七、應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)國防生報(bào)考碩士研究生應(yīng)按照國家有關(guān)文件規(guī)定經(jīng)軍隊(duì)主管部門審批后報(bào)考，同時(shí)將審批表復(fù)印件交到我校招生辦，并在網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)在備用信息中填寫“國防生”。國防生報(bào)考碩士研究生只能錄取為委托培養(yǎng)生，需繳納全額學(xué)費(fèi)，且不享受《大連海事大學(xué)研究生資助體系改革暫行辦法》所規(guī)定之資助。

大連海事大學(xué)研究生支教團(tuán)事跡簡介

響應(yīng)團(tuán)中央扶貧接力計(jì)劃，2000年第一屆至2009年共計(jì)十屆支教團(tuán)共計(jì)40名優(yōu)秀的研究生先后遠(yuǎn)赴青?；?，循化縣，同仁縣支教。

第一屆2000年，99級研究生潘曉丹：

全國唯一一個(gè)在讀研究生自愿遠(yuǎn)赴青海省化隆回族自治縣支教，條件艱苦，多次累到在課堂上，深受當(dāng)?shù)貛熒暮迷u。

第五屆2004年，海商法研究生楊健：

工作：安排到同仁縣財(cái)政局，主要負(fù)責(zé)電腦培訓(xùn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)、網(wǎng)站制作等工作。根據(jù)青海省財(cái)政廳的“金財(cái)工程”的統(tǒng)一安排，在全省財(cái)政系統(tǒng)內(nèi)普及電腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識，同仁縣財(cái)政局廣大干部職工培訓(xùn)電腦知識培訓(xùn)。

搭建局域網(wǎng)、建立網(wǎng)站，推動當(dāng)?shù)仉娮诱?wù)進(jìn)程，節(jié)省大量辦公開支通過為各個(gè)部門搭建局域網(wǎng)、建立網(wǎng)站，電腦、網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)，一年來為黃南州、同仁縣各個(gè)部門總結(jié)節(jié)省辦公開支數(shù)萬元。在教育方面，擔(dān)任高

第七屆2006年，輪機(jī)研究生任洪瑩：

安排在同仁縣第三完小工作，高原環(huán)境使其病倒，但是謝絕住院，堅(jiān)持上課，帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生開展豐富的課外活動，爬上、游戲，還會為孩子們準(zhǔn)備豐富的飯菜，對小學(xué)的升旗隊(duì)伍嚴(yán)格訓(xùn)練，從母校募捐到的錢物為同仁縣第三完小的殘疾人貧困生馬曉霞購買了新衣服、棉褲、書包和文具等，并自己為她從大連親自購買了一臺輪椅運(yùn)送到青海的同仁縣。當(dāng)?shù)氐睦蠋?、學(xué)生、家長對此津津樂道，樹立了海事大學(xué)研究生支教團(tuán)的良好形象。

第九屆2008年，海事大學(xué)研究生支教團(tuán)整體，（1）教學(xué)方面：

一年的時(shí)間里我們的志愿者在教學(xué)方面取得了很好的成績，期末考試中志愿者馮雯雯所教班級超越了當(dāng)?shù)刈詈玫挠⒄Z老師的成績，名列第一！

另外王結(jié)實(shí)、于博、馮春煥、李康、傅靜所教課程成績均良好，當(dāng)?shù)乩蠋煛W(xué)生和家長對海事大學(xué)的志愿者評價(jià)很高。（2）捐資助學(xué)方面：

第九屆支教團(tuán)在同仁縣認(rèn)真做好本職教學(xué)工作的同時(shí)也開展了主題為“西部‘1+1’”的捐資助學(xué)活動。志愿者建立了大連海事大學(xué)西部支教專題網(wǎng)站、博客和相冊。一年來，支教團(tuán)隊(duì)通過這樣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺與微軟中國、戴爾中國有限公司大連分公司、中華懷恩慈善會、深圳民政局、北京漢能投資集團(tuán)、中國寰球工程公司、大連星瑪電器、中華懷恩慈善會、東莞義工組織、中央音樂學(xué)院、沈陽體育學(xué)院、遼陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院等公司和社團(tuán)組織建立了很好的聯(lián)系，并有數(shù)以百計(jì)的愛心人士加入到“西部‘1+1’”的計(jì)劃中。

一年時(shí)間，支教團(tuán)隊(duì)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)爭取到了25噸共計(jì)舊衣物，并已經(jīng)在同仁縣第三完小、黃南州中學(xué)、黃南州民族中學(xué)等10所中小學(xué)共資助了70名小學(xué)生，為他們提供義務(wù)教育階段的學(xué)習(xí)費(fèi)用。同時(shí)還爭取到郵資總計(jì)超過30000元的舊衣物，累計(jì)捐贈文具7500元，同時(shí)還在當(dāng)?shù)氐乃膫€(gè)小學(xué)設(shè)立的專項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。（3）團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作方面的突出事件：

捐資助學(xué)下鄉(xiāng)覆蓋全縣80%的中小學(xué)，最遠(yuǎn)去過的地方需要驅(qū)車2個(gè)小時(shí)的山路，最高海拔去過3500米，克服高原、暈車等反應(yīng)在23個(gè)中小學(xué)舉辦過捐資助學(xué)的活動，平時(shí)生活上，同在一屋子住，做飯，衛(wèi)生安排的井井有條，團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力很強(qiáng)，團(tuán)隊(duì)六名成員親如兄弟姐妹。（4）成果及榮譽(yù)：

支教團(tuán)的全體成員均獲得了“青海省同仁縣教育系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀教師”的稱號。李康組織三完小學(xué)生參加了全國中小學(xué)生環(huán)保知識競賽并獲得團(tuán)體優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)，個(gè)人獲得了優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)老師獎(jiǎng)。當(dāng)?shù)仉娨暸_兩次報(bào)道支教團(tuán)隊(duì)的活動，大連晚報(bào)也兩次對活動進(jìn)行了報(bào)道。在團(tuán)隊(duì)的共同努力下，大連海事大學(xué)研究生支教團(tuán)在青海省紀(jì)念五四運(yùn)動九十周年表彰大會上獲得了“青海省志愿者行動杰出志愿服務(wù)集體”的光榮稱號，是唯一獲得此榮譽(yù)的青海省西部研究生支教的團(tuán)隊(duì)。李康、王結(jié)實(shí)、馮雯雯和于博獲得了“中國志愿者扶貧借力計(jì)劃優(yōu)秀志愿者”的稱號。

1999年，中國青年志愿者扶貧接力計(jì)劃啟動。次年，大連海事大學(xué)第一屆研究生支教團(tuán)踏上了西部支教漫長而光輝的旅程。時(shí)至今日，在校團(tuán)委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織下，先后有11屆研究生支教團(tuán)（共47名同學(xué)）遠(yuǎn)赴祖國西部——青海省支教。在歷屆志愿者的支教生涯中，他們在教書育人的同時(shí)積極走訪調(diào)研、幫貧資困，為當(dāng)?shù)氐慕逃隣顩r作出了海大學(xué)子的努力與貢獻(xiàn)。
