It took me a while to understand what this means, and finally came up with the interpretation(if my interpretation is correct)of the data for the authors.It seems that when ITI was at 0 ms, the perceived spatial location is between the two maskers(spatial separation).But when the ITI was 32 and/or 64 ms, listeners heard two images(one from each side)and there was no spatial separation between the target speech and the masker on either side.Therefore, according to the authors, the release from masking is the performance difference between the ITI conditions when listeners heard only one image in a location different from the maskers', and the ITI conditions where two images from the masker locations were heard.However, I have a problem with the baseline condition(64 ms ITI in which two images were perceived).If the listeners could not fuse the image, did they hear a delay(echo)between the two targets? If so, the poor performance in the 64 ms condition can be partially due to the confusion/disruption induced by the echo in noise conditions in addition to the lack of spatial separation between the target and the masker.4.Subject recruitment criteria were unclear:

The authors recruited both young and older adults in the study and claimed that both groups had “clinically normal hearing.” However, reading the fine details of their hearing thresholds(< 45 dB HL between 125 and 4k Hz), it is hard to accept that the hearing thresholds are within normal limits in the older group.There is at least a mild hearing loss below 4k Hz and mild-to-moderate hearing loss above 4k Hz(see Fig.1)in these subjects.The authors should explain the differences in the results in relation to the threshold differences between the two groups.?       (二)聯(lián)合行動(dòng),凝聚關(guān)懷暖人心。我鎮(zhèn)始終立足于引領(lǐng)留守兒童樹立正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀、世界觀,突出開展“四個(gè)行動(dòng)”:一是勵(lì)志行動(dòng)。我鎮(zhèn)結(jié)合黨代會(huì)精神深入宣傳工作,先后已開展“黨史、國史直通車”“我講紅色故事”等主題教育20場(chǎng)次,舉辦青少年心理健康及德育專題講座12場(chǎng)次,公安、司法部門聯(lián)合開展法治教育21場(chǎng),參與青少年2200人次,引導(dǎo)青少年樹立愛黨、愛國、愛家的處事觀念和遵紀(jì)守法、勤奮好學(xué)、自強(qiáng)拼搏的行為意識(shí)。二是暖心行動(dòng)。我鎮(zhèn)關(guān)工委、扶貧辦、民政辦、團(tuán)委共同與學(xué)校建立暖心行動(dòng)聯(lián)席機(jī)制,主動(dòng)對(duì)接各類惠民政策的落地落實(shí),協(xié)同組織棟梁工程、扶貧一日捐等各類扶助活動(dòng)。今年,我鎮(zhèn)231名留守兒童及時(shí)享受了捐贈(zèng)、救助等政策。三是幫教行動(dòng)。我們堅(jiān)持將殘疾、留守、問題青少年作為關(guān)心下一代工作的重點(diǎn)來抓,全面動(dòng)員組織鎮(zhèn)村“五老”力量與其結(jié)成對(duì)子,成為“代理爺爺”,重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對(duì)其思想引導(dǎo)、課業(yè)輔導(dǎo)、心理疏導(dǎo)等方面的教育和關(guān)懷。四是示范行動(dòng)。全鎮(zhèn)6個(gè)重點(diǎn)貧困村會(huì)同學(xué)生所在學(xué)校,組織開展評(píng)選“優(yōu)秀留守兒童”評(píng)選活動(dòng),大張旗鼓地表揚(yáng)12名勤奮好學(xué)、自強(qiáng)不息的青少年,進(jìn)一步樹立典范,弘揚(yáng)正氣,進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大優(yōu)秀留守兒童榜樣示范,激勵(lì)更多的留守兒童自強(qiáng)不息。

