職位描述
崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities
1.根據(jù)預(yù)測、宴會預(yù)定、團體餐安排及重要賓客的人數(shù)來安排工作。According to projections, banquet reservations, group meal arrangements and the number of important guests to arrange work
2.做好銷售,賓客投訴、解決辦法及相關(guān)員工、設(shè)備的記錄。Making good records of sales, guest complaints, solutions and related staff, equipments
3.給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出建議,提高工作效率,促進銷售,并達到增源節(jié)支的目的。Make recommendations to the leadership, improve efficiency, boost sales and achieve the purpose of increasing income and cutting costs
4.建立收銀調(diào)節(jié)控制程序,在服務(wù)前后,要按此程序來工作。Establishing the cash register regulation and control procedures, before and after the service, following these procedures to work
5.參與菜單、酒水單的制定及定價。Participating inthe menu, wine listdraftingand pricing
任職資格Qualification
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷;至少熟練掌握一門外語。College degree or above;At least one foreign language proficiently
2.3年以上5星級酒店同等工作經(jīng)驗;精通西餐、酒吧的業(yè)務(wù)知識,熟練掌握本部門的技能技巧。3 years equivalent work experience in 5-star hotel;Proficient in Western food, the bar business knowledge, master skills and techniques in this sector
3.具有較強的社會活動能力、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作能力和實際工作能力。Strong social skills, organizational skills and leadership ability to practice
4.具有食品原材料加工、西餐成本核算方面的知識。掌握各種產(chǎn)品配方、各種食品原材料出料率標(biāo)準(zhǔn),控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和成本消耗。Knowledge of processing row materials of food, costing of Western food.Proficient in a variety of product formulation, the standard feed rate of raw materials of food, control the product quality and cost
5.西餐食品原料學(xué)、烹調(diào)學(xué)、食品營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生和西餐管理等方面的專業(yè)知識。Expertise in western food materials science, cooking, food nutrition, hygiene and Western management
