I am delighted on behalf of the IAAF to offer best wishes and good fortune to all competitors, officials, media and spectators involved with the 19th IAAF World Half Marathon Championships in Nanning, China.With outstanding memories of the atmosphere and organisation of the Beijing Olympic Games still fresh in the memory, and in expectation of another warm welcome by the Chinese people, the world athletics family is greatly looking forward to its visit to Nanning, the capital of the Guangxi autonomous region in southern China.Known as the “Green City” because of its abundance of lush tropical foliage, Nanning which has nearly 2.5million urban residents and an overall population of over 6 million, is the latest Chinese city to become host to an IAAF World Athletics Series competition.Most recently China has successfully hosted editions of the World Junior Championships and World Race Walking Cup in Beijing, and under the umbrella of the IAAF World Race Walking Challenge the cities of Beijing, Wuxi, Shenzhen, Yangzhou, Cixi, and Kunshan have organised international events of the highest standard.Chinese female runners have had impressive success on the world’s roads in the last couple of decades, and with respect to the World Half Marathon have won two titles, the first taken by Ren Xiujuan in 1996.With the marathon triumph of Xue Bai at the World Championships in Berlin and China’s overall team victory in the World Marathon Cup, it is certain that expectation concerning the World Half Marathon Championships in Nanning will have grown considerably.“I am very much looking forward to some exciting races on 16 October 2010, competitions which will involve many of the best runners in the world.”

We are delighted to invite you to attend “2012 International conference of Analysis of unintended events in hospitals”, December 10, 2012 in Shihezi University, Xinjiang, China.Since the early nineties, many studies have been performed to examine the incidence of adverse events, with reported incidence rates ranging from 3 to 17% of all hospital admissions.A quarter to half of the adverse events was considered preventable.These studies have increased the sense of urgency to take effective countermeasures in order to improve patient safety in hospitals.Improvements can only be achieved if the interventions tackle the dominant under lying causes.When examining causal factors, not only adverse events but also other unintended events are informative.The theme of the meeting is “Analysis of

unintended events in hospitals”.In order to identify the causes of unintended events, there are a number of analysis tools, brought together under the umbrella term Root Cause Analysis.One common tool is causal tree analysis.Causal trees are the basis for the PRISMA

(Prevention and Recovery Information System for

Monitoring and Analysis)method(see below), which is becoming the standard in Dutch hospitals to analyse the root causes of unintended events and has also been used in studies abroad.The corresponding taxonomy to classify root causes.We anticipate the first international PRISMA symposium to be filled with fervent enthusiasm and active academic interaction.We are very glad to see everyone in the conference.Sincerely yours

國(guó)際田聯(lián)田徑場(chǎng)地設(shè)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手冊(cè)規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的體育跑道內(nèi)圈周長(zhǎng)400米，其中彎道半徑應(yīng)為36.5米，直道要沿南北方向避免太陽位置低時(shí)的炫目影響。彎道應(yīng)有8條跑道，每條跑道寬為1.22米，直道有10條跑道。跑道內(nèi)側(cè)安全區(qū)域不少于1米，外側(cè)最好也有1米的安全區(qū)，起跑區(qū)最少3米，沖刺緩沖段至少17米。跑道左右傾斜度最大不得超過1:1000，跑的方向上的向下傾斜度不得超過1:1000。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跑道全長(zhǎng)400米，跑道的彎道是半圓形，而且最內(nèi)圈的半徑是36米，每條跑道寬1.2米，現(xiàn)有8個(gè)跑道。

分已知標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跑道全長(zhǎng)400米，是指最內(nèi)圈跑道的長(zhǎng)度，而且知道最內(nèi)圈的半徑為36米，所以只需先求出最內(nèi)圈跑道的兩個(gè)半圓彎道的周長(zhǎng)和，然后用400米減去兩個(gè)彎道的周長(zhǎng)和，就得到直道的長(zhǎng)。400-3.14×36×2≈174 174÷2=87 米

