Dear Compatriots and Friends，時(shí)隔5年再次來(lái)到美麗的澳門，同大家一起歡慶澳門回歸祖國(guó)10周年，我感到十分高興。首先，我代表中央政府和全國(guó)各族人民，向在座各位，并通過(guò)你們向全體澳門市民，致以誠(chéng)摯的問(wèn)候和良好的祝愿！

It gives me great pleasure to be back to beautiful Macao five years after my last visit and to join you in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Macao’s return to the motherland.Let me begin by extending, on behalf of the Central Government and the people of all ethnic groups in China, warm greetings and best wishes to all of you here and through you, to all the citizens of Macao.10年前的12月20日，歷經(jīng)400多年滄桑的澳門回到祖國(guó)懷抱。10年來(lái)，“一國(guó)兩制”、“澳人治澳”、高度自治的方針在澳門得到全面貫徹實(shí)施，澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，各項(xiàng)社會(huì)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，社會(huì)保持穩(wěn)定，同祖國(guó)內(nèi)地的聯(lián)系和合作日益加深，對(duì)外交往更加活躍，國(guó)際影響不斷擴(kuò)大，取得了前所未有的發(fā)展成就。事實(shí)雄辯地證明，“一國(guó)兩制”事業(yè)具有強(qiáng)大生命力。

After having gone through the vicissitudes for over four centuries, Macao came back to the embrace of the motherland on 20 December ten years ago.Over the past decade, the policies of“one country, two systems”and“Macao people administering Macao” and a high degree of autonomy have been fully implemented in Macao.Macao has made a greater success in its development than ever before, as evidenced by its continued economic growth, vigorous development in various social programs, sustained social stability, closer links and cooperation with the mainland, more robust external exchanges and ever-expanding international influence.What has happened speaks loud and clear to the strong vitality of the undertaking of“one country, two systems”。

我愿在這里重申，中央政府將繼續(xù)堅(jiān)定不移貫徹“一國(guó)兩制”、“澳人治澳”、高度自治的方針，嚴(yán)格按照澳門基本法辦事，全力支持澳門特別行政區(qū)行政長(zhǎng)官和特區(qū)政府依法施政，全力支持澳門發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、改善民生、推進(jìn)民主、促進(jìn)和諧，全力支持澳門加強(qiáng)同祖國(guó)內(nèi)地的交流合作，全力支持澳門擴(kuò)大對(duì)外交往，堅(jiān)定不移維護(hù)澳門長(zhǎng)期繁榮穩(wěn)定。

I wish to reiterate that the Central Government will remain firmly committed to the policies of“one country, two systems”，“Macao people administering Macao”and a high degree of autonomy, and will continue to act in strict accordance with the Basic Law of Macao.We will give full support to the Macao SAR Chief Executive and the Macao SAR government in their administration according to law.We will give full support to Macao in promoting economic development, people’s welfare, democracy and harmony.We will give full support to Macao in

Thanks to unremitting efforts in the past decade, Macao is poised to develop from a new starting line.The Central Government speaks highly of the achievements of Mr.Edmund Ho Hau Wah in his administration in the past decade, and has high expectations on Mr.Fernando Chui Sai On and the new Macao SAR government that will be sworn in tomorrow.It is a major task for both the new Macao SAR government and people from all walks of life in Macao to build on past success and make fresh headway in the management, construction and development of Macao.To build a better future for Macao, we should place emphasis on both inheritance and innovation.By inheritance, we need to earnestly take stock of the successful experience gained in implementing the policies of“one country, two systems”，“Macao people administering Macao”and a high degree of autonomy and the Basic Law, and carry on with these effective and good practices and traditions that have been developed over the years.It is of particular importance to carry forward the time-honored and fine tradition of loving the motherland and loving Macao cherished by the Macao compatriots.By innovation, we need to be soberly aware of the challenges brought about by the changes in Macao’s internal and external environment, and we need to fully recognize the outstanding issues and problems in Macao’s economic and social development.We should be more mindful of challenges, closely follow the trend of the times and keep improving and innovating in the way of thinking as well as institutions, mechanisms and methodologies.Only by striking a balance between inheritance and innovation can we move forward on the basis of past achievements and take Macao’s development to a new level.同胞們、朋友們！

Before I conclude, I have a piece of good news to announce.To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Central Government has decided to give a pair of giant pandas as a gift to the Macao SAR at the request of the Macao SAR government.We believe the lovely giant pandas will convey the profound and warm feelings of the people in the mainland to the Macao citizens and add to the festive atmosphere in Macao.現(xiàn)在，我提議：

大家晚上好！今晚，美麗的濠江燈火璀璨、異彩紛呈。有機(jī)會(huì)同大家歡聚一堂，共同慶賀澳門回歸祖國(guó)15周年，我感到十分高興。

在此，我謹(jǐn)代表中央政府和全國(guó)各族人民，向在座各位并通過(guò)你們，向全體澳門市民，致以誠(chéng)摯的問(wèn)候和良好的祝愿！

今天下午，我抵達(dá)澳門不久，就去石排灣公屋參觀并探訪了兩戶家庭，我想近距離感受澳門這些年來(lái)的發(fā)展變化，了解澳門普通居民的日常生活。我同這兩家人拉家常，談家庭情況、工作學(xué)習(xí)、夢(mèng)想愿景。令我感動(dòng)的是，雖然這兩戶都是普通家庭，但他們家庭和睦、其樂(lè)融融。大人們努力工作，孩子們勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，大家都關(guān)心社區(qū)建設(shè)和特區(qū)發(fā)展，都期盼著明天的日子更美好。從中可以感受到他們熱愛生活的美好愿望。

