ZARA is the fastest among various fashion brands. With advantages generated by globalization, from raw material to labor, from warehouse to shipping, it takes only 12 to 15 days for ZARA to turn a design on sketch paper to clothes on shelves. Globalization has eliminated numerous barriers and made the world flat ever since it gained momentum in the 1990s.

But recently it seems to be rolled back by someone like Donald Trump in US and Marine Le Pen in France. Public opinions are being misled by their claim that recoiling from globalization seems to be the panacea to the two most urgent problems troubling many people in the west—employment and refugees. But can we buy the story? Withdrawing from TPP seems to be an act that can move factories back from third world countries so that new jobs can be created and therefore unemployment rate reduced. However, the cost of the products would also be raised since the labor at home and the transport of raw materials are more expensive, which causes greater pressure on all the families in terms of household expenditure.

People may manage to get new jobs but the living standard does not improve. And this is the story that anti-globalization politicians would never tell to the voters. In addition to the concern of employment, the influx of refugees also touches a highly sensitive nerve. Rejecting asylum seekers may promote domestic security in the short run, but it tramples what’s equally important--humanitarianism and responsibilities. Refugees such as those from Syria are not born refugees; they are made refugees by the Wars that shattered their homes and countries. The real solution therefore is not isolation but globalization because globalization promotes interdependence among nations whereby conflicts and wars are more likely to be prevented.

Yes, there are defects in globalization, such as environmental deterioration, polarization between the rich and the poor, and exploitation of workers, to name just a few. But what we need to do is not putting an end to it but putting it right. As the second largest economy of the world, China should hold a lead. We should promote global governance fight against contamination. We should strike a balance between efficiency and equity so that different countries, different social classes and different groups of people can all enjoy the benefits of globalization. Globalization has just stepped into its twenties, pretty much like us young adults. Every twenty something is so energetic, striding to achieve more and surely deserving a second chance to pull back from the deviation. As we consumers are enjoying benefits and convenience brought by ZARA and other international brands, we see clearer that the question now is not whether to accept or reject globalization but how to make it fairer, cleaner and a win-win for all.

廣東紡織職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院應(yīng)用外語系“模仿名人演講語音語調(diào)大賽”本著“公正、客觀、高效”的原則，為廣大學(xué)生提供一個(gè)展現(xiàn)自我和提高英語表達(dá)能力的平臺(tái)，遴選優(yōu)秀人才，并通過本次大賽進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我院教育、文化和人才國際交流事業(yè)的發(fā)展。近年來，隨著中國—東盟博覽會(huì)永久落戶南寧及東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的逐步建成，市場對(duì)高水平外語人才的需求量不斷擴(kuò)大。本次大賽對(duì)于培養(yǎng)同學(xué)們的英語應(yīng)用能力將起到積極的促進(jìn)作用，可使同學(xué)們的口語表達(dá)能力和英語知識(shí)素養(yǎng)得到較大幅度提升。此外，本次大賽也將起到為英語人力資源服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和國內(nèi)外企業(yè)儲(chǔ)備和輸送英語人才的作用。

4.活動(dòng)規(guī)模

面向紡院應(yīng)用外語系學(xué)生公開選拔外語系全體同學(xué)和主持人，并邀請(qǐng)我院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、外語系老師代表出席。

5.活動(dòng)宗旨

展現(xiàn)我校學(xué)子的良好精神風(fēng)貌，激發(fā)同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情，以適應(yīng)21世紀(jì)嶄新的時(shí)代要求。為廣大學(xué)生提供一個(gè)相互交流和學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽地運(yùn)用英語與人溝通交流，切實(shí)提高英語水平。

三、活動(dòng)安排

一、主要活動(dòng)內(nèi)容：

(一)組織與宣傳階段：11月初

（1）初賽前:

由英語社團(tuán)，由系宣傳部采用書面資料、口頭傳達(dá)、海報(bào)、網(wǎng)站等多種方式進(jìn)行宣傳。

宣傳方式：

*初賽前(11周內(nèi)）

1．飯?zhí)眉靶@超市前宣傳欄張貼彩色宣傳海報(bào)(飯?zhí)萌肆骶奂幏胖么笮托麄骱?bào))

2．在各宿舍樓下宣傳欄粘貼活動(dòng)詳情及相關(guān)通知

3．通過校園廣播站對(duì)本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行大力宣傳，公布大賽流程、具體資料等內(nèi)容；

4．聯(lián)系系文娛部宣傳比賽，希望外語系老師能推薦一些英語表達(dá)能力較好的學(xué)生報(bào)名，同時(shí)也在最

大程度上鼓勵(lì)其他系英語口語愛好者參加比賽。

5．在相關(guān)校園網(wǎng)站及BBS論壇內(nèi)，配以動(dòng)畫及彩圖進(jìn)行宣傳，同時(shí)把相關(guān)信息轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)到校內(nèi)各QQ群上。

