美式論文、報(bào)告寫作技巧

美國大學(xué)生由於自小已養(yǎng)成自動(dòng)尋找答案習(xí)慣，在啟發(fā)式的教育環(huán)境下，寫報(bào)告、論文對(duì)他們來說比較不陌生，雖然專業(yè)知識(shí)上美國學(xué)生不見得比外籍學(xué)生強(qiáng)，但是表達(dá)能力由於自小培養(yǎng)，加上英語能力的優(yōu)勢(shì)，常比外籍學(xué)生在報(bào)告、論文方面有較隹的利基。反之中國學(xué)生比較缺乏報(bào)告寫作的訓(xùn)練，因此如果在留學(xué)過程中無法適應(yīng)美式教育會(huì)比較辛苦，其實(shí)論文、報(bào)告的寫作要領(lǐng)其實(shí)不難，只要把握技巧就可水到渠成。

通常論文由篇首(Preliminaries)，本文(Texts)以及參考資料(References)三部分構(gòu)成；而這三大部分各自內(nèi)容如下：

謝詞(Acknowledge)提要(Summary)

目錄(Tables and Appendixes)

(二)本文：

引言(Introduction)

主體，含篇(Part)、章(Chapter)、節(jié)(Section)、以及注釋(Footnotes)

(三)參考資料：

參考書目(References or Bibliography)附錄資料(Appendix)。

進(jìn)行論文或報(bào)告寫作之前，先要確定想要表達(dá)的主題，主題確定后，將其具體表達(dá)，即為題目。題目可以提供研究者：

就算是小報(bào)告，也至少應(yīng)含

(一)TITLE PAGES ：包含主題名稱、作者、日期

(二)Summary： 即主要的結(jié)論

(三)Introduction：包括理論背景及內(nèi)容

(四)Technical Sections：是論文的主體，為最重要的部份應(yīng)再細(xì)分為 幾個(gè)片斷。

(五)Conclusions：即扼要的結(jié)論

(六)Appendixes：復(fù)雜公式的導(dǎo)引及叁考資料和電腦程式的報(bào)表可附加在 此項(xiàng)

美式報(bào)告的撰寫通常要打字，兩行式，行間若有未拼完的字要以音節(jié)來連接。寫報(bào)告通常需要用到電腦，如有計(jì)算數(shù)字統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表的需求，也常會(huì)用到程式軟體如PASCAL、LOTUS，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟體如SAS，也是不可或缺的，電腦繪圖在今日已成為工商界及學(xué)術(shù)界的重要工具，文書處理更是最基本的要求，因此Word for Window、Powerpoint、Excel便成了頗受歡迎的工具。此外在英文語法、文法上的潤飾與修改，如能請(qǐng)老美幫忙會(huì)比較好。

論文、報(bào)告完成后有時(shí)會(huì)需要做解說(Presentation)，用英文來講演對(duì)中國人來說算是一大挑戰(zhàn)，通常課堂講演時(shí)間為十五分鐘到三十分鐘，若是論文囗試則至少一小時(shí)。投影機(jī)及麥克風(fēng)的使用對(duì)講演的效果有很大幫助，正式講演前多預(yù)習(xí)幾次，時(shí)間宜控制適中，上臺(tái)時(shí)忌諱低頭拿著報(bào)告照念，需留意聽眾的反應(yīng)，切中主題，避免太多數(shù)字的導(dǎo)引。

2、乙方代辦點(diǎn)代辦人員不得對(duì)非甲方管理的新型農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)金賬戶進(jìn)行兌付。若經(jīng)甲方查實(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)乙方代辦人員對(duì)非甲方管理的新型農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)金賬戶進(jìn)行兌付，甲方有權(quán)按30元/次的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)乙方代辦人員進(jìn)行罰款。

3、乙方機(jī)構(gòu)有義務(wù)協(xié)助甲方在當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)行市場(chǎng)宣傳和產(chǎn)品形象的樹立。乙方代辦人員有義務(wù)按時(shí)參加甲方舉行的培訓(xùn)，不得無故缺席。

4、乙方全面負(fù)責(zé)滿足對(duì)新型農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)金農(nóng)戶兌付需求。

5、乙方向甲方提供新型農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)金兌付的反饋意見和建議。

6、乙方人員必須對(duì)甲方管理的新型農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)金賬戶的有關(guān)信息及客戶隱私進(jìn)行保密，不得竊取、泄露客戶及賬戶的任何信息，因乙方原因造成客戶損失，一切法律及經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任由乙方承擔(dān)。

