二、銷售英語
1.如何招攬顧客
一般程序:招呼—問候—尋找相關(guān)話題—理出商談頭緒。所以,打招呼很重要,無論顧客有沒有表現(xiàn)購買意愿,您都應(yīng)該上前問候一句:“What can I do for you?”或“May I help you?”,也可說:“Can I be of any assistance?”,如果是熟客,可簡單說聲:“Good afternoon, madam, something for you?”
2.如何打開話題
如果顧客不置可否或表現(xiàn)出不耐煩的樣子,決不可輕言放棄,可以先說:“Everybody is welcome here, madam.Whether she buys or not.(這里歡迎任何人光臨,買不買都沒關(guān)系。)”,然后婉轉(zhuǎn)地問:“Are you looking for something?”。
3.如何拉近距離
首先表達(dá)自己身份,甚至可以交換名片,然后說些常用客套話,為后來的推銷鋪路。一句:“Would you mind my recommending?”十分有用。
4.如何游說購買
初次見面就開門見山、滔滔不絕的做法已經(jīng)落伍。當(dāng)你要說服顧客時,最好用“Well, let me tell you why.”作為解釋商品用途、優(yōu)點的開場白。
5.如何展示商品
可以說:“Please take a look at this.”或“That one, madam?(那個好嗎?)”配合產(chǎn)品加以說明時,則用“As you can see, ~(正如您所見,~)”
6.如何拖延時間
爭取時間以便長期抗戰(zhàn)要有技巧,再心急也要說“Please take your time”(慢慢看/參觀)或“Go right ahead, please.”(隨便參觀)。根據(jù)情況也可通過閑聊進(jìn)入主題,讓顧客有一定時間考慮。
7.如何選取工具
廣告信函、海報、優(yōu)待卷等都是銷售的有效輔助工具,所謂“百聞不如一見”,一邊看商品,一邊聽解釋,才更易進(jìn)入狀況。所以“I'll send you our D.M.”(我會寄給您產(chǎn)品的廣告信函)很有說服力。
8.如何利用店鋪開張
店鋪開張和周年慶典都是很好的宣傳機(jī)會,銷售重點在于“”(因為本店新開張),因此給予優(yōu)惠,或進(jìn)一步說明“If you would kindly recommend our establishment to your friends, the favor will be greatly appreciated.”(如果您將本店介紹給您朋友,本店將十分感激。)
9.如何勸客戶抓緊購買
店鋪出清存貨時是購買價廉物美的貨物的好時機(jī),您可以說“I understand there's not much left over.”(存貨不多。)
10.如何接受電話預(yù)定
除非是熟客,雙方足夠信任,否則,餐館、旅店通常的電話應(yīng)對方式是“What time can we expect you ?”(您幾點來?)
11.如何給客人菜單
餐廳里,引領(lǐng)顧客落座后通常遞上菜單“Good evening, sir.Here's the dinner menu”捎待一會,再詢問“May I take your order ?”(您要來點什么?)

四、如何用英語點菜?
點菜有兩種方式,一是a la carte(隨意點菜),一是tabled' hote或fixed price meal(份飯,套餐),后一種有幾道固定的菜肴和飲料,價格也是固定的。它的優(yōu)點就是方便快捷,點菜時只需指著菜單說: Please give me this one.(請給我來這個。)
We want two number eights, please.(我們要四份第八套餐。)
在點菜之前,一般先要份菜單: May I have a menu, please?(我可以看菜單嗎?)
如果不急于點菜,可以在服務(wù)生問到: Can I take your order now?(你現(xiàn)在叫點什么嗎?)回答:
Not quite.Could I have a few more minutes?(不,我可以再多等會嗎?)需要叫菜時,可以說: Please take my order.(請接受點菜。)
如果對當(dāng)?shù)氐牟穗炔皇煜?,可以問?What is the specialty of the restaurant?(這家店的招牌餐是什么?)
Do you have any special meals today?(今天有什么特餐嗎?)
What would you recommend? I prefer something light.(我想來點清淡些的,你能推薦什么嗎?)
