      引導(dǎo)人員:是這樣的,XXX,我們VIOLINO是意大利品牌,我們公司也一直走國際化品牌路線,20多年了,現(xiàn)在深圳有15萬平方米的生產(chǎn)基地,員工3000多人,現(xiàn)在全球80多個國家和地區(qū)擁有1000多個自主品牌展館和銷售網(wǎng)點,在國外,我們的品牌VIOLINO是和夏圖、NATUZZI并駕齊驅(qū)的國際品牌,當然了,我們在國內(nèi)運作品牌時間不長,雖剛做一年多,但不論是研發(fā)、工藝還是沙發(fā)品質(zhì)在業(yè)內(nèi)都是一流的,行業(yè)內(nèi)

      客戶:你們這些沙發(fā)大概多少錢???

      引導(dǎo)人員:我們的沙發(fā)有真皮的、半皮的、皮配布的,以簡約時尚為主,至于咱們地區(qū)較適合什么類型產(chǎn)品及什么價格的產(chǎn)品,我們負責您那邊的區(qū)域經(jīng)理更熟悉一些,您稍等一下,我請我們XX經(jīng)理來為您解答!

      應(yīng)知:這時候如果客戶不出聲,表示愿意等候??梢哉埧蛻舻叫菹^(qū)坐一下,為客戶倒杯水,然后找到負責這個區(qū)域的區(qū)域經(jīng)理,介紹客戶的基本信息(姓什么,來自哪里,自己對客戶的基本印象)然后將區(qū)域經(jīng)理引導(dǎo)到客戶面前,先介紹區(qū)域經(jīng)理,然后介紹這是來自XXX商場的XXX。然后說:你們先聊,我去招待一下其他的客人。借勢離開招待其他客人。

      如果客戶回答:不用了,我就隨便問問。

      引導(dǎo)人員:沒事的,我們XX經(jīng)理對XXX市場很了解,讓他幫您分析分析也好啊,您稍等一下;(如果區(qū)域經(jīng)理正在接待其他客人,可以找有空閑的區(qū)域經(jīng)理接待一下,然后告訴所負責的區(qū)域經(jīng)理現(xiàn)在的狀況)

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:我們的沙發(fā)都是歐洲設(shè)計師的原創(chuàng)作品,再根據(jù)國人的人體工程學(xué)和環(huán)境優(yōu)化科學(xué)改良制作的。我們沙發(fā)的價格從4000左右到1萬多不等。以下延伸到客戶涉及到的問題和回答:

      客戶:你們現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)都有多少家店?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:我們在國內(nèi)的品牌運作從去年直營店深圳布局開始,對市場前景較看好,公司為了完善導(dǎo)購系統(tǒng)在香密湖、金海馬、歐洲城、布吉紅星都有店,現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)有差不多20家專賣店。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)較注重品牌的長期發(fā)展及市場的美譽度.所以前期開店我們很謹慎,要求也很高,公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我們要求的是開一家店火一家店,像我們深圳金海馬專賣店,開業(yè)當天,就賣了8萬多!通過一年的磨合,國內(nèi)品牌運作系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成熟。

      客戶:現(xiàn)在開店有什么支持?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:開店的主要目的是為了賺錢,選好品牌才是最重要的,但華諾也比較人性化,一般的支持我們也是有的,像每平方米200元的裝修補貼啊,(如何返還參照支持政策)50%的廣告支持啊等等。店開了重要的是把商品賣出去,所以我們強調(diào)在導(dǎo)購的甄選、培訓(xùn)以及銷售實操上會投入更多的時間和精力,保障華諾專賣店的單店盈利能力。還有公司會在品牌的推廣上加大力度做宣傳,首先從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)入手,做行業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)第一品牌,然后向大眾媒體過度。

      客戶:你們公司是怎么定位的?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:您看到我們的展廳和產(chǎn)品,基本上也能了解一大半了,像目前市場定為細分為三個層次:

      1、奢侈型的高端人群所占市場份額只有10%,(夏圖、納圖茲、米洛)

      2、高檔次的專業(yè)人群所占市場份額的30%

      (MD、意迪森,我們?nèi)A諾,無強勢品牌競爭,客戶選擇空間較大)

      3、中低檔次的大眾人群占市場份額的60%(顧家、左右、斯帝羅蘭等)。

      客戶:像你們這種新品牌商場位置應(yīng)該不是很好拿吧? 業(yè)務(wù)人員:這個您不用擔心,我們?nèi)A諾品牌與紅星美凱龍已經(jīng)是戰(zhàn)盟,本來去年東莞展紅星打算與包括舒達、曲美和我們?nèi)A諾在內(nèi)的十幾家品牌企業(yè)一起做個聯(lián)合展,但由于時間倉促,就取消了,紅星的車總,趙總這些總部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都到過我們公司參觀指導(dǎo),也對我們公司表示認可和給出了很高的評價。我們和居然之家等國內(nèi)高端賣場也都形成戰(zhàn)略合作。至于其他的賣場位置更沒有問題,我們會幫助我們的合作伙伴拿到更好的位置。

      客戶:華諾對我們有什么要求

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:首先是要認同公司品牌發(fā)展的原則,具備經(jīng)營中高端家居品牌的理念和能力,有合適的位置,相應(yīng)的資金實力,市場資源的整合能力等。

      客戶:開一家華諾的專賣店要投入大概多少錢?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:投入成本主要體現(xiàn)在裝修和樣品上,以一個店200平米計算,大概在20-25萬左右。

      客戶:裝修每平米大概多少錢?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:這個要看您所在地的城市經(jīng)濟消費水平,像我們深圳店的裝修價格在670元/平米,一般城市的裝修大概在450-550/平米之間。

