4A公司架構(gòu)與中英文對照職位說明 廣告人幫助客戶解決問題所扮演的角色雷同于醫(yī)生，換個(gè)角度，如果身為病人的你前去求醫(yī)，你相信吹噓自己無所不能、包醫(yī)百病的神醫(yī)嗎？你的態(tài)度是否定的。同理，許多新人自我感覺良好，無不認(rèn)為自己客服、文案、策劃樣樣精通，料想，假設(shè)你是一家公司負(fù)責(zé)人，你認(rèn)同這樣的萬金油嗎？

4A公司最大的特色就是企業(yè)流水線生產(chǎn)模式，部門多，分工細(xì)。不論是A家還是B、C家，但凡屬于全球集團(tuán)性質(zhì)經(jīng)營的公司多按此模式運(yùn)作，這一運(yùn)作模式也成為國際上約定成俗的架構(gòu)。對分工明確的公司而言，需要的是專精人才。
