二、現(xiàn)狀分析

（一）英語(yǔ)組的組成。目前，我們英語(yǔ)教研組90%以上的教師具有本科以上學(xué)歷。人員結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)年輕，因此教學(xué)上有沖勁，對(duì)新的教學(xué)理念接受較快。工作認(rèn)真踏實(shí)，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作；老教師能起好傳幫帶作用；教科研氣氛較濃；組員愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，不怕苦。

（二）存在的問(wèn)題：

教師方面：教師的理論水準(zhǔn)有待提高；課程資源積累不夠；挖掘課程的能力有待于提高；對(duì)學(xué)困生的指導(dǎo)不夠；教研組制度建設(shè)不夠完善；教學(xué)方式和策略還不活；青年教師占據(jù)多半以上，許多青年教師的教學(xué)潛能尚未進(jìn)一步得以激發(fā)；教師對(duì)自身教學(xué)行為反思的能力還不強(qiáng)，教學(xué)上實(shí)質(zhì)性的提高不明顯。

三、重點(diǎn)工作