第四跑道的全長(zhǎng)由第四圈的兩個(gè)半圓彎道的和再加上兩條直道的和得到，前面面已經(jīng)知道了直道的長(zhǎng)度是：87，所以第4跑道的全長(zhǎng)是：87×2+2×3.14×(36+1.2×3)≈423米

l．標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跑道全長(zhǎng)為400米，應(yīng)由兩個(gè)平行的直道和兩個(gè)半徑相等的彎道組成。除草地跑道外，跑道內(nèi)側(cè)應(yīng)用適宜材料制成的突沿加以分界。突沿高約5厘米，寬至少5厘米。如因舉行田賽項(xiàng)目比賽而需臨時(shí)移動(dòng)突沿的一部分，應(yīng)用5厘米寬的白線標(biāo)出原突沿位置并放置塑料錐形物或小旗，其高度至少20厘米，間隔至多4米。本條款同樣適用于障礙賽跑中運(yùn)動(dòng)員從主跑道轉(zhuǎn)向跨越水池所跑的那部分跑道。對(duì)于沒有突沿的草地跑道，應(yīng)用5厘米寬的線條標(biāo)出跑道內(nèi)沿，還應(yīng)以5米間隔設(shè)置小旗。為防止運(yùn)動(dòng)員踩線，應(yīng)將小旗放在線上，向場(chǎng)內(nèi)傾斜，與地面成60度角。小旗規(guī)格約25X20厘米、旗桿長(zhǎng)45厘米最為適宜。

6．跑道的左右傾斜度最大不得超過 1： 100，在跑進(jìn)方向上的向下傾斜度不得超過1 ：1000。注：建議新建跑道應(yīng)向內(nèi)側(cè)傾斜。

7、在規(guī)則第12條1（a）、（b）、（c）的比賽中，800米跑應(yīng)在第一個(gè)彎道末端的搶道線之前為分道跑，允許運(yùn)動(dòng)員越過搶道線后離開自己的分道切入里道。搶道線應(yīng)為一條弧線，寬5厘米，橫跨跑道，在搶道線兩端的跑道外側(cè)各插一面標(biāo)志旗，旗高至少1·50米。注1：為了幫助運(yùn)動(dòng)員確認(rèn)搶道線，可在各分道線與搶道線的交界處放置處錐形或棱柱體（5*5厘米），這些標(biāo)志物最大高度15厘米，與搶道線顏色相同。注2：在國(guó)際對(duì)抗賽中，參賽國(guó)可商定采用不分道跑。

注3：在規(guī)則第12條1（d）至（h）中的800米比賽時(shí)，每條分道內(nèi)可有1至2名運(yùn)動(dòng)員起跑，也可在一條弧形起跑線后采用不分道起跑。

8．在 4 X 200米（如果為部分分道跑）和 4 X 400米接力賽跑中，第l個(gè)整圈應(yīng)為分道跑，4X400米接力的第2 棒運(yùn)動(dòng)員和 4 X 200米接力的第 3棒運(yùn)動(dòng)員在越過搶道線之前應(yīng)為分道跑。

9． 4X400米第1接力區(qū)（4X200米第2接力區(qū)）的中心線與800米起跑線相同。每個(gè)接力區(qū)的長(zhǎng)度為20米，在中心線前后各10米，接力區(qū)的開始和結(jié)束均從接力區(qū)分界線的后沿算起。

10、起/終點(diǎn)線（第一直曲段分界線）前后10米之間的距離為4*400米接力的第2、第3接力區(qū)。

11、進(jìn)入非終點(diǎn)直段處的弧線，表示允許第2棒運(yùn)動(dòng)員（4*400米）和第3棒運(yùn)動(dòng)員（4*200米）可以離開各自的分道，切入里道。該限于本條7中800米跑的搶道線相同。12、1000米、2000米、3000米、5000米和10000米跑

