問：參加希望之星英語風(fēng)采大賽給你留下的感觸是什么？

答：應(yīng)該是2003年中央臺(tái)視臺(tái)第四屆“希望之星”英語風(fēng)采大賽。因?yàn)槭俏业谝淮螀⒓哟笮偷谋荣?。那次比賽過后，我就想：其實(shí)那屆同臺(tái)比賽的選手能力都很強(qiáng)很優(yōu)秀，可能是自己運(yùn)氣稍稍好一點(diǎn)吧。那次比賽讓我覺得更自信了，發(fā)現(xiàn)之前很多不敢去嘗試的東西，原來真正去做的時(shí)候，遠(yuǎn)沒有想象中的那么難。問：作為希望之星的獲獎(jiǎng)選手，請(qǐng)你對(duì)今年的希望之星選手一些指導(dǎo)，或者傳授一些你的絕招吧。

答：其實(shí)也說不上指導(dǎo)，更談不上絕招，只是根據(jù)我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，給出一些建議吧，希望對(duì)大家有用。希望之星作為全國(guó)性的大賽，考的內(nèi)容比較全面，這就要求選手的知識(shí)面要全，視野要開闊。而這些主要是靠平時(shí)積累，把學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)放在知識(shí)點(diǎn)的梳理上，多總結(jié)和歸納，整理成一些小貼士，利用一些比如說排隊(duì)的時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)。而在英語方面呢，是要注意詞匯的累計(jì)，我個(gè)人就是通過外語片、小說這些途徑累計(jì)詞匯。而且要把那些詞匯與漢語以及自己的實(shí)際生活聯(lián)系起來。這樣，記憶起來，會(huì)比較不容易忘記。

至于比賽，我想說的是，不要為比賽而比賽，因?yàn)楸荣惒皇亲C明自己的唯一途徑。把心態(tài)調(diào)整好，當(dāng)作自己成長(zhǎng)過程中的必然經(jīng)歷會(huì)比較好。這樣，也更容易超常發(fā)揮。

問：邦德教育一直以“讓孩子更優(yōu)秀”為教育使命，最后，能請(qǐng)你談?wù)剬?duì)我們邦德教育的認(rèn)識(shí)或建議嗎？

答：我很早就知道邦德教育，特別是進(jìn)入深中后，班上有很多同學(xué)都是邦德教育的學(xué)員，他們本身就很強(qiáng)，參加邦德的培優(yōu)之后，他們變得更強(qiáng)更全面。這從一個(gè)側(cè)面在年級(jí)、班級(jí)內(nèi)形成了一種良性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)氛圍。記得有一次去邦德，在教師辦公室的時(shí)候，偶然看見了一些為學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備的試卷，當(dāng)時(shí)給我最大的感覺就是專業(yè)、系統(tǒng)、全面。同時(shí)，邦德教育承辦的本屆希望之星英語風(fēng)采大賽深圳賽區(qū)的選拔賽，吸引了越來越多愛好英語的同學(xué)前來參賽，充分展示自己的才能。在2008年那屆希望之星復(fù)賽選手的交流會(huì)上，我深深地感覺到選手們的實(shí)力都很強(qiáng)。我也在此祝愿所有的參賽選手賽出好成績(jī)。

問：請(qǐng)你對(duì)想要出國(guó)的深造的學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們一些建議吧。

答： 我個(gè)人的看法是，國(guó)外大學(xué)錄取除了考基本的英語水平（SAT和托福成績(jī)）外，更看重考生的個(gè)性化、思想度以及“影響力”。也就是說，美國(guó)高校招生時(shí)不僅看學(xué)生成績(jī)，還注重學(xué)生的興趣、能力以及社會(huì)責(zé)任感。所以建議有意向出國(guó)留學(xué)和想讓自己更優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)們，可以多嘗試參加一些活動(dòng)，讓自己的各方面能力得到鍛煉，因?yàn)榻?jīng)歷就是最好的財(cái)富，在成長(zhǎng)過程中應(yīng)該多給自己一些具有挑戰(zhàn)性的機(jī)會(huì)，這樣，會(huì)讓我們成長(zhǎng)得更從