Ps：賽前宣傳海報(bào)中必須包含相關(guān)初賽流程、活動(dòng)簡介等。

（2）決賽前：

1．由系宣傳部制作決賽宣傳海報(bào)、大版橫幅張貼于飯?zhí)眉皩?shí)訓(xùn)樓的宣傳欄。(海報(bào)內(nèi)包含決賽日期、入選選手等內(nèi)容)

2．由系文娛部協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)部制作選手和節(jié)目單。

（3）* 決賽進(jìn)行時(shí)

系宣傳部或系文娛部安排相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行拍攝工作、搜集比賽照片。

（4）* 決賽后

1．制作相關(guān)海報(bào)張貼于實(shí)訓(xùn)樓的宣傳欄（獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)呙麊?，獲獎(jiǎng)選手資料，相關(guān)比賽獲獎(jiǎng)作品）

2．制作活動(dòng)回放大板擺放于飯?zhí)瞄T前人流聚集處（已圖片為主、文字記敘為輔，回顧決賽現(xiàn)場的情況）

(二)大賽的流程

本次口語大賽分為初賽、決賽2個(gè)賽程

（1）初賽：

時(shí)間：2011第一學(xué)期第十一周（具體時(shí)間配合學(xué)各班上課和晚修時(shí)間安排而定）

地點(diǎn)：應(yīng)用外語系2011級(jí)各班班干自行安排課室

PS:外語系各班班長，宣傳委員，學(xué)習(xí)部各干事和副班長必須提前落實(shí)在11周舉行初賽的計(jì)劃,利用晚修時(shí)間在自班課室舉行,具體根據(jù)班內(nèi)人數(shù)多少安排初賽選拔的次數(shù).* 初賽分2個(gè)環(huán)節(jié):

①要求每一位參賽者用英語進(jìn)行一分鐘自我介紹（配合ppt）{考察參賽者的基本表達(dá)能力和ppt制作能力 }

②要求參賽者模仿自己所選的原稿原音進(jìn)行演講，由班內(nèi)同學(xué)共同投票以及外語系老師配合進(jìn)行對(duì)各班同學(xué)晉級(jí)的選拔。

PS:選出晉級(jí)選手一名，在決賽進(jìn)行時(shí)再利用抽號(hào)軟件現(xiàn)場隨機(jī)抽取各班內(nèi)一名（共兩名）進(jìn)行比賽

（全級(jí)共選出14人）

（2）決賽：

時(shí)間：定為11月17日，地點(diǎn)：教學(xué)樓A1-101課室（待定）

*決賽分為3個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：

①各班選出的選手在自己演講環(huán)節(jié)開始前需根據(jù)自己提供的視頻進(jìn)行1分鐘內(nèi)的自我介紹

②各班晉級(jí)的7名選手根據(jù)自己所選定的演講素材模仿原音進(jìn)行比賽

③使用抽號(hào)軟件，根據(jù)抽號(hào)結(jié)果現(xiàn)場在各班內(nèi)隨機(jī)抽取一名同學(xué)進(jìn)行比賽流程。

*決賽進(jìn)行時(shí)具體時(shí)間及內(nèi)容安排：

時(shí)間安排（11月17號(hào)19:00~22:00）

19:00~19:20 學(xué)生入場

19:20~19:28 評(píng)委入場

19:30~19:50 主持人開場白，介紹評(píng)委，比賽規(guī)則》》宣布比賽開始

19:50~21:35 每個(gè)同學(xué)上場后大約分配仿演講，1分鐘左右的英漢互譯）

*20:30中場休息21:35~21:45 評(píng)委點(diǎn)評(píng)+評(píng)委討論

21:45~21:55 公布獲獎(jiǎng)名單+頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)品+留照紀(jì)念

21:55~22:00 主持人閉幕詞，宣布大賽結(jié)束

二、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：

本次大賽設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)一名，二等獎(jiǎng)兩名，三等獎(jiǎng)三名，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)四名，最佳才智獎(jiǎng)一名，最佳語風(fēng)獎(jiǎng)一名。（獎(jiǎng)品待定）

三、參賽要求：

初賽賽前要求：

①每人都要準(zhǔn)備好賽前自我介紹的ppt，并且必須在所制作的ppt中至少附上一張自己的生活照； ②初賽前一周各班需選出主持人（男女各兩名)主持班內(nèi)初賽并參加決賽主持人的選拔，具體選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由宣傳部和學(xué)習(xí)部商討；

