命回答了人為什么活著?怎樣活著更有價值?這兩個根本問題。恰恰就是對這兩個問題正確解答,具有最樸素的普世價值和人文情懷,閃爍著不朽的文明之光、人性之光和理想之光。今天我們從普世價值的角度認(rèn)識和傳播孔繁森精神, 大力倡導(dǎo)愛人、幫人、關(guān)心人的人生價值觀,對構(gòu)建和諧社會,促進世界和平與進步大有裨益。

      這一切,讓我受益匪淺。

      我們在緬懷那些給予我們心靈深深震撼的優(yōu)秀黨員同時,也不要忘記對一些沒有意識到自己信仰的人的引以為戒。七屆二中全會時,毛主席就指出要防止敵人的“糖衣炮彈”,建國后一些人在經(jīng)歷住戰(zhàn)爭時期槍林彈雨的前提下卻敗在了“糖衣炮彈”的腳下。劉青山,在血腥的白色恐怖籠罩下,在艱苦的八年抗日戰(zhàn)爭和三年多的人民解放戰(zhàn)爭中,曾奮不顧身地為黨的事業(yè)和人民群眾的解放,進行過英勇的斗爭;但卻在新中國成立后在自己的職位上投機倒把、貪污受賄,成為被判處死刑的高官之一。這不得不使我們感受到如果缺失了信仰、模糊關(guān)于黨的性質(zhì)的認(rèn)識,將會導(dǎo)致一個多么嚴(yán)重的后果。

      所以,我們要多向孔繁森、焦裕祿、雷鋒等優(yōu)秀的共產(chǎn)黨員學(xué)習(xí)!

      優(yōu)秀黨員的優(yōu)秀事跡是我們立足的根本,而作為一個黨員的信仰是根本的根本。同時我們也應(yīng)意識到一些黨員在失去信仰后對黨、對人民造成的不良影響,并應(yīng)從中吸取教訓(xùn)。作為一名預(yù)備黨員,在清楚認(rèn)識到黨的性質(zhì)的同時我也認(rèn)識到自己應(yīng)該切實堅定信仰,從身邊做起,從小事做起,積極實現(xiàn)自己的價值,維護黨以及黨員的優(yōu)良形象。

      今天是10月20日,離黃群、宋月才、姜開斌等四位同志壯烈犧牲已經(jīng)過去了整整兩個月。在今天,我們團內(nèi)所有的黨員聚集在一起學(xué)習(xí)三位優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員的先進事跡,他們?yōu)楸Wo國家重點實驗平臺,不懼臺風(fēng)和巨浪,在自己的崗位上堅持到最后一刻,用實際行動詮釋了共產(chǎn)黨員對黨忠誠、恪盡職守、不怕犧牲的優(yōu)秀品格。