7、乙方代辦點(diǎn)必須和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)勞動(dòng)保障部門搞好協(xié)調(diào)配合，服務(wù)質(zhì)量除接受甲方監(jiān)督外，還需接受政府、勞動(dòng)保障部門和農(nóng)戶的監(jiān)督。

8、乙方對(duì)所轄內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)有監(jiān)督管理責(zé)任，健全管理制度，明確具體人員履行監(jiān)督管理職責(zé)，保證代辦點(diǎn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量，并對(duì)轄內(nèi)代辦點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)的糾紛及時(shí)處理，并妥善解決。

我是2010年5月份考的，經(jīng)過一面二面后來進(jìn)了，我是客戶經(jīng)理，筆試一般都能過，關(guān)鍵在面試，筆試兩張卷子，一張命題作文，我記得我當(dāng)時(shí)寫得是關(guān)于誠信的文章（這里不得不說下我當(dāng)時(shí)的準(zhǔn)備策略是有效的，我們那時(shí)還叫商行，商行通知都是很晚了，那天下午很晚了我收到通知明天筆試，我情急之下就準(zhǔn)備了一篇關(guān)于誠信的文章，想好了辦法不管什么題目就把準(zhǔn)備好的套進(jìn)去，后來很順利~）自由發(fā)揮，一張純數(shù)學(xué)題，具體題目不記得了，跟公務(wù)員行政能力測(cè)試題差不多（去做做行測(cè)，就做行測(cè)前面幾大題就可以了，最后兩個(gè)大題可以不用做）但沒這么難，無非是數(shù)列，組合，價(jià)格核算，應(yīng)用題有點(diǎn)多的，不是很難，我映像最深的是最后一道題，九宮格，我暈了半天沒填出來~

我在椒江分行培訓(xùn)了將近一個(gè)月，后來參加了教育局考試進(jìn)了教師系統(tǒng)就辭職了，在商行白吃白住還學(xué)了東西人家還發(fā)我工資，我對(duì)臺(tái)州銀行還是很有感情的，呵呵

8月16日臺(tái)州銀行重慶筆試和面試內(nèi)容

月13日筆試

兩部分，一個(gè)是作文，45分鐘，一個(gè)是行測(cè)類型的。作文內(nèi)容是根據(jù)一段話自取立意寫一篇800字的作文。大概意思是誰都經(jīng)歷過失敗和挫折，以及朋友的背叛，如何看待那些。行測(cè)出現(xiàn)過去年類似題，如兩個(gè)房間，一個(gè)房間三盞燈，另一個(gè)房間三個(gè)開關(guān)控制，每個(gè)房間只進(jìn)一次，怎么判斷哪個(gè)開關(guān)控制哪盞燈。

行測(cè)第一個(gè)是數(shù)字推理，很簡(jiǎn)單，第二個(gè)是填空，需要點(diǎn)技巧計(jì)算，也不太難，第三個(gè)就是綜合考驗(yàn)推理和數(shù)學(xué)了。時(shí)間很緊張，我有兩題沒做完。里面有誰真誰假的推斷題，要寫出推理過程，哪些人說謊，其實(shí)網(wǎng)上這類題都有。最后一題是去果園采果子，出來時(shí)7道門，每次出一道門都要給果子的一半加一個(gè)，算最后剩多少個(gè)果子。

一邊寫一邊回憶。。還有一題是說一個(gè)銷售人員銷售三種產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品單價(jià)比例為1:3:4，一共提成168.**元（記不清數(shù)字了），說一百元以下產(chǎn)品提成就是其單價(jià)的30%，超過一百元的提成按照扣除單價(jià)15%后再提成30%，問三種產(chǎn)品單價(jià)。

稍微準(zhǔn)備下應(yīng)該都能通過的，筆試淘汰率不高，時(shí)間要注意就好。

8月16日面試

沒有無領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論，居然是單面，三個(gè)面試官，內(nèi)容大致是先自我介紹，然后就是一問一答，如要是考察你對(duì)工作是否了解，問得很細(xì)，我應(yīng)聘的是HR崗的，對(duì)HR各個(gè)模塊都有

涉及，所以真要準(zhǔn)備好，面試官年齡不大，但還是很專業(yè)，不要緊張。每個(gè)人大概10分鐘吧。
