1、申請者應(yīng)熱愛祖國、熱愛人民、關(guān)心他人,愿意為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)服務(wù),品德優(yōu)秀,遵紀(jì)守法。
2、凡經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)有推薦資格的全國高校應(yīng)屆的本科應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)學(xué)生,三年學(xué)習(xí)總成績排名原則上在本年級、本專業(yè)前5名或前20%者,并具有所在學(xué)校推薦資格的學(xué)生,有申請資格。
3、校內(nèi)學(xué)生凡成績排名進(jìn)入前60%名者,有申請資格。
4、本系學(xué)生凡成績排名進(jìn)入前75%者,有申請資格。

3.北京大學(xué)2018年接收推薦免試攻讀研究生專家推薦信(下載)3封,即需要3位學(xué)

5.英文能力證明(如六級、托福、雅思、GRE、GMAT等)。

三、申請材料審核及復(fù)試資格確認(rèn)
每一位申請推免的學(xué)生須提供完整有效的申請材料,材料不完整者取消推免資格。其中成績單以及成績排名,須加蓋教務(wù)處公章,否則申請無效。申請直博必須提供3年內(nèi)有效的外語水平證明。
所有申請材料請于2017年9月18日下午5點(diǎn)前送達(dá)哲學(xué)系教務(wù)辦公室(人文學(xué)苑2119),快遞材料請務(wù)必使用EMS或者順豐快遞,過期不再受理。
所有申請者,按照所提交的合格材料擇優(yōu)進(jìn)入復(fù)試。
四、復(fù)試形式
凡申請哲學(xué)系推薦免試者須通過我系的復(fù)試。復(fù)試分為筆試與面試兩項(xiàng)。
筆試總分100分,包括:英語40分,哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識60分(邏輯學(xué)專業(yè)60分為邏輯學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識,其他專業(yè)考核中國哲學(xué)、西方哲學(xué)、馬克思主義哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識各20分),考試時間為150分鐘;面試由各專業(yè)教研室組成的專業(yè)小組組織進(jìn)行。
面試與筆試成績的權(quán)重各為50%,有一項(xiàng)不合格不予錄取。復(fù)試時間和地點(diǎn)與復(fù)試名單于9月22日在哲學(xué)系網(wǎng)站公布。
五、資格復(fù)審及錄取
在發(fā)出錄取通知書之前,將對獲得初取資格的免試生,按以下要求進(jìn)行資格復(fù)審,通過者方可被錄取,未通過者,將被取消錄取資格,由學(xué)生所在學(xué)校本科教務(wù)部門按本科學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定辦理相應(yīng)手續(xù)。
1.完成本科培養(yǎng)方案規(guī)定的所有課程及實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)(含畢業(yè)論文或?qū)嵙?xí))的學(xué)分要求;
2.畢業(yè)論文或?qū)嵙?xí)成績應(yīng)在“良”以上;
3.取得初取資格后,本科必修、限選及公選課程不得出現(xiàn)不及格;
4.自取得初取資格至入學(xué)報(bào)到之日未受過任何處分。

1、北大網(wǎng)上申報(bào)
2017 年 9 月 8 日-18 日,北京大學(xué)開通北京大學(xué) 2018 年推薦免試研究生網(wǎng)上申報(bào)系統(tǒng),具體安排請見網(wǎng)站的有關(guān)通知。
2、申請材料寄送
2017 年 9 月 18 日前,申請人將填好的全部申請材料(統(tǒng)一使用 A4 紙)裝入自備的信封,直接寄(送)達(dá)所報(bào)考的學(xué)院(系、所、中心)研究生教務(wù)辦公室。過期不再接受申請。
全部申請材料一經(jīng)收到,恕不退還。申請材料中,正式成績單(如確有困難)可延至 9 月底補(bǔ)交。
3、教育部推免服務(wù)系統(tǒng)報(bào)名
教育部 “全國推薦優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生免試攻讀研究生信息公開暨管理服務(wù)系統(tǒng)”,為推免工作統(tǒng)一的信息備案公開平臺和網(wǎng)上報(bào)考錄取系統(tǒng)。
取得推薦學(xué)校推免資格及名額的應(yīng)屆優(yōu)秀本科畢業(yè)生方可報(bào)名。申請人應(yīng)按照教育部的要求,登錄推免服務(wù)系統(tǒng),在系統(tǒng)中注冊和填寫基本信息,完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名、網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)、接受復(fù)試確認(rèn)和待錄取確認(rèn)等環(huán)節(jié)。

