后來(lái)Clarke把我們現(xiàn)在經(jīng)理Arthur從馬鞍山調(diào)到了滁州，這對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)無(wú)異于雪中送炭，我們積攢很久的問(wèn)題終于得到解決，Arthur將他自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)技巧毫無(wú)保留的傳授給我們，我們也在學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)候取其精華，去其糟粕。吸取那些對(duì)我們自己有用的知識(shí)，也對(duì)Arthur的一些不足提出了建議。Arthur重新給我們樹(shù)立了信心，讓我們知道了自己的不足以及怎樣彌補(bǔ)。在Arthur的帶領(lǐng)下，在我們團(tuán)隊(duì)的配合下，我們的業(yè)績(jī)慢慢在增長(zhǎng)，雖說(shuō)跟蕪湖，馬鞍山還有一些差距，但是這個(gè)差距在慢慢縮小。到最近的幾個(gè)月我們的業(yè)績(jī)基本上穩(wěn)定在30單以上，這在剛開(kāi)始來(lái)公司的時(shí)候只能說(shuō)是想想。
