商機，并不斷得到發(fā)展壯大，必須有明晰的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。2010年，在經(jīng)濟刺激計劃和寬松貨幣政策的支撐下，世界經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇勢頭較為強勁。進入2011年以來，世界經(jīng)濟短期向好，但是面臨多方面復(fù)雜因素：地震和海嘯致使日本經(jīng)濟陷入負(fù)增長，中東北非局勢動蕩不安，歐洲主權(quán)債務(wù)危機愈演愈烈，美國國債危機導(dǎo)致主權(quán)信用等級下調(diào)，大宗商品價格上漲引發(fā)新興經(jīng)濟體通脹壓力增大。這為世界經(jīng)濟增長帶來新的不確定性，加上各國經(jīng)濟刺激計劃基本結(jié)束，世界經(jīng)濟、貿(mào)易和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)難以保持2010年的反彈性增長，增速明顯放緩。在全球經(jīng)濟日益一體化發(fā)展的今天，中國做為全球最大的 新興經(jīng)濟體，不可避免地將受到嚴(yán)重影響，人民幣不斷升值、大宗原材料價格快速上漲、技術(shù)工人短缺及汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展放緩，致使企業(yè)競爭加劇，利潤空間下滑，企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)竣的外部環(huán)境。在新經(jīng)濟形勢下求生存，在激烈競爭下求發(fā)展，在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略角度下尋求企業(yè)更大的發(fā)展空間，成為急切的研究課題。

本文從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論出發(fā)，應(yīng)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的分析模型和方法，結(jié)合及汽車散熱器制造業(yè)的行業(yè)特點，對法拉達(dá)公司在新經(jīng)濟形勢下的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究，從而確定適合公司發(fā)展的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的措施，為公司的下一步發(fā)展指明了明確的方向。關(guān)鍵詞：法拉達(dá)公司；汽車散熱器制造業(yè)；發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略

Abstract: The Plans and strategies that an enterprise made for seeking and maintaining long-term competitive edge are the enterprise development strategy.A business enterprise must have a clear development strategy if he wants to adapt to environmental changes, to accurately and effectively seize the opportunity with it and make constant development and progress in the intense market competition.In 2010, the world economy recovered more robustly in support of the Stimulus Package and Quantitative Easing Policy.Since 2011, the world economy continued to improve in short term, but faced complex factors in many ways: the earthquake and tsunami plunged Japanese economy into negative growth, the turbulence in Middle East and North Africa, the increasingly fiercely sovereign-debt crisis in Europe, debt crisis in the U.S led it's sovereign credit rating to be lowered, bulk commodity price rise triggered Emerging Economies being under pressure.All these brought fresh uncertainty to world economic growth.In addition, the stimulus package of countries has basically come to an end, the world economy, trade and industrial production have difficulties to maintain rebound growth 2010 level and slow down obviously.Facing the economic globalization, China, as the world's largest Emerging Economies, inevitably will be put under bad influence of the appreciation of Chinese Yuan, the rapid rising of raw material price, the shortage of skilled workers, the slowdown of motor industry, the stinging competition among enterprises, the decreasing of profit and the severe external environment.It has become an urgent research subject for the company to survive in the Emerging Economies, to develop in fierce competition, to seek more room for development form the view of development strategy.In this thesis, starting from the basic theory of Strategic Management, applying the analytical mode and method of it and combining the the characteristics of car radiator manufacturing, we conducts a study of the development strategy of Faret Company under situation of Emerging Economies, so as to identify a suitable development strategy and corresponding implementation measures, to direct a more clear way for company's further development.Key words: Faret Company;Car Radiator Manufacturing;Development Strategy

摘要

清單計價模式在世界上有很廣泛的運用，在我國也正在取代定額計價模式成為主流，中國的政策法規(guī)規(guī)定，凡使用國有資金投資的工程項目必須采用清單計價模式，其他情況下的工程項目具體是使用清單模式還是定額模式由建設(shè)單位自行決定。保留定額計價是考慮到我國實際情況而作出的一種過渡性安排。

本畢業(yè)設(shè)計通過西部小街運河家園15#樓的工程為實例，進行了工程計量計價。使用未來清單編制軟件、Excel、天正建筑等軟件，結(jié)合學(xué)習(xí)的知識及中國現(xiàn)階段的計價模式，通過定額與清單模式的編制、成果對比，熟悉了招標(biāo)控制價、投標(biāo)報價的編制過程，深化了對造價工作的認(rèn)識與運用。

摘要：讀譜是鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)中的一項基本技能，有些人覺得讀譜非常簡單，其實對于鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)者是一個非常復(fù)雜的工作。讀譜不僅是認(rèn)識音符，而且要注意到樂譜上所有的標(biāo)記。鋼琴彈奏者正是根據(jù)這些標(biāo)記進行正確的彈奏，并更深層次的理解音樂作品。在鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)的過程中，養(yǎng)成正確的讀譜習(xí)慣是至關(guān)重要的。良好的讀譜習(xí)慣可以提高鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)的效率，減少鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)中出現(xiàn)錯音、錯節(jié)奏等問題。這就需要全面解讀樂譜中傳遞的信息，同時也要重視起樂譜背后的內(nèi)涵，只有這樣才能完整的彈奏出鋼琴作品所表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。彈奏者應(yīng)加強對讀譜能力的培養(yǎng)，這樣不僅可以大大提高彈奏的效率，同時也能提高處理鋼琴作品的能力。

The importance of reading spectrum in piano learning