中國(guó)家庭都十分重視孩子的教育。作為家長(zhǎng)，總希望為自己的子女找到好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，并產(chǎn)生好的結(jié)果。在決定孩子何時(shí)開始學(xué)英語，采用何種模式進(jìn)行教育等問題上，我們也曾經(jīng)陷入過茫然。事實(shí)上，每個(gè)孩子都有各自自身的特點(diǎn)，不可能有千篇一律的規(guī)律去模仿。我們?cè)哌^一些彎路，也積累了一些心得，說一說也許對(duì)其他家長(zhǎng)有一點(diǎn)借鑒作用。

孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的大致經(jīng)歷

在孩子上小學(xué)前，我們?cè)噲D進(jìn)行早期智力開發(fā)，在嘗試科普、音樂等方面學(xué)習(xí)的同時(shí)，也不時(shí)的灌輸一些英語單詞，零零星星地讓孩子接受英語，但似乎效果不佳。雖然孩子也能說出一些孤立的單詞，始終不成氣候。

上小學(xué)后，我們認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)拼音很重要，擔(dān)心英、漢字母會(huì)混淆不清，故未刻意去強(qiáng)調(diào)英語學(xué)習(xí)。直到上小學(xué)三年級(jí)時(shí)，孩子無意間告訴我們，在我們所工作的大學(xué)校園內(nèi)，有一個(gè)“小星星英語啟蒙班”，并且說他的一些同學(xué)參加了學(xué)習(xí)。我們反問他是否有興趣，他表示愿意試試看。從那時(shí)起，孩子才正式開始了英語學(xué)習(xí)。

這個(gè)英語啟蒙班，每周只上一次課，也就是周五放學(xué)后到臨近小學(xué)校園的另一個(gè)教室學(xué)習(xí)一節(jié)課，無須家長(zhǎng)陪同，也無須接送。經(jīng)過一年的學(xué)習(xí)，打下了孩子英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)。后來，因該班地址遷遠(yuǎn)，我們才放棄了繼續(xù)跟班。

有了一定的基礎(chǔ)后，我們買回一些英語教學(xué)的影碟，先從《新英語900句》開始，然后到《艾麗絲漫游記》、《黑神駒》《獅子王》、《白雪公主》，直到后來的《走遍美國(guó)》等。通過比較系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)這些教材，孩子的英語水平才有了比較大的提高。有了一定的英語水平后，我們將中央電視臺(tái)10套節(jié)目《希望英語雜志》等作為泛聽內(nèi)容，孩子特別喜歡Elyn和Rebecca主持的Let’s talk等節(jié)目。這些活動(dòng)對(duì)孩子的聽力培養(yǎng)起到了很大的幫助作用。

我們的一些體會(huì)

兒童的英語啟蒙教育，力求歡快活潑、寓教于樂：

記得小孩在上“小星星英語班”時(shí)，年輕的女老師引著 孩子們一邊講，一邊配合各種形體動(dòng)作，又是唱，又是跳，學(xué)習(xí)中還參插著有趣的游戲、生動(dòng)的故事，深深地吸引著孩子們。老師還用各種激勵(lì)形式引導(dǎo)孩子們開口說英語。這種教育方式十分適合于啟蒙的孩子，為孩子進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。因材施教，避免從眾：

時(shí)下，為迎合家長(zhǎng)教育投資的心理，各種培訓(xùn)班應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，以至于當(dāng)家長(zhǎng)的眼花繚亂，無所適從。我們?cè)诤⒆佑辛艘欢ㄓ⒄Z基礎(chǔ)后，并沒有熱衷于送孩子參加各種培訓(xùn)班。而是根據(jù)孩子的自身特點(diǎn)，精心挑選了一些好的聲像教材。每一篇課文就是一個(gè)生動(dòng)的故事，無論從場(chǎng)景、人物，到講解，都是原汁原味的。不僅激發(fā)了孩子的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，也學(xué)到了地地道道的英語。這種學(xué)習(xí)方式既靈活機(jī)動(dòng)，又省事省錢，也的確為我們節(jié)約了很多時(shí)間。

從聽、說入手，多多實(shí)踐：

從傳統(tǒng)的英語教學(xué)模式看，多注重能認(rèn)多少單詞，會(huì)多少語法。往往學(xué)下來的都是比較生硬的“啞巴”英語。孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語應(yīng)避免這種弊端，宜從聽、說入手，多模仿，多實(shí)踐，讓孩子置身于英、美兒童的角色中，待到一定程度后才逐步接受讀、寫訓(xùn)練，使之聽說讀寫全面發(fā)展。

A wonderful time