      客戶:飾品大概多少錢?(即將換品牌的會問可不可以不要飾品,我店里有很多)業(yè)務(wù)人員:飾品都是公司標配的叁萬左右,您也知道一個售銷良好的專賣店除了人員外軟裝及氛圍是很重要的,而且風格定位不同所需配飾一定有很大的出入.我們前期投入也不是一個小數(shù)目,我相信您也不會因為這一點飾品而影響店面氛圍及后期銷售.(針對較真的客戶可補充,要保持店面整體形象及氛圍的同時,公司在經(jīng)銷商管理與支持上其實是很人性化的,如果咱們現(xiàn)有可相配的飾品,我們公司專業(yè)的設(shè)計團隊及陳例人員會將此合理的利用上,這個您完全可以放心)

      客戶:你們在哪些地方有店?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:我們在深圳、廣州、杭州、太原、石家莊、成都、青島、唐山、瀘州等城市都有店了,北京的北四環(huán)居然及上海的家具村在調(diào)場,調(diào)好就準備進場裝修。

      客戶:你們哪里的專賣銷售的好?月產(chǎn)值多少? 目前的話深圳紅星銷售最好,每月差不多在40萬左右。(如繼續(xù)問南方的客戶就說石家莊銷售的也不錯,好的時候差不多30來萬,北方的就說杭州)

      客戶:你們的交期多久?可以接受訂制嗎? 交期:接到訂單起15天完成生產(chǎn),可以出貨。

      訂制:我們絕對不會讓喜歡我們沙發(fā)的顧客因家里的尺寸而選擇換款式,所以沙發(fā)的組合性比較強,大小戶型基本都可以搭配到合適的,但是我們可以根據(jù)客戶不同的喜好而對皮及色及配線進行更換。如果真的出現(xiàn)其它訂制公司會收取相應(yīng)的成本費。

      客戶:你們產(chǎn)品有哪些賣點?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:第一,運營了23年的國際知名品牌;第二、歐洲原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(款式上的差異);第三、行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的特殊的工藝處理(表面處理的細節(jié)體現(xiàn)公司的實力和管理);恒定的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等。

      客戶:皮是哪里的?用的是什么木材、海綿?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:全部進口,真皮的主要進口國意大利、美國,國內(nèi)唯一一家現(xiàn)有1.5億元的庫存,有160多種皮色可供顧客選擇。每一張皮都有它的獨有的識別碼;木材是新西蘭進口的火炬松,通過“雨林聯(lián)盟”的環(huán)保

      認證,經(jīng)過藥水侵泡、熏蒸等工藝;我們在東莞有自主海綿生產(chǎn)工廠和精密的海綿檢測儀器,這些都保障了華諾品質(zhì)的長期穩(wěn)定。

      客戶:你們的環(huán)保標準?

      客戶:這些款式有點普通?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:這些是我們在國內(nèi)比較暢銷的款式或特價款,很多商家最初會有這種感覺,但在實際的銷售中,卻賣得很好。而且我們?nèi)A諾自主研發(fā)積累到現(xiàn)在有3000多個款式,還在不斷的研發(fā)新款,所以在店內(nèi)產(chǎn)品組合和以后的款式更新上都有保障。

      客戶:你們是哪里的品牌?

      客戶:配套是你們自己做的嗎?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:我們是產(chǎn)、銷、品一體化的沙發(fā)企業(yè),我們的配套只是自主設(shè)計,找有實力的制造企業(yè)為我們OEM,經(jīng)過一年多的磨合,在整體客廳家居的搭配上已經(jīng)做到高度統(tǒng)一。整套的銷售都很好。

      客戶:一個200平方的店大概擺多少套沙發(fā)?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:9-11套左右,我們求精不求多,同時也要避免商業(yè)面積的浪費。

      客戶:像你們有哪些競爭品牌???

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:這個問題問的很好,如果從真皮沙發(fā)的產(chǎn)品入手,那競爭品牌比比皆是,如果從差異化競爭看,我們可以說沒有競爭對手,其

      一、所有產(chǎn)品全部歐洲原創(chuàng)設(shè)計;其

      二、獨特而大膽的配色,是行業(yè)內(nèi)的中小企業(yè)無法模仿的;其

      三、精細的工藝體現(xiàn)在每一張沙發(fā)上,您看。。;如果非要在價格上找到競爭對手,那就介于“自然主義”“米洛”和“顧家” “左右”中間,品質(zhì)與“夏圖”“NATUZZI”差不多。但我們比“自然主義”“米洛”有性價比優(yōu)勢,比“顧家”更時尚、個性化且更具備客廳文化的張力;與“左右”相比,在產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)上超過左右實在是太多了,不在一條平行線上。

      客戶:你們有檢測報告和報關(guān)單嗎?開店的資質(zhì)證明嗎?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:您放心,這些我們都是有的,您與我們簽訂合作意向書繳納合同定金或簽訂正式合同后,我們會將我們的八項資質(zhì)證明快遞過去您那邊的!

      客戶:可以多給點支持嗎(比如裝修、樣板折扣等)?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:公司統(tǒng)一實行加盟經(jīng)營政策,最初打算要收加盟費的,考慮到目前的國內(nèi)家具界行情,決定暫時不收加盟費,還給予裝修補助,支持力度已經(jīng)很大了,明年可能要考慮收廣告費或加盟費了,今年簽約的客戶是不收的。

      客戶:年返點有多少?

      業(yè)務(wù)人員:參照展會支持政策。

      客戶:意向金會退嗎? 業(yè)務(wù)人員:簽訂意向書及正式合同后就需要繳納意向金3萬元到公司制定賬戶上,裝修后首批樣品貨款中全額返還。如果合作不成功,會全額免息退還。