1.Course Overview Arrow highlighted the prevalence of uncertainty in health care markets: physicians are
uncertain about how to treat patients, especially when medical technology is changing so rapidly;patients are uncertain about the effectiveness of medical treatment;and consumers and health plans are uncertain about the appropriateness and quality of providers’ services.Economic models explain some but by no means all consumer and producer behaviors in the medical services sector, and as for making health care policies, the economic concept of efficiency is a helpful criterion but not the only criterion for judging the desirability of alternative arrangement(e.g., distributions and redistributions).Given the uneasy balance of efficiency and equality/equity, there is by no means a best health care system suitable for every society, which is especially true for a developing economy Like China.In this class we will discuss why standard economic models of behavior and efficiency sometimes work and matter and sometimes do not in this industry.We are going to discuss the available information related but not limited to the following questions: do people behave in ways that are or could be made to be efficient(and equitable)? how much inefficiency is there in this industry and what are the causes? how is health care usually financed in a society? and how might a country better manage its resources dedicated to improving the health of its population?
The main context of this course is:(1)to consider the economic analysis of the medical care sector, namely how medical care is provided and financed;(2)to explore the implication of market failures in health care market such as moral hazard, adverse selection, and externality;and(3)to help you get informed with the making of health policies and how different health system evolved and developed, and also to discuss various reform ideas.Comments and questions in class are strongly encouraged.Things that seem confusing or controversial are usually that way for many students;everyone will benefit if you ask questions.And because the class will deal with policy, there is a lot of room for honest feedback and constructive disagreement.No one knows the complete answer, or even the right answer, to many of the questions that will be raised in the classes.We do not set out to find the perfect answers, in different context, a solution may have quite ambiguous delivery and effect.However, if you do not think you can tolerate the fact that most of the discussion will be from the point of view of economists and will seem to be somewhat detached(that is, not from the point of view of a beneficiary or a kind-hearted philanthropist), then you probably shouldn’t be taking this class.2.Course Requirements Requirements ? Students are suggested and expected to read all assigned readings or notes before each class;??Any submitted work should be typed, using 12-pitch font size and Times New Roman or Arial type(no fancy fonts, please), double-spaced, and with no more than one-inch margins;submitted work can be hard copies(dropped in my mailbox before deadlime)or electronic versions, attention to English grammar and clarity of writing

:什么是推免生?
A:推薦免試生是碩士研究生招生的重要組成部分。“推薦”是指普通高校按規(guī)定對本校優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生遴選后,確認(rèn)其免初試資格并向招生單位推薦;“免試”是指不經(jīng)過全國統(tǒng)考初試,直接進(jìn)入復(fù)試。
Q:推免生如何申請?
A:《全國普通高等學(xué)校推薦優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生免試攻讀碩士學(xué)位研究生工作管理辦法(試行)》規(guī)定,推免生的選拔條件為:(一)納入國家普通本科招生計(jì)劃錄取的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生(不含專升本、第二學(xué)士學(xué)位、獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生)。(二)具有高尚的愛國主義情操和集體主義精神,社會主義信念堅(jiān)定,社會責(zé)任感強(qiáng),遵紀(jì)守法,積極向上,身心健康。(三)勤奮學(xué)習(xí),刻苦鉆研,成績優(yōu)秀;學(xué)術(shù)研究興趣濃厚,有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新能力和專業(yè)能力傾向。(四)誠實(shí)守信,學(xué)風(fēng)端正,無任何考試作弊和剽竊他人學(xué)術(shù)成果記錄。(五)品行表現(xiàn)優(yōu)良,無任何違法違紀(jì)受處分記錄。(六)對有特殊學(xué)術(shù)專長或具有突出培養(yǎng)潛質(zhì)者,有三名以上本校本專業(yè)教授聯(lián)名推薦,經(jīng)學(xué)校推免生遴選工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組嚴(yán)格審查,可不受綜合排名限制,但學(xué)生有關(guān)說明材料和教授推薦信要進(jìn)行公示。
Q:推免生怎樣提交材料?
A:對申請推免生需要提交的材料國家沒有具體規(guī)定,根據(jù)大部分招生單位的要求,申請人一般要準(zhǔn)備:有效期內(nèi)的學(xué)生證、身份證原件及復(fù)印件;申請表;個人陳述;專家推薦信;本科成績單;由申請人現(xiàn)所在學(xué)校主管部門出具的申請人獲得推薦免試資格的證明信,并加蓋公章;獲獎證書;學(xué)術(shù)論文、出版物或具有學(xué)術(shù)水平工作成果的復(fù)印件或證明;有的學(xué)校要求英語水平類證書,如四六級、托福、GRE等成績。
部分招生單位要求通過“網(wǎng)上申請系統(tǒng)”申請推免。中科院研究生院招辦主任高隨翔說,申請人在該校招生信息網(wǎng)的“網(wǎng)上報(bào)名”欄目中點(diǎn)擊“推免申請”即可進(jìn)入“推免申請系統(tǒng)”填寫申請表。中國人民大學(xué)、復(fù)旦大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)和廈門大學(xué)等招生單位也要求網(wǎng)上提交申請。申請人也可直接將申請表遞交招生單位。申請中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、北京理工大學(xué)和北京工業(yè)大學(xué)等單位“推免生”資格的考生,要將全部申請材料直接寄(或送)到擬申請學(xué)院的研究生主管部門。
Q:申請推免分幾個階段?
A:申請推免生大致分以下6個階段——
>> 申請階段
8月初,部分招生單位推免工作開始,申請人要及時瀏覽招生網(wǎng)站,搜集簡章。8月中下旬,大部分招生單位公布接收推免生簡章,說明明年招收推免生政策。考生此時可適當(dāng)聯(lián)系擬申請?jiān)盒:蛯?dǎo)師。
>> 確定保研資格階段
9月中上旬,申請人所在學(xué)校將公布保研政策及各學(xué)院分配名額。名額下發(fā)到院系后,院系會根據(jù)規(guī)定排名,審核后將保研名單送上級主管部門。學(xué)院確認(rèn)名單后會讓有關(guān)學(xué)生簽名和填表。
>> 寄送申請材料階段
9月中旬,考生要根據(jù)申請招生單位要求提交所需材料。
>> 參加復(fù)試階段
9月中下旬,考生可電話詢問或上網(wǎng)查詢是否獲得復(fù)試資格,并參加復(fù)試。大部分院校復(fù)試以面試為主,有些院校的復(fù)試還包括專業(yè)課筆試。考生可找往屆學(xué)生詢問面試的流程及技巧,提前準(zhǔn)備一些可能被問到的問題和中英文自我介紹。應(yīng)對筆試,考生要找來專業(yè)課參考書再復(fù)習(xí)一遍。

