第一篇：My day教學(xué)反思

本周我的授課內(nèi)容是第三課，要肯定的是，在課堂管理方面有一定的進(jìn)步了，但不足仍有很多：

1．在warming-up這部份的歌曲里面，是自己改編的，似乎朗朗上口，學(xué)生似乎掌握很好，但是后來(lái)想想，其實(shí)里面有大家不常接觸的單詞句子，學(xué)生只是模仿好并沒(méi)有掌握好，失掉了在歌曲中學(xué)習(xí)“每日一句”這個(gè)教學(xué)效果了。

2．TPR教學(xué)不到位，我們教師知道單詞句子加上動(dòng)作不僅增加學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣，還可以增強(qiáng)記憶力，但是在每次教學(xué)當(dāng)中，我都不是順其自然地把動(dòng)作做出來(lái)，做得不到位。這次也是，在復(fù)習(xí)單詞時(shí)，做得動(dòng)作不夠夸張，在教學(xué)中，動(dòng)作不熟悉，自己如此，怎樣要求學(xué)生把動(dòng)作做好呢。

3．句子的教學(xué)過(guò)程操練不夠，并不是說(shuō)學(xué)生掌握不好，可是自我覺(jué)得這種情況下，肯定有部分學(xué)生沒(méi)跟上來(lái)的。

針對(duì)以上不足，結(jié)合自身教育教學(xué)，在以后的教學(xué)工作中，我將堅(jiān)持做到以下幾點(diǎn)：

1．精心備好每一節(jié)課，備學(xué)生，備教材，備教法，特別在備學(xué)生這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，要多考慮學(xué)生的情況，把課備得更好。

2．嚴(yán)格控制好時(shí)間，每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的都應(yīng)該緊緊相扣，過(guò)度自然，課堂要做到快節(jié)奏，大容量，高效率。

3．獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度還要做足，要做到經(jīng)常去聽(tīng)課，吸收別人的，還要自我創(chuàng)新。

6．堅(jiān)持培優(yōu)在課內(nèi)，輔差在課外。

秉承以上幾點(diǎn)，我將繼續(xù)努力，認(rèn)真對(duì)待教學(xué)工作，盡量做得更好。

MyDay
