藥學(xué)專業(yè)簡介
藥學(xué)在世界各大經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域中是發(fā)展最快的門類之一,醫(yī)藥公司的年經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長率高于國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度。并且,由于它關(guān)系著每個(gè)人的健康,越來越受到國家和社會的重視。我國的藥學(xué)事業(yè)近幾年發(fā)展非常迅猛,許多藥品都得到了國際市場的認(rèn)可,與外國企業(yè)建立了合作關(guān)系,但藥學(xué)專業(yè)人才方缺少;根據(jù)國家有關(guān)規(guī)定,藥品生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營企業(yè)必須配備執(zhí)業(yè)藥師;實(shí)施藥品分類管理、具有銷售處方藥和甲類非處方藥資格的零售藥店必須配備執(zhí)業(yè)藥師。因此,藥學(xué)專業(yè)是我國人才需求旺盛的朝陽專業(yè)。
我校藥學(xué)專業(yè)始于1950年設(shè)立的藥劑專業(yè),2004年經(jīng)湖南省教育廳批準(zhǔn)正式設(shè)立藥學(xué)專業(yè),是我校開辦時(shí)間最長的專業(yè)之一,現(xiàn)面向全國二十余個(gè)省(市)招生。本系一貫堅(jiān)持“以職業(yè)技能為核心,以質(zhì)量為中心,以創(chuàng)新為手段,以合作求發(fā)展”的辦學(xué)理念,堅(jiān)持工學(xué)結(jié)合,以實(shí)習(xí)帶動就業(yè),形成了具有特色的“工學(xué)結(jié)合、實(shí)境育人”的人才培養(yǎng)模式。課程內(nèi)容對應(yīng)職業(yè)崗位要求,突出職業(yè)實(shí)踐技能訓(xùn)練,構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)——技能實(shí)訓(xùn)——畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)三位一體的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校專業(yè)教育與行業(yè)對應(yīng)職業(yè)技術(shù)崗位的“無縫”對接。藥學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生綜合素質(zhì)好,受到用人單位和社會各界的一致好評,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率達(dá)100%。為提高學(xué)生學(xué)歷層次,自2011年開始與中南大學(xué)藥學(xué)院聯(lián)合舉辦自考本科助學(xué)班。
一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)掌握藥學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論、基本知識和實(shí)驗(yàn)技能,具備熟練的藥學(xué)專業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力。畢業(yè)后在醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、制藥企業(yè)、藥品營銷企業(yè)、藥品檢驗(yàn)部門能從事臨床藥學(xué)、藥物制劑、藥品營銷、藥物檢測等工作的德、智、體、美等方面全面發(fā)展的高級技術(shù)應(yīng)用性專業(yè)人才。
二、主要課程:藥劑學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、藥物分析、藥用植物學(xué)、藥物化學(xué)、天然藥物化學(xué)、無機(jī)化學(xué)、有機(jī)化學(xué)、分析化學(xué)。

1、堅(jiān)持“依托行業(yè)、服務(wù)行業(yè)、融入行業(yè)”的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作教育思想,積極探索、建立了“校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)帶就業(yè)”的產(chǎn)學(xué)結(jié)合教育模式。學(xué)校與湖南湘中制藥公司、長沙達(dá)嘉維康醫(yī)藥公司、湖南懷仁藥業(yè)有限公司等單位簽定了訂單式培養(yǎng)合同,進(jìn)行校企協(xié)作、合作育人,學(xué)生帶薪實(shí)習(xí),實(shí)習(xí)期間就可以拿到月薪1000元以上,學(xué)生畢業(yè)即可定向就業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了“學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)---就業(yè)直通”。
2、學(xué)校有附屬醫(yī)院 2所,藥學(xué)專業(yè)有定點(diǎn)實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)院、藥廠等40余家,為學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)提供了強(qiáng)有力的保障。
3、建立了以職業(yè)能力形成為核心,以工作過程為導(dǎo)向的課程體系,注重崗位技能與綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)與崗位能力形成的“無縫對接”。

1、在醫(yī)院藥劑科,從事調(diào)劑、制劑、質(zhì)檢、臨床藥學(xué)等工作。
2、在醫(yī)藥公司、藥廠的質(zhì)檢部門以及藥檢部門從事藥物的質(zhì)量檢查工作。
3、在制藥廠從事藥品生產(chǎn)及管理工作
4、在醫(yī)藥公司、藥廠銷售部門、連鎖藥店從事藥品的銷售工作。
5、在大學(xué)、研究所、藥廠的研究部門,從事藥物的研發(fā)工作。

藥學(xué)專業(yè)是培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展和醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)需求,具有系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代藥學(xué)知識,掌握現(xiàn)代藥學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論、基本知識和基本技能,具有一定中醫(yī)藥和民族醫(yī)藥知識,能夠在藥物研發(fā)單位、藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、醫(yī)藥貿(mào)易行業(yè)、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),以及藥品檢驗(yàn)、藥政管理等單位從事藥物研制,藥品生產(chǎn)、營銷、檢驗(yàn)、貿(mào)易、管理和監(jiān)督合理用藥的復(fù)合型藥學(xué)專門人才。