      (三)創(chuàng)新載體,豐富內(nèi)涵,匯聚正能量。全鎮(zhèn)創(chuàng)新開展各類活動(dòng),以活動(dòng)為載體,強(qiáng)化關(guān)愛氛圍,增加關(guān)愛活力。一是“關(guān)愛留守兒童”主題隊(duì)會(huì)活動(dòng)。學(xué)校每學(xué)期確立一個(gè)“關(guān)愛留守兒童”主題,各中隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)老師針對(duì)本班留守兒童情況,開展對(duì)留守兒童關(guān)心、關(guān)愛主題隊(duì)會(huì),讓留守兒童充滿對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)和生活信心。二是開展法治宣傳教育活動(dòng)。通過辦法治宣傳欄、模擬法庭等進(jìn)行譜法教育,還與鎮(zhèn)派出所、司法所、法庭聯(lián)系,聘請(qǐng)相關(guān)人員來校進(jìn)行法制宣講,讓孩子們遠(yuǎn)離毒品,遠(yuǎn)離賭博,遠(yuǎn)離網(wǎng)吧等,讓留守兒童學(xué)法守法,做遵紀(jì)守法的好少年。由于這一活動(dòng)開展得好,該鎮(zhèn)中心校校長(zhǎng)彭亮受到中國關(guān)工委表彰,顧秀連同志親切握手接見。三是開展豐富多彩的文化、藝術(shù)、體育校本課程活動(dòng)。組織學(xué)生參加寓教于樂的校本課程,把“禮”文化教育、感恩教育、生存救援教育等作為必修課,要求所有班級(jí)每月必須開設(shè)一次。學(xué)校有鼓號(hào)隊(duì)、腰鼓隊(duì)、舞龍隊(duì)、舞蹈隊(duì)、合唱團(tuán)、課本劇、朗誦與主持、美術(shù)社、書法社、手工制作社、讀書沙龍、武術(shù)隊(duì)、籃球隊(duì)、乒乓球隊(duì)14個(gè)社團(tuán)組織,每名學(xué)生可以參加1個(gè)社團(tuán),留守兒童(住校生)可以參加2個(gè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)。這些活動(dòng)使他們獲得許多在課堂上學(xué)不到的知識(shí)、技能,培養(yǎng)了他們的興趣愛好,受到孩子們的普遍喜愛。四是開展社會(huì)教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。組織留守兒童“做環(huán)保小衛(wèi)士”上八仙山風(fēng)景區(qū)檢垃圾,親近大自然,熱愛大自然;去敬老院看望慰問老爺爺、老奶奶,為他們做好事。還組織開展春游、秋游活動(dòng)。在暑假期間連續(xù)三年與返鄉(xiāng)大學(xué)生聯(lián)合組織了“小候鳥”夏令營活動(dòng)。在校內(nèi),組織住校學(xué)生開展“學(xué)做飯”活動(dòng)。在老師的指導(dǎo)下,許多留守兒童學(xué)會(huì)了包餃子抄手、洗菜炒菜、自做火鍋等簡(jiǎn)單的飲食,使他們從小學(xué)會(huì)自理,盡量做到父母沒在身邊也能自己照顧好自己。在近兩年的市縣美德少年評(píng)選中,該校留守兒童金霜、自世容、余孟洋等被評(píng)為“自強(qiáng)少年”。五是開展愛心關(guān)愛幫扶活動(dòng)。注重解決留守兒童困難,學(xué)校在留守兒童生日期間,由少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)部組織師生為他們過集體生日,大家為他們獻(xiàn)上“祝你生日快樂”歌,送上自己制作的小賀卡或小禮物,使他們感受到集體的溫暖和關(guān)懷。