球門：長(zhǎng)7.32米、高2.44米；

大禁區(qū)（罰球區(qū)）：長(zhǎng)40.32米、寬16.5米，在底線距離球門柱16.5米；

小禁區(qū)（球門區(qū)）：長(zhǎng)18.32米、寬5.5米，在底線距離球門柱5.5米；

中圈區(qū)：半徑9.15米；

角球區(qū)：半徑1米、距離大禁區(qū)13.84米；

罰球弧：以點(diǎn)球點(diǎn)為中心、半徑9.15米的半圓；

1、場(chǎng)地面積比賽場(chǎng)地應(yīng)按照平面圖畫出清晰的線條。線寬不得超過12厘米，不得做成U+201CVU+201D形凹槽。較長(zhǎng)的兩條線叫邊線，較短的兩條線叫球門線。場(chǎng)地中間畫一條橫穿球場(chǎng)的線，叫中線。場(chǎng)地中央應(yīng)當(dāng)做一個(gè)明顯的標(biāo)記，并以此點(diǎn)為圓心，以9.15米為半徑，畫一個(gè)圓圈叫中圈。場(chǎng)地每個(gè)角上應(yīng)各豎一面不低于1.50米高的平頂旗桿，上系小旗一面；相似的旗和旗桿可以各豎一面在場(chǎng)地兩側(cè)正對(duì)中線的邊線外至少1米處。

3、球門區(qū)在比賽場(chǎng)地兩端距球門柱內(nèi)側(cè)16.50米處的球門線上，向場(chǎng)內(nèi)各畫一條長(zhǎng)16.50米與球門線垂直的線，上端與球門線相接，另一端畫一條連接線與球門線平行，這三條線與球門線范圍內(nèi)的地區(qū)叫罰球區(qū)。在兩球門線中點(diǎn)垂直向場(chǎng)內(nèi)量11米處各做一個(gè)清晰的標(biāo)記，叫罰球點(diǎn)。以罰球點(diǎn)為圓心，以9.15米為半徑，在罰球區(qū)外畫一段弧線，叫罰球弧。

5、角球區(qū)球門應(yīng)設(shè)在每條球門線的中央，由兩根相距7.32米、與兩面角旗點(diǎn)相等距離、直立門柱與一根下沿離地面2.44米的水平橫木連接組成，為確保安全，無論是固定球門或可移動(dòng)球門都必須穩(wěn)定地固定在場(chǎng)地上。門柱及橫木的寬度與厚度，均應(yīng)對(duì)稱相等，不得超過12厘米。球網(wǎng)附加在球門后面的門柱及橫木和地上。球網(wǎng)應(yīng)適當(dāng)撐起，使守門員有充分活動(dòng)的空間。

最佳答案標(biāo)準(zhǔn)半圓式田徑場(chǎng)第1分道周長(zhǎng)400m,它的半徑有不同的設(shè)計(jì)方案，常用的36m、36.5m、37.898m等。

（一）跑道周長(zhǎng)（第1分道周長(zhǎng)）的計(jì)算

2、直段長(zhǎng)的計(jì)算

兩個(gè)直段長(zhǎng)=跑道全長(zhǎng)-兩個(gè)彎道長(zhǎng)

=400m – 228.08m=171.92m

一個(gè)直段長(zhǎng)為171.92m÷2=85.96m

3、跑道全長(zhǎng)計(jì)算 跑道全長(zhǎng)=兩個(gè)彎道+兩個(gè)直段長(zhǎng)

=228.08m+171.92m =400m

（二）各分道彎道長(zhǎng)度的計(jì)算（以分道寬1.22米為例）

根據(jù)圓周公式C=2πr

Cn=2π[r+（n-1）d+0.20]

（C代表彎道周長(zhǎng)，n代表道次，r代表場(chǎng)地半徑，d代表分道寬）

（三）起跑線前伸前的計(jì)算

如果兩個(gè)分道上的運(yùn)動(dòng)員都按自己的分道跑1周，則第2分道的運(yùn)動(dòng)員要比第1分道的運(yùn)動(dòng)員多跑7.04m。為了使第2分道與跑第1分道運(yùn)動(dòng)員所跑的距離相等，起點(diǎn)必須向前伸出一段距離。所應(yīng)向前伸出的距離，叫作起跑線前伸數(shù)。計(jì)算起跑線前伸前的方法是以某分道的彎道長(zhǎng)減去第1分道的彎道長(zhǎng)，即為該為道的起跑線前伸數(shù)。公式如下：