③決賽課室（A1-101待定）需有一份抽號(hào)軟件的備份并安排學(xué)生填好相關(guān)同學(xué)學(xué)號(hào)！

初賽&決賽要求：

①每位選手的演講時(shí)間限制在7分鐘內(nèi)。

②所有選手應(yīng)當(dāng)著裝整潔、講究禮儀，不得使用不當(dāng)語言。

③每位參賽者需把握好時(shí)間進(jìn)行有關(guān)ppt或視頻的自我介紹時(shí)間（1分鐘內(nèi)）

四、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ：

（一）初賽的評(píng)分細(xì)則（總分為7分）

演講內(nèi)容（滿分為3分）

①語音語調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，口齒清晰，語句正確，無明顯發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤，顯示較強(qiáng)的語言功底，記滿分3分； ②發(fā)音有個(gè)別錯(cuò)誤或語句偶有不流暢，或用詞有極個(gè)別發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤，酌情扣0.5---1分；

③整體語言表達(dá)能力較差，語言不夠流暢，或有多處明顯發(fā)音或語調(diào)錯(cuò)誤，酌情扣1---2分。

演講技巧（滿分2分）

①善于正確運(yùn)用面部表情，手勢和姿態(tài)。音調(diào)抑揚(yáng)頓挫，富于變化。有熟練的演講技巧，能吸引觀眾，有較強(qiáng)的藝術(shù)感染力，計(jì)滿分為2分；

②面部表情欠佳，語音單調(diào)或演講技巧不夠熟練，均將酌情扣分。

語速和時(shí)間把握（滿分為2分）

各班比賽根據(jù)演講文稿規(guī)定演講時(shí)間為2~10分鐘，不到2分半鐘或超過10分鐘，評(píng)委將酌情予以扣分。

根據(jù)各班內(nèi)評(píng)委評(píng)出的分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行取平均分，該平均分的結(jié)果即為選手的最后得分，按分?jǐn)?shù)高低選出正式晉級(jí)決賽的同學(xué)。

（二）決賽的評(píng)分細(xì)則

環(huán)節(jié)1：

視頻自我介紹（滿分為5分）

①臨場應(yīng)變能力（2分）

善于正確運(yùn)用面部表情，動(dòng)作和肢體語言進(jìn)行自我介紹。

②視頻內(nèi)容和表演能力（3分）

要求視頻內(nèi)容富有創(chuàng)意，具有一定的概述性。

環(huán)節(jié)2：

演講技巧（滿分3分）

①善于正確運(yùn)用面部表情，手勢和姿態(tài)。音調(diào)抑揚(yáng)頓挫，富于變化。有熟練的演講技巧，能吸引觀眾，有較強(qiáng)的藝術(shù)感染力，語音語調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，口齒清晰，語句正確，無明顯語音錯(cuò)誤，顯示較強(qiáng)的語言功底，記滿分3分。

②面部表情欠佳，或語音單調(diào)或演講技巧不夠熟練，酌情扣分。

③發(fā)音有個(gè)別錯(cuò)誤或語句偶有不流暢，酌情扣0.5---1分；

④整體語言表達(dá)能力較差，語言不夠流暢，酌情扣1---2分。

時(shí)間把握（滿分為2分）

比賽規(guī)定時(shí)間為7分鐘左右的演講，不到2分半或超過8分鐘，評(píng)委酌情予以扣分。

根據(jù)各個(gè)評(píng)委評(píng)出的分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行取平均，該平均的結(jié)果即為選手本環(huán)節(jié)的得分。

環(huán)節(jié)3：

現(xiàn)場中英互譯（滿分為3分）

①語音語調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，口齒清晰，語句正確，無明顯語法錯(cuò)誤，顯示較強(qiáng)的語言功底，記滿分為3分。②發(fā)音有個(gè)別錯(cuò)誤或語句偶有不流暢，或用詞有極個(gè)別語法錯(cuò)誤均扣分，但本項(xiàng)扣分最多不超過1分。③整體語言表達(dá)能力較差，語言不夠流暢，或有多處明顯詞匯或語法錯(cuò)誤，本項(xiàng)得分最高不超過2分。

根據(jù)各個(gè)評(píng)委評(píng)出的分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行取平均，該平均的結(jié)果即為選手本環(huán)節(jié)的得分。

最后將各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的得分相加后的得分即為選手的最終得分，并按照分?jǐn)?shù)高低進(jìn)行排名，評(píng)選出各個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

五、外語系各部門活動(dòng)期間分工詳細(xì)安排：

1.系學(xué)習(xí)部工作

1)負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)活動(dòng)的策劃起草以及活動(dòng)進(jìn)行中需要修改糾正計(jì)劃的工作

