      開展期間,兩位迎賓分別站在展位兩邊走廊,配合業(yè)務(wù)工作:當(dāng)業(yè)務(wù)沒在走廊時(shí),兩位迎賓負(fù)責(zé)接待在展位前徘徊的客戶,并將其引進(jìn)展廳,引薦給業(yè)務(wù)。若當(dāng)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù)在忙,安排客戶就坐,端茶或者咖啡或者糖果,并給客戶彩頁(yè),讓客戶先等待一會(huì)。等看到某個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)有空時(shí),讓業(yè)務(wù)及時(shí)過去接待。若當(dāng)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù)在展廳,但是當(dāng)時(shí)沒在接待客戶,直接將客戶引薦給業(yè)務(wù)

      在開展期間,原則上 迎賓的位子是固定的,不負(fù)責(zé)向客戶解說產(chǎn)品,只負(fù)責(zé)引進(jìn)客戶

      2.前臺(tái)職責(zé)

      有客戶來前臺(tái)詢問時(shí),接待前臺(tái)客戶,有些客戶形色匆匆的,給業(yè)務(wù)的名片給他,并遞交彩頁(yè) 若有客戶來找某個(gè)業(yè)務(wù),且業(yè)務(wù)也在展會(huì),引薦給該業(yè)務(wù) 若客戶所問業(yè)務(wù) 已經(jīng)離職,則交給該部門主管處理

      做好樣品管理:業(yè)務(wù)送樣給客戶,要在前臺(tái)登記,前臺(tái)負(fù)責(zé)找業(yè)務(wù)所需樣品,并讓該業(yè)務(wù)簽字

      若樣品收費(fèi),則樣品費(fèi)前臺(tái)保管,并讓業(yè)務(wù)登記

      負(fù)責(zé)跟迎賓一起擺放糖果等