雙方共同遵守：

一、委托

運(yùn)動(dòng)員委托代理人以他的名義在本協(xié)議規(guī)定的條款和條件下行使權(quán)利。代理人有權(quán)行使本協(xié)議中直接提到的或與運(yùn)動(dòng)員有書面協(xié)議的內(nèi)容，其他無權(quán)做。

二、條款

1.代理人受委托時(shí)限為一年，截至12月31日。

2.如果代理人與國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)之間的合同因任何原因終止，代理人與運(yùn)動(dòng)員的協(xié)議即不再有效。

3.本協(xié)議不可自行續(xù)簽。如果雙方均有意續(xù)約，須待代理人續(xù)約后方可進(jìn)行，并且必須在前協(xié)議到期前發(fā)出書面通知。

三、代理權(quán)限

（代理權(quán)限由談判而定。很多情況下，運(yùn)動(dòng)員不只希望代理人僅僅是安排其競(jìng)賽日程，而是要求代理人兼顧其他方面，提供全套服務(wù)。）

1.代理人授權(quán)安排運(yùn)動(dòng)員的任何比賽，包括運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽費(fèi)用的協(xié)商和談判。

2.代理人有權(quán)實(shí)施調(diào)查，與贊助商進(jìn)行談判，并最終代理運(yùn)動(dòng)員簽訂合同。

3.代理人從運(yùn)動(dòng)員利益出發(fā)，可采取任何有效措施，發(fā)現(xiàn)和調(diào)查新的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。

4.代理人不得越權(quán)行使委托權(quán)，在沒有事先獲得運(yùn)動(dòng)員同意的情況下，不能簽訂任何商業(yè)協(xié)議。

5.代理人有權(quán)以運(yùn)動(dòng)員的名義處理財(cái)務(wù)，但必須遵守運(yùn)動(dòng)員的指導(dǎo)，同時(shí)對(duì)他處理的資金嚴(yán)格記帳。以這種方式處理運(yùn)動(dòng)員的財(cái)務(wù)也必須符合國(guó)際田聯(lián)和國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)的有關(guān)條例。

四、費(fèi)用

（在遵守國(guó)際田聯(lián)有關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)員代理人的管理?xiàng)l例下，由運(yùn)動(dòng)員與代理人共同協(xié)商確定，商定后的數(shù)字必須明確寫入?yún)f(xié)議中去。收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遵守國(guó)家協(xié)會(huì)的有關(guān)規(guī)定。）

五、相關(guān)成本

1.代理人須負(fù)責(zé)所有正常支出的雜費(fèi)（比如租用辦公室、電話和郵費(fèi)）、成本和其他處理有關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)員事務(wù)的開支。代理人對(duì)非正常支出不負(fù)責(zé)任。代理人在獲得運(yùn)動(dòng)員的同意之前，不得隨意支付上述費(fèi)用。

2.如果代理人直接開支上述有關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的費(fèi)用，如差旅、住宿、生活費(fèi)等，由運(yùn)動(dòng)員在收到費(fèi)用支出收據(jù)的21天內(nèi)補(bǔ)給代理人。

六、代理人義務(wù)

代理人的義務(wù)如下所述：

1.有足夠的知識(shí)和技能履行代理合同，同時(shí)有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心；

2.對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)賽程安排了如指掌，與運(yùn)動(dòng)員的教練、所在俱樂部、國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)一起，共同協(xié)商和制定該運(yùn)動(dòng)員的競(jìng)賽安排；

3.遵守國(guó)際田聯(lián)和國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)的章程及有關(guān)條例；