也可以讓同來的人替你作主,或是點重復(fù)的飯菜: I'll leave it to you.(我讓你來點。)

6月1日開始,今年的就職面試活動正式拉開帷幕。今年找工作的形勢依然非常嚴(yán)峻。上一級的先輩們據(jù)說到目前為止還沒有一個人拿到offer。驚訝之同時,擔(dān)憂自己到底將會如何。學(xué)校的求職網(wǎng)站,還有留學(xué)生中心的揭示板上從開學(xué)的時候就陸陸續(xù)續(xù)登上了企業(yè)實習(xí)招聘或者就職說明會的通知。
前段時間參加了一個由政府出資,NpO組織的CGA計劃的招聘。這是一個針對在日的外國留學(xué)生的就職培訓(xùn)計劃,為期2年。會從各個大學(xué)選出相對優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生,然后免費提供各種就職服務(wù)和培訓(xùn),并且有機(jī)會和招聘企業(yè)人事進(jìn)行面對面的交流。篩選方式很簡單,常規(guī)的書面審查,然后是面試。相信很多留學(xué)生都對這個非常感興趣。因為免費,為期2年,信息、人脈輕松獲得。
上周,幸運的通過了書面審查,今天參加了最終面試。因為參加人數(shù)特別特別多,所以每個人的面試時間只有5到10分鐘。所有人分開幾組,各組在各個面試教室的最后排休息。教室的最前排坐了三個面試官,面試生按順序一個個走向前臺參加面試,其他學(xué)生等待輪到自己。
坦白說,非常疑惑這些NpO的老師們將如何來篩選?!如果按照最最一般的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來看,應(yīng)該是從語言,資格,專業(yè)等方面來衡量。而大部分來的留學(xué)生日語都很好,幾乎所有人都會英語,外加上自己的母語,會三國語言的根本不算什么。資格的話,書面審查時只要求日語和英語的資格。所以應(yīng)該差別不大。至于專業(yè)的話,留學(xué)生中包括本科生,還有修士,每個人情況不一樣,也很難分上下。
面試結(jié)束后,得出以下結(jié)論。
1,交流能力占大部分比例。面試內(nèi)容(即,對書面審查中的各種信息的再確認(rèn)和補充信息)幾乎是大同小異,但是與不同的學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流,老師的評價會很所區(qū)別。關(guān)鍵取決于面試生本人的交流能力。即,在有限的時間內(nèi)是不是能有效的表達(dá),給對方提供更多的個人信息,向?qū)Ψ礁嗟恼故緜€人能力,給對方留下深刻印象。
2,雙方的相性。簡單的說就是看的順眼不順眼,談的來不來。明顯感覺到有些面試官對學(xué)生的態(tài)度參入了太多個人情緒。在我前面的2個女生,兩個人的日語都還可以。其中一個是中國人,曾去過澳洲留學(xué),現(xiàn)來日本留學(xué);另一個是緬甸的小女孩。面試官對前者問了很多很刁鉆的問題。而對后面的一個女生卻非常的親切,最后居然還說,“希望我們下次能再多多交流”,“請把暑假時間空出來,因為接下來很忙”之類的話。哇。我頓時就愣了,這就是相性??!無理由,無條件,我就是喜歡你。
面試結(jié)果將在本月末出來。無論結(jié)果如何,就算是個熱身吧。自我感覺還是收獲不少。
追加一點。面試的最后,幾乎所有的面試官都要問下,“你還有什么問題嗎?”每到這個時候我都很猶豫該如何回答。有時候會說“沒有了”,有時候故意找些問題問下。感覺總有些怪怪的。今天一起參加面試的一個尼泊爾留學(xué)生告訴我,這個時候最最關(guān)鍵,因為可以利用這個機(jī)會,再次做個自我pR,給對方留下更深刻的印象。即,不用說自己有什么問題,并接著pR一下自己,再表達(dá)下自己渴望參加的真誠。受教了。下次注意!
還有一點,我真的得好好學(xué)下如何化妝了。日本的面試,女生都是必須化妝的。這個臉面問題必須解決!雖然能力很重要,可是哪個面試官會不喜歡漂亮可愛又精神的女生勒?
