一、專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)

本專業(yè)已被評(píng)為自治區(qū)特色專業(yè)，近年來已形成生源旺盛、出口暢通的大好局面。主要培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)需要的，德、智、體全面發(fā)展的，掌握經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、管理和報(bào)關(guān)、國際貨運(yùn)及代理等方面的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和能力，具有較高的計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力和外語水平，熟悉相應(yīng)的實(shí)務(wù)技能，能在各類涉外企業(yè)獨(dú)立從事單證制作、海關(guān)通關(guān)、口岸商檢、國際貨物運(yùn)輸及其代理、外貿(mào)倉儲(chǔ)管理、報(bào)關(guān)代理、物流管理等實(shí)務(wù)的高級(jí)技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。

工作崗位：

報(bào)關(guān)員、國際貨運(yùn)代理員、單證員、報(bào)檢員、物流管理員。

崗位的職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

報(bào)關(guān)員：報(bào)關(guān)員是指經(jīng)海關(guān)注冊，代表所屬企業(yè)向海關(guān)辦理進(jìn)出口貨物報(bào)

關(guān)納稅等事務(wù)的人員。報(bào)關(guān)員應(yīng)具備一定的學(xué)識(shí)水平和實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)能力，熟悉與貨物進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的法律和對外貿(mào)易知識(shí)，必須精通海關(guān)法規(guī)、規(guī)章并具備辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)的技能，取得國家海關(guān)總署頒發(fā)的《報(bào)關(guān)員資格證書》。

國際貨運(yùn)代理員：國際貨運(yùn)代理員的工作是接受進(jìn)出口貨物發(fā)貨人、收貨人的委托，為其辦理國際貨物運(yùn)輸及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。國際貨運(yùn)代理員應(yīng)具有較高的英語聽寫會(huì)話能力，熟悉進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)各環(huán)節(jié)和交易程序，系統(tǒng)掌握國際貨運(yùn)代理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、國際海上貨運(yùn)代理理論與實(shí)務(wù)、國際航空貨運(yùn)代理理論與實(shí)務(wù)、國際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)與現(xiàn)代物流理論與實(shí)務(wù)等知識(shí)，熟悉國際貨運(yùn)代理的流程，并能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行實(shí)際操作，一般要求取得國家商務(wù)部頒發(fā)的《國際貨運(yùn)代理從業(yè)人員資格證書》。

單證員：單證員的工作就是負(fù)責(zé)國際貿(mào)易中運(yùn)輸、海關(guān)、商檢等環(huán)節(jié)各種單證的管理和操作。系統(tǒng)掌握外貿(mào)理論

和實(shí)務(wù)方面的知識(shí)，熟悉進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)各環(huán)節(jié)和交易程序，能熟練地進(jìn)行國際貿(mào)易實(shí)施過程中各種單證的編制、取得、審核、修改和傳遞，一般要求取得《國際貿(mào)易單證員證書》。

報(bào)檢員：報(bào)檢員是指在外貿(mào)企業(yè)、代理報(bào)檢企業(yè)等企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)中專門從事出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫報(bào)檢業(yè)務(wù)的人員。報(bào)檢員應(yīng)具備一定的英語基礎(chǔ)，熟悉檢驗(yàn)檢疫有關(guān)法律，掌握報(bào)檢業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和業(yè)務(wù)流程，并能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行實(shí)際操作，獲得國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局頒發(fā)的《報(bào)檢員資格證書》。

物流管理員：具有現(xiàn)代綜合物流新理念，熟悉物流各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的業(yè)務(wù)流程，具備從事航運(yùn)、倉儲(chǔ)、公路運(yùn)輸、鐵路運(yùn)輸、貨物包裝、信息管理等某一環(huán)節(jié)的業(yè)務(wù)等能力，能統(tǒng)籌考慮整個(gè)物流運(yùn)作安排，能在業(yè)務(wù)中運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)，能夠合理使用和調(diào)配有關(guān)物流技術(shù)設(shè)施和設(shè)備。一般要求取得中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會(huì)頒發(fā)的《助理物流師資格證

書》。

三、人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格要求

1、具有良好的政治素質(zhì)、文化修養(yǎng)、職業(yè)道德、服務(wù)意識(shí)和健康的體魄。

2、具有較高的中英文水平與文字表達(dá)能力，掌握外貿(mào)專業(yè)英語，能進(jìn)行對外貿(mào)易洽談，起草有關(guān)合同、協(xié)議，能較熟練處理日常業(yè)務(wù)函電及其它業(yè)務(wù)文件。

3、具有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力，掌握計(jì)算機(jī)軟件在報(bào)關(guān)與國際貨運(yùn)代理中的應(yīng)用技術(shù)，并能熟練使用國際貿(mào)易中的現(xiàn)代電子數(shù)據(jù)交換手段。

4、熟悉進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)各環(huán)節(jié)和交易程序，能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行實(shí)際操作；掌握與國際貿(mào)易和國際貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的商檢、海運(yùn)、保險(xiǎn)、索賠、仲裁等的程序、規(guī)范和處理技術(shù)。