4.幫助運(yùn)動(dòng)員遵守國(guó)際田聯(lián)關(guān)于資格的適用條例，尤其是第17、18和53條；

5.在運(yùn)動(dòng)員授權(quán)范圍內(nèi)行使權(quán)利，讓運(yùn)動(dòng)員及時(shí)、全面地了解代理人所從事的商業(yè)活動(dòng)和各項(xiàng)安排；

6.代理運(yùn)動(dòng)員的原則是不影響其運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練和參加比賽；

7.避免發(fā)生利益沖突，無論是表面還是私下的；

8.采取一切有效措施代理運(yùn)動(dòng)員收回所有合同的款項(xiàng)。代理人有義務(wù)這樣做，但如果第三方在獲得代理人同意后不交納時(shí)不負(fù)任何責(zé)任；

9.及時(shí)支付所有協(xié)議費(fèi)用。

七、運(yùn)動(dòng)員義務(wù)

運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須履行以下義務(wù)：

1.讓代理人了解其競(jìng)賽安排及其商業(yè)興趣和投資意向；

2.參加所有代理人為其安排的比賽或公眾集會(huì)，除非因?yàn)閭』虬l(fā)生意外情況；

3.如果代理人談判決定，或運(yùn)動(dòng)員同意為比賽做推廣，必須依合同要求參加所有的推廣活動(dòng)；

4.遵守國(guó)際田聯(lián)和國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)有關(guān)代理人的規(guī)定；

5.及時(shí)支付協(xié)議中所提費(fèi)用；

6.參加所有國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)及國(guó)際田聯(lián)指定的比賽，即：

a.地區(qū)錦標(biāo)賽

b.室外錦標(biāo)賽

c.世界杯賽

d.奧運(yùn)會(huì)

7.對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)賽程安排了如指掌，與教練、所在俱樂部、國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)共同協(xié)商和制定本人的競(jìng)賽安排。

八、機(jī)密

1.代理人保證對(duì)所有關(guān)于運(yùn)動(dòng)員的事務(wù)保密。不論是正在為該運(yùn)動(dòng)員做代理，或已經(jīng)結(jié)束與運(yùn)動(dòng)員的委托合同，除非運(yùn)動(dòng)員授權(quán)揭露事實(shí)。

2.如果代理人向國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)或國(guó)際田聯(lián)揭露運(yùn)動(dòng)員資格問題或其服用違禁藥物的事實(shí)，則不屬于違反了以上第1款的規(guī)定。

九、保證和承諾

1.代理人必須向運(yùn)動(dòng)員保證并承諾，其擁有運(yùn)動(dòng)員所屬國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)及國(guó)際田聯(lián)的認(rèn)可。

2.運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須向代理人保證并承諾，代理人是該運(yùn)動(dòng)員的唯一委托方，直到本協(xié)議到期。運(yùn)動(dòng)員不能雇用其他人或允許第三方來從事本協(xié)議里商談的條款。

十、終止

在下列情況下可終止本合同：

1.代理人的執(zhí)照被運(yùn)動(dòng)員所在國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)收回；

2.代理宣告破產(chǎn)；

3.在其中一方破壞協(xié)議時(shí)，無辜方向破壞方發(fā)出通知，但不能對(duì)原協(xié)議進(jìn)行修改；

4.其中一方向另一方提前3個(gè)月發(fā)出書面通知，表明要終止合同的意愿。

十一、爭(zhēng)議和仲裁

在發(fā)生與協(xié)議有關(guān)的爭(zhēng)議時(shí)，合同雙方必須遵守運(yùn)動(dòng)員所屬國(guó)家聯(lián)合會(huì)現(xiàn)成條例的申訴程序。如果該申訴沒有取得任何結(jié)果，雙方可以向國(guó)際田聯(lián)仲裁小組提出申請(qǐng)，該組織的決定將對(duì)雙方產(chǎn)生約束力，并成為最終決定。

十二、本協(xié)議依據(jù)地區(qū)聯(lián)合會(huì)所在地的法律執(zhí)行和解釋，服從法庭普通判決。
