大家好！今天我演講的主題是《祖國在我心中》。

巴金先生曾說過“我愛我的祖國，愛我的人民，離開了它，離開了他們，我就無法生存，更無法寫作”的名言；民族英雄文天祥也留下了“人生自古誰無死，留取丹心照汗青”的千古名句。這些詩作、名言都在教育我們要深深地愛自己的祖國。

就拿七次上書、決心保家衛(wèi)國的康有為來說吧，在中法戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)以后，中國不敗而敗。康有為懷著一顆保家衛(wèi)國的心，在1888年至1898年十年間先后七次上書，向滿清皇室提出了“變成法，通下情，慎左右”的建議，希望清政府實行改革，并堅決反對與西方列強簽訂喪權(quán)辱國的《馬關(guān)條約》，這便是著名的“公車上書”。1898年6月11日，他奉光緒帝的旨意發(fā)起了“百日維新”的變法運動，但最終以失敗告終。后人為了紀(jì)念他，寫了一本《公車上書記》，書中寫的，就是他七次上書的故事。

一、班級整體情況

在優(yōu)秀班主任xxx的帶領(lǐng)下，我們班比較優(yōu)秀(進步較大)，上個學(xué)期期末我們英語學(xué)科是蘭溪市統(tǒng)一測試的，我們?nèi)〉昧藘?yōu)異的成績，但也有小部分學(xué)生明顯落后與別人，主要表現(xiàn)在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業(yè)沒有按時上交或干脆不交等現(xiàn)象，久而久之，他的各種表現(xiàn)就落后了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學(xué)生。

二、英語學(xué)科的特點

本學(xué)期我們用的是PEP英語教材的升級版，它比原來的舊教版有了更高的要求，在學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎(chǔ)上，強調(diào)語言的運用，注重能力的培養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和獨立運用所學(xué)語言去做事的能力。但教學(xué)內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系小學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)實際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學(xué)生的需求，涉及學(xué)校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數(shù)字等。本學(xué)期還增加了機器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英語學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)本身趣味性比較強，成績好的同學(xué)會越學(xué)越有趣，小部分同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學(xué)習(xí)的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的沒學(xué)會，到高段難的知識點學(xué)起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有AB兩部分重點內(nèi)容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學(xué)，對話教學(xué)和閱讀教學(xué);還有C部分，也就是故事教學(xué)是選學(xué)內(nèi)容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學(xué)自己自學(xué)內(nèi)容。

三、如何在家監(jiān)督孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)

1。關(guān)注家庭作業(yè)

每周有三節(jié)英語課，這三天里我都會布置家庭作業(yè)，并且我對家庭作業(yè)有具體的要求：若當(dāng)天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫重點句，對預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)的要求是：聽錄音，若預(yù)習(xí)單詞，要在家校聯(lián)系本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規(guī)定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師布置的作業(yè)。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，寫在家校聯(lián)系本上。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多孩子是來學(xué)校補的，可見聽力作業(yè)也不會完成。所以，從今天以后，家長可以根據(jù)這幾個要求去關(guān)自己孩子完成作業(yè)的情況，當(dāng)然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)還天天在家校聯(lián)系本上簽名。雖然我沒有強制性要求學(xué)生每天讓家長簽名，目的是杜絕孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聰明，自己簽個名，每天簽名的家長我是記憶很深刻的，你的孩子也很優(yōu)秀，我也很感謝您對英語學(xué)科的支持和關(guān)注。

2。關(guān)注單元測試測試卷簽名。其實測試卷上家長簽名，是一個外在的形式，我的目的是，讓家長知道孩子一個階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果，看孩子的試卷，不光看分?jǐn)?shù)的高低，更要關(guān)注孩子錯誤的原因，是因為粗心，還是因為本身就不會。一次考試，不僅僅只是分?jǐn)?shù)上的收獲，更是一種學(xué)習(xí)方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學(xué)習(xí)的.成就感，每次測試后我都以不同的方式給予學(xué)生獎勵，有，優(yōu)秀獎，進步獎，鼓勵獎。考慮到有的學(xué)生存在報喜不報憂的情況，每次試卷下發(fā)后，我都會以短信的方式，通知給家長。

四、幾點希望

1。家長要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，要把語文，數(shù)學(xué)，英語放在同等位置。經(jīng)?？梢月牭郊议L的議論，小學(xué)英語沒關(guān)系，初中會重學(xué)的，其實這是一種錯誤的觀念。初中七年級是有三個模塊式復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容的，但后面的內(nèi)容跨度還是很大的，明年的中考英語難度系數(shù)又增加了，取消了選擇題的題型，9月2日高考制度出臺，高三考試分為英語、語文、數(shù)學(xué)，各科總分是150分。所以養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣要從小學(xué)開始，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)必須家校合作，因為時代在進步，再也不要和你那時自己的學(xué)習(xí)比較。希望家長再家多費點心，多關(guān)注自己孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況。

2。多關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)動態(tài)，別過早的放棄孩子對英語的學(xué)習(xí)，要意識到小學(xué)的知識相對來說是比較簡單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學(xué)英語的動力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責(zé)罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。