      三、廣泛動(dòng)員,匯聚力量早奔康

      該鎮(zhèn)始終將全面動(dòng)員、持續(xù)動(dòng)員做好關(guān)心留守兒童作為事關(guān)全局和未來戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)來抓,具體做好“四個(gè)動(dòng)員”:一是動(dòng)員社企幫扶。積極動(dòng)員社會(huì)企業(yè)參與到關(guān)心留守兒童工作中。通過幫扶平臺(tái)為企業(yè)和留守兒童搭建橋梁,截至目前,我鎮(zhèn)3家企業(yè)與23名青少年已建起幫扶對(duì)子。今年企業(yè)已參加募捐活動(dòng)3次、捐資3.2萬元,資助學(xué)生16名。在今年的xx古鎮(zhèn)文化節(jié)開幕式上,舉行了東煌新城置業(yè)公司捐助13名寒門學(xué)子2.6萬元助學(xué)金的儀式,得到了較高社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)。二是動(dòng)員志愿幫扶。目前,我鎮(zhèn)已建立起青年志愿者、黨員志愿者、“五老志愿者”等5支幫扶志愿隊(duì),今年已組織開展道德、法治、等宣傳教育活動(dòng)12場(chǎng)次,組織捐款捐物幫助青少年45名。三是動(dòng)員五老幫扶。我鎮(zhèn)組織各村“五老人員”對(duì)“五失青少年”進(jìn)行一對(duì)一幫扶,已幫扶“五失青少年”16名、已矯正問題少年2名。同時(shí),17名“五老”主動(dòng)參與加入義務(wù)網(wǎng)吧監(jiān)督員行動(dòng)中,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)督網(wǎng)吧4個(gè),勸阻未成年人進(jìn)網(wǎng)吧800多人次,其中留守兒童300多人次,幫助網(wǎng)癮青少年40多人。四是動(dòng)員先進(jìn)幫扶。我鎮(zhèn)每年開展“關(guān)愛青少年先進(jìn)單位和個(gè)人”評(píng)比活動(dòng),對(duì)積極參與關(guān)心下一代工作,特別是留守兒童的企業(yè)和個(gè)人給予肯定和精神鼓勵(lì)。同時(shí),建立關(guān)心下一代工作“明星榜”,對(duì)上榜的企業(yè)及個(gè)人在多方面給予優(yōu)先考慮。如新農(nóng)村在外企業(yè)家陽元洪長(zhǎng)期資助4名在校大學(xué)生,和10余名留守兒童,在鎮(zhèn)黨委的推薦下成為本屆縣政協(xié)委員。

      四、建強(qiáng)關(guān)愛陣地、全面營造關(guān)愛氛圍

      (一)創(chuàng)建關(guān)愛陣地,筑牢關(guān)愛根基。留守兒童關(guān)愛中心是關(guān)愛留守兒童的重要陣地。黨委、政府在xx鎮(zhèn)中心校依托學(xué)校公共服務(wù)設(shè)施,高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)建創(chuàng)建為留守兒童關(guān)愛中心。配有多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)備、專用通話電腦、各種玩具、自制手工品等,學(xué)校還建立了心理咨詢室、科教室等功能室,為留守兒童提供豐富的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容。除留守兒童關(guān)愛中心之外,全鎮(zhèn)各村(社區(qū))均依托村黨群服務(wù)中心建立起留守兒童之家,購置了必備的用品,為留守兒童提供活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。

      (二)強(qiáng)化資金保障,確保關(guān)愛實(shí)效。加大關(guān)愛留守兒童的資金投入。一是用好“兩免一補(bǔ)”政策。對(duì)留守兒童優(yōu)先實(shí)行學(xué)雜費(fèi)、書本費(fèi)減免和生活費(fèi)補(bǔ)助。二是列入重點(diǎn)資助。對(duì)于上級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部捐助,以及各種慈善機(jī)構(gòu)和團(tuán)體的捐贈(zèng),優(yōu)先用于留守兒童。三是整合各方資金投入。統(tǒng)籌好婦聯(lián)、團(tuán)委、工會(huì)等組織對(duì)留守兒童資金的投入,以解決留守兒童幫扶資金缺口的困難。

      (三)著力強(qiáng)化宣傳,營造關(guān)愛氛圍。堅(jiān)持將關(guān)心下一代的宣傳工作與全鎮(zhèn)黨建扶貧、黨風(fēng)廉政、環(huán)境保護(hù)、安全生產(chǎn)等工作同安排、同部署、同宣傳、同督促、同考核。截至目前,我鎮(zhèn)通過先后張貼宣傳標(biāo)語21條(幅),中小學(xué)利用宣傳欄、講座等方式開展未成人保護(hù)宣傳工作32次,村社區(qū)通過“農(nóng)民夜?!薄⒋迕裨簤螘?huì)等形式宣傳留守兒童關(guān)愛、弱勢(shì)群體保護(hù)工作66次。在全社會(huì)形成了共同關(guān)愛留守兒童的濃厚氛圍。
