當(dāng)前，世界多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化深入發(fā)展，科技創(chuàng)新孕育新突破，但世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇進(jìn)程仍將艱難曲折，氣候變化、能源資源安全、糧食安全、公共衛(wèi)生安全等全球性問(wèn)題更加突出，國(guó)際和地區(qū)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題此起彼伏，世界和平與發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)都前所未有。加強(qiáng)國(guó)際合作，攜手應(yīng)對(duì)人類(lèi)共同面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，符合各國(guó)人民共同利益。借此機(jī)會(huì)，我愿重申，中國(guó)將繼續(xù)高舉和平、發(fā)展、合作旗幟，堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立自主的和平外交政策，始終不渝走和平發(fā)展道路，始終不渝奉行互利共贏的開(kāi)放戰(zhàn)略，在和平共處五項(xiàng)原則的基礎(chǔ)上積極發(fā)展同各國(guó)的友好交往和互利合作，積極參與應(yīng)對(duì)全球性問(wèn)題的國(guó)際合作，繼續(xù)同各國(guó)人民一道推動(dòng)建設(shè)持久和平、共同繁榮的和諧世界。