復(fù)試結(jié)束后,通過招生單位復(fù)試的考生要盡快索取接收函。

為促進(jìn)我國高校優(yōu)秀大學(xué)生之間的思想交流,加強(qiáng)青年學(xué)生對經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)科研究和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院的了解,北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院將舉辦“2017年全國優(yōu)秀大學(xué)生夏令營”活動。此次夏令營活動將于2017年6月24-28日在北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院舉行,活動包括項(xiàng)目介紹、名師講座、專題研討會、聯(lián)誼交流、優(yōu)秀營員評選等活動。
一、活動簡介
北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院現(xiàn)有金融碩士、保險碩士、稅務(wù)碩士和國際商務(wù)碩士等四個專業(yè)碩士點(diǎn);有政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),經(jīng)濟(jì)思想史,經(jīng)濟(jì)史,西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),世界經(jīng)濟(jì),人口、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),財(cái)政學(xué)(含稅收學(xué)),金融學(xué),風(fēng)險管理與保險學(xué)等九個博士點(diǎn)。其中,專業(yè)碩士項(xiàng)目實(shí)行校內(nèi)校外雙導(dǎo)師制,致力于培養(yǎng)兼具扎實(shí)理論基礎(chǔ)與實(shí)踐能力的復(fù)合型人才;博士生項(xiàng)目致力于培養(yǎng)有專長、厚基礎(chǔ)、素質(zhì)高的研究型人才?!?017年全國優(yōu)秀大學(xué)生夏令營”活動涵蓋經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院上述所有專業(yè)點(diǎn)的專業(yè)碩士項(xiàng)目和直博生項(xiàng)目的體驗(yàn)活動。夏令營將邀請各專業(yè)教授參與活動,向營員介紹各學(xué)科的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)方案、師資隊(duì)伍、培養(yǎng)教育方式和學(xué)業(yè)支持體系。

二、申請資格
1.大學(xué)在校經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)三年級本科生(2018屆畢業(yè)生),非經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生應(yīng)具備良好的數(shù)理和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)或者修過經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)課程。
2.對經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)有濃厚興趣,有志于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)研究或應(yīng)用工作,并有較強(qiáng)的潛在研究能力或應(yīng)用能力。

3.專家推薦信(附件下載)2封,即需要2位副教授及以上職稱專家分別推薦,密封并在封口騎縫處簽字;
4.本科階段成績單(由教務(wù)部門蓋章)1份;
5.本科前兩年半總評成績排名證明(附件下載、由教務(wù)部門蓋章); 6.獲獎證書復(fù)印件各1份;
7.國家英語四、六級考試成績或TOEFL成績、GRE/GMAT成績等體現(xiàn)自身英語水平的證明材料復(fù)印件1份;
8.體現(xiàn)自身學(xué)術(shù)水平的代表性學(xué)術(shù)論文、出版物或原創(chuàng)性工作成果等材料的復(fù)印件1份。
