3月26日，出席核安全峰會的中國國家主席胡錦濤會見了美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬。奧巴馬一落座便首先問候胡錦濤“家里最近怎么樣？”。胡錦濤笑著說“挺好”，并向奧巴馬問道：“夫人和孩子們好吧？”奧巴馬隨即向胡錦濤轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)了家人的問候。

媒體報(bào)道稱，奧巴馬隨后表示，我就任總統(tǒng)以來已經(jīng)11次和您見面，這個(gè)事實(shí)標(biāo)志著我們對保持強(qiáng)有力的美中關(guān)系的重視。然而，盡管兩國元首見面達(dá)11次之多，但是人們注意到，美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬一落座便問候胡主席家里的情況卻是第一次。

因此，但凡看過這則新聞的人無不會心一笑。在這里，一句中國式的問候，雖然盡顯東方智慧，但卻將美國人的機(jī)智、風(fēng)趣、幽默，甚至西方式的狡狤躍然紙上。無人不知，美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬看似問候胡主席的家人，實(shí)則表達(dá)了對時(shí)下中國國內(nèi)政局的關(guān)心。

而國家主席胡錦濤的回答不但顯得落落大方，而且順?biāo)浦蹜?yīng)對得十分得體自然。一句“挺好”同奧巴馬的問候一樣一語雙關(guān)，而且話鋒一轉(zhuǎn)，問候奧巴

馬“夫人和孩子們好吧？”又順其自然地將話題轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)ζ浼胰说年P(guān)心，在一問一答之間化解和避免了一場不該出現(xiàn)的尷尬。

在國際政治舞臺上，政治家們的較量可以說無處不在。在會見時(shí)，奧巴馬一落座便問候胡錦濤主席的家里情況初看柔情似水，其實(shí)咄咄逼人。雖然奧巴馬問候胡主席的話語充滿了東方智慧，但從奧巴馬總統(tǒng)的經(jīng)歷看他并不十分諳熟東方文化?？梢哉f，他的這句僅僅七個(gè)字的臺詞是早已熟記在心的，是他背后的智囊團(tuán)早已設(shè)計(jì)好的。一句看似不經(jīng)意間的家長里短的問候如果不是發(fā)生在中美兩國元首會晤之時(shí)倒無所謂，而在這種場合，這句臺詞卻是意義重大，十分明顯地表達(dá)了美國人對中國社會政經(jīng)走向的十二分關(guān)注。

中國是一個(gè)大國，美國人沒有理由不關(guān)注中國社會的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。不但是美國人，每一個(gè)有社會責(zé)任感的中國人更對中國社會的改革能否讓一個(gè)古老的民族走向現(xiàn)代化之路，能否不再失去這次難得的走向民族復(fù)興的歷史機(jī)遇傾注心血。

3月14日，十一屆全國人大五次地議舉行閉幕會，國務(wù)院總理溫家寶會后與中外記者見面。在記者招待會上，溫家寶總理針對新加坡《聯(lián)合早報(bào)》記者的提

問再次談及政治體制改革。他一針見血的指出，現(xiàn)在改革到了攻堅(jiān)階段，沒有政治體制改革的成功，經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革不可能進(jìn)行到底，已經(jīng)取得的成果還有可能得而復(fù)失，社會上新產(chǎn)生的問題，也不能從根本上得到解決，文化大革命這樣的歷史悲劇還有可能重新發(fā)生。熟讀中國歷史的總理溫家寶當(dāng)然明白，千百年來，特別是近代以來，中國社會的每次變革無一不是以失敗而告終結(jié)，以至于讓我們這個(gè)古老的大國還站在發(fā)展中國家的行列，這不能不讓無數(shù)國人為此萬分糾結(jié)。

美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬的一句問候雖然充滿東方智慧，但充滿東方智慧的中國人更應(yīng)該從這句問話中得到啟發(fā)。正如胡錦濤主席那句“挺好”的回答一樣，我們這個(gè)古老的民族已經(jīng)沒有折騰的資本了，面對那些早已現(xiàn)代化的列強(qiáng)，我們只有一路走好，不要與民族現(xiàn)代化的歷史機(jī)遇再次擦肩而過，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)民族復(fù)興的百年夢想。

很高興和各位記者朋友在這里見面，首先我代表中國政府和人民，對奧巴馬總統(tǒng)來華進(jìn)行國事訪問表示熱烈歡迎。

剛才我和奧巴馬總統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了很好的會談，雙方就發(fā)展中美雙邊關(guān)系和共同關(guān)心的重大國際和地區(qū)問題，深入交換了意見，達(dá)成了廣泛共識，會談是坦誠的、建設(shè)性的、富有成果的。

我和奧巴馬總統(tǒng)都認(rèn)為，當(dāng)前國際形勢繼續(xù)發(fā)生復(fù)雜深刻變化，全球性的挑戰(zhàn)不斷增多，世界各國相互依存日益緊密。為此，需要加強(qiáng)國際合作。

中美兩國的有關(guān)部門已簽署中美關(guān)于加強(qiáng)氣候變化、能源和環(huán)境合作的諒解備忘備等合作文件，并且正式啟動(dòng)了中美清潔能源聯(lián)合研究中心。

我和奧巴馬總統(tǒng)都表示，愿意在雙向互利的基礎(chǔ)上，深化兩國反恐、執(zhí)法、科技、航天、民用航空、高速鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、衛(wèi)生等領(lǐng)域的合作，并繼續(xù)推動(dòng)兩軍關(guān)系取得更大的進(jìn)展。

我們還就擴(kuò)大兩國的人文交流，特別是青年交流進(jìn)行了探討，支持雙方建立人文交流機(jī)制，并且加強(qiáng)互派留學(xué)生合作。

我們都表示堅(jiān)持通過對話協(xié)商，解決朝鮮半島核問題。符合包括中美兩國在內(nèi)的有關(guān)各方的共同利益，雙方將同有關(guān)各方一道，堅(jiān)持半島無核化和六方會談進(jìn)程，維護(hù)東北亞和平穩(wěn)定。

我們強(qiáng)調(diào)維護(hù)國際核不擴(kuò)散體系，通過對話談判，妥善解決伊朗核問題，對維護(hù)中東和海灣地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定十分重要。

在會談中，我向奧巴馬總統(tǒng)強(qiáng)調(diào)，中美兩國國情不同，雙方存在一些分歧是正常的，關(guān)鍵是要尊重和照顧雙方的核心利益和重大關(guān)切。

中方贊賞奧巴馬總統(tǒng)多次重申堅(jiān)持一個(gè)中國政策，遵守中美三個(gè)聯(lián)合公報(bào)，在臺灣等問題上尊重中國主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整。

雙方重申互相尊重主權(quán)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完整這一根本原則，雙方均不支持任何勢力破壞這一原則的任何活動(dòng)。我們將繼續(xù)本著平等、相互尊重、互不干涉內(nèi)政的精神，就人權(quán)和宗教等問題開展對話交流，以增進(jìn)了解，減少分歧，擴(kuò)大共識。