2)組織協(xié)調(diào)系各部門間的分工與溝通交流，監(jiān)督系各個(gè)部門的分工工作,并追蹤跟進(jìn)系各部門的工作進(jìn)程,以確保各項(xiàng)工作環(huán)環(huán)相扣,順利進(jìn)行.保證出現(xiàn)突發(fā)障礙/問題時(shí),能夠得以及時(shí)解決

3)11周后接收外語系各班級(jí)晉級(jí)選手名單,以及各班級(jí)報(bào)名決賽的主持人的名單，安排選拔時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，確?？稍?2周內(nèi)3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)完成。并及時(shí)整理好名單并上交給系宣傳部進(jìn)行賽事宣傳和通知相關(guān)晉級(jí)同學(xué)。

4)17日決賽前,安排干事對(duì)決賽現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行場地布置監(jiān)督工作.5)全力監(jiān)督?jīng)Q賽當(dāng)晚的各項(xiàng)細(xì)節(jié)，做好各項(xiàng)考勤工作，確保賽事順利進(jìn)行

2.系文娛部工作

1)比賽期間盡可能配合系學(xué)習(xí)部工作的安排；

2)負(fù)責(zé)初決賽以及活動(dòng)開展中的拍攝，以便活動(dòng)后作留念，留檔。

3.系宣傳部工作

1)于11月1日前制作好初賽前期的宣傳海報(bào)及通知單。

分別張貼於超市,飯?zhí)谜T、側(cè)門的宣傳欄內(nèi)，各個(gè)宿舍樓下的宣傳欄。

(內(nèi)容須包括: 活動(dòng)標(biāo)語、簡介，如對(duì)制作內(nèi)容有不明處請(qǐng)及時(shí)與系學(xué)習(xí)部人員溝通.)

2)在初賽和決賽前關(guān)注海報(bào)張貼的完好情況，確保海報(bào)通知的宣傳效果。

3)11月11號(hào)前,與系學(xué)習(xí)部聯(lián)絡(luò)獲取晉級(jí)決賽選手名單和決賽地點(diǎn)，并在15日前完成活動(dòng)決賽的宣傳海報(bào)的制作.(內(nèi)容包括:決賽日期、地點(diǎn)、決賽選手名字資料,決賽的節(jié)目單/流程)

4)在活動(dòng)的全過程中,分配人員在相關(guān)網(wǎng)站內(nèi),Q群同時(shí)進(jìn)行宣傳.5)決賽結(jié)束后一天,向系文娛部搜集活動(dòng)照片.并于12月份前完成對(duì)此次大賽的精彩回顧海報(bào)并張貼于飯?zhí)瞄T口.六、大賽期間可能出現(xiàn)的問題及對(duì)應(yīng)解決方案

1.決賽當(dāng)晚場出現(xiàn)內(nèi)觀眾不足現(xiàn)象.解決方案: 賽前由外語系各班班干部通知決賽選手以及自班內(nèi)全體同學(xué)必須準(zhǔn)時(shí)到場參加和觀看決賽，同時(shí)要求系學(xué)生會(huì)各部門干事務(wù)必到場參與.系學(xué)習(xí)部在此期間須做好考勤工作。

2.停電應(yīng)急方案：

1）若比賽前停電，比賽最多推遲半小時(shí)（即20：00pm）舉行，此間由同學(xué)們自由處理時(shí)間。在此期間,由外語系秘書部聯(lián)系機(jī)電工程系相關(guān)部門的干事必須立即找到相關(guān)技術(shù)人員處理問題。如果20：00pm仍沒有正常供電，則由主持人宣布比賽改期。

2）停電期間系團(tuán)委負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)嘉賓的服務(wù)工作，系文娛部負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場道具的看管工作，由系學(xué)習(xí)部負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場秩序的維持。

3.比賽中途出現(xiàn)電腦故障等問題:

方法：系秘書部提前安排院PC協(xié)會(huì)有關(guān)同學(xué)聽候使命，若有此情況出現(xiàn)則要及時(shí)維修，若問題較大，則系學(xué)習(xí)部要立刻與樓管協(xié)商更換較近適合的比賽場地。

注：其它緊急情況發(fā)生時(shí)，由系學(xué)習(xí)部負(fù)責(zé)處理，系其他部門也需大力配合。

為保證比賽順利開展，預(yù)計(jì)費(fèi)用（包括初賽、復(fù)賽、決賽）總共為1052元。目前本系學(xué)習(xí)部和宣傳部舉辦大賽在財(cái)力上有所困難，特向系團(tuán)委申請(qǐng)經(jīng)費(fèi)支持1052元，望批準(zhǔn)！
