Well, let me talk about the topic first.If I were the boss, for instance, this topic seems a little big for me.For example, I don’t know which field I would serve, or what types of employees I would be in charge of.For this reason, I prefer to materialize（將什么變成）it into a simple, realistic model.My major is microelectronics, so if I am the boss of microelectronic company in China, what would it be like, what progress will we have made?