雖然我在他們家里坐的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，但仿佛在澳門推開了一扇窗戶，讓我看到了澳門居民安居樂(lè)業(yè)的溫馨畫面。這也從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映了澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民生改善、社會(huì)安定的喜人成就，更令人感受到澳門“小城故事多、充滿喜和樂(lè)”的和諧氛圍。

同胞們、朋友們！

15年前，伴隨著《七子之歌》的感人旋律，歷盡風(fēng)雨的澳門終于回到祖國(guó)懷抱。從那一刻起，按照“一國(guó)兩制”方針和澳門特別行政區(qū)基本法建設(shè)好澳門特別行政區(qū)的重任就擺在了我們面前。15年來(lái)，澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步和巨大成就，一個(gè)生機(jī)勃勃、安定祥和的澳門正以嶄新的姿態(tài)屹立在祖國(guó)的南海之濱。我們對(duì)此感到由衷的喜悅和自豪！

這些進(jìn)步和成就的取得，離不開“一國(guó)兩制”方針和澳門特別行政區(qū)基本法的全面正確貫徹落實(shí)，離不開特別行政區(qū)政府和廣大澳門同胞齊心協(xié)力、奮勇拼搏，離不開中央政府和全國(guó)各族人民這一堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾的大力支持。

這些進(jìn)步和成就充分證明，“一國(guó)兩制”偉大構(gòu)想具有強(qiáng)大生命力，掌握了自己命運(yùn)的澳門同胞完全能夠在“一國(guó)兩制”、“澳人治澳”、高度自治方針指引下，團(tuán)結(jié)一心，自強(qiáng)不息，建設(shè)好自己的家園。

同時(shí)，我們深知，作為前無(wú)古人的事業(yè)，“一國(guó)兩制”實(shí)踐不會(huì)一帆風(fēng)順。澳門在取得巨大進(jìn)步和成就的同時(shí)，也還存在一些矛盾和問(wèn)題，仍會(huì)面臨不少困難和挑戰(zhàn)，需要加以妥善應(yīng)對(duì)。如何在過(guò)去15年建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)澳門更好發(fā)展，保持澳門長(zhǎng)期繁榮穩(wěn)定，是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期澳門發(fā)展面臨的重大課題，澳門要繼續(xù)揚(yáng)帆破浪、砥礪前行，就必須把這個(gè)問(wèn)題解決好。

越是面對(duì)成績(jī)，越是要奮發(fā)進(jìn)取。俗話說(shuō)，桌子上唱大戲——擺布不開。澳門回歸祖國(guó)15周年的實(shí)踐證明，只要路子對(duì)、政策好、身段靈、人心齊，桌子上也可以唱大戲。我們既要從澳門發(fā)展取得的進(jìn)步和成就中堅(jiān)定信心、增添力量，又要清醒看到澳門內(nèi)外環(huán)境發(fā)生的新變化，善于統(tǒng)籌謀劃、群策群力、乘勢(shì)而上。

當(dāng)前，祖國(guó)內(nèi)地正處在全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面深化改革、全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的重要時(shí)期，這為澳門發(fā)展提供了極大機(jī)遇和廣闊空間。機(jī)不可失，時(shí)不再來(lái)。澳門同胞要充分發(fā)揮“一國(guó)兩制”的制度優(yōu)勢(shì)，善于從祖國(guó)發(fā)展大勢(shì)中把握機(jī)遇，更好搭乘祖國(guó)改革發(fā)展的快車，扎實(shí)推動(dòng)澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。

This is my third visit to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(SAR).Every time I come, I get a fresh impression of the city's strong dynamism and unique charm.Under the guidance of the principle of “one country, two systems”, Hong Kong has enjoyed steady economic growth, rising living standards, orderly progress in democracy, and social harmony and stability.It has maintained its status as an international financial, trade and shipping center.It has developed closer links with the mainland and broader contacts with the world.What has happened shows that “one country, two systems” is the right policy for Hong Kong and it is a policy full of vitality.It also shows that Hong Kong compatriots have the wisdom and capability to manage, build and develop Hong Kong well.香港回歸祖國(guó)15年來(lái)歷經(jīng)風(fēng)雨，成就來(lái)之不易。董建華先生和曾蔭權(quán)先生作為行政長(zhǎng)官，先后領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特別行政區(qū)政府依法施政、恪盡職守、迎難而上、開拓進(jìn)取，為香港、為國(guó)家作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。

First, carry forward the spirit of striving hard relentlessly.Hong Kong compatriots should have a keener sense that they are the masters of Hong Kong and should take up the due responsibility of managing, building and developing Hong Kong.They should remain daring and enterprising no matter what difficulties may come their way.They should work hard with tenacity and confidence and use their wisdom and diligence to build better lives, thus writing a new chapter of working together for Hong Kong under the Lion Rock.第二，進(jìn)一步弘揚(yáng)同舟共濟(jì)的團(tuán)結(jié)精神。香港同胞要始終以國(guó)家和香港整體利益為重，珍愛共同家園，齊心協(xié)力應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。要提倡多一些合作，多一些協(xié)商，多一些包容。要關(guān)愛基層，扶助貧弱，守望相助，共享和諧。
