      3[摘要]司湯達(dá)的紅與黑通過(guò)對(duì)于連這個(gè)人物生動(dòng)的描寫反映了法國(guó)小資產(chǎn)階級(jí)青年在社會(huì)中的悲慘命運(yùn),對(duì)小說(shuō)主人公在追求飛黃騰達(dá)這條路上的拼搏和“迷失”進(jìn)行剖析, 他始終戴著一副虛偽的面具,在這里用自己的才能和意志去征服女人,凸顯了主人公于連把愛(ài)情當(dāng)作一種實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人野心的手段,而且也當(dāng)作一種享樂(lè)的手段,這是他的整個(gè)人生悲劇的一個(gè)落腳點(diǎn)。

      司湯達(dá)《紅與黑》的主人公于連性格形成經(jīng)歷了較長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展階段,性格對(duì)于他的愛(ài)情觀有很大的影響,性格的孕育、成長(zhǎng)伴隨著愛(ài)情的發(fā)展歷程,而愛(ài)情則以同兩個(gè)女人的戀情為標(biāo)志,他也是在這兩個(gè)女人的愛(ài)情糾葛中走向死亡。

      一、于連性格的形成在維里埃爾的小城里,于連是一個(gè)年輕的小伙子,但是他體質(zhì)較弱,相貌好看,一雙黑眼睛,臉上留著對(duì)名譽(yù)、成功的熱切追求,因?yàn)樗垢拥谋绢I(lǐng)不如他的哥哥們和他的父親,他家有一家鋸木廠,在這里的,于連不受到父親和哥哥的喜愛(ài),甚至在父親和兩個(gè)哥哥的蔑視,而且還經(jīng)常的挨他的父親和兩個(gè)哥哥的毒打,他是恨他們的,根本就沒(méi)有親情可言,為了不讓人看低,他讀書(shū)識(shí)字,這在他家里是沒(méi)有人能和他相比的本事,從他的叔叔那里得來(lái)的書(shū),他如饑似渴的閱讀這些作品,他的心靈從中得到了培養(yǎng)。但同時(shí)因?yàn)樗诩依锸浅靶Φ膶?duì)象,所以他這個(gè)十分敏感、不斷受到侮辱的人,變得多疑,易怒,嫉妒心重,甚至嫉妒他看到自己被野蠻地剝奪掉的所有那些幸福,特別是變得非常高傲。⑴ 貝商松神學(xué)院為于連性格的最終形成起到了決定性的作用,在這里他認(rèn)識(shí)了神學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)皮拉爾神父先生,于連對(duì)神父的初次印象很不好,覺(jué)得他的像是老虎要吞噬他的一樣,嚇的他半死。其實(shí)皮拉爾神父是一個(gè)十分正直的人,是一個(gè)詹森派教徒,他對(duì)于連給予了極大地保護(hù),為于連提供很好的條件。他以一種高姿態(tài)俯視周圍的人,殊不知他連自己一同鄙視了。只以為自己是在鄙視黑暗的一面,反而不知道自己已經(jīng)陷入進(jìn)去了,貴族人的生活像一個(gè)誘人的蠱,慢慢地侵蝕著他的精神,最后一并他的靈魂消失在這個(gè)社會(huì)。越是接近最上層,越是能看清這種迷人的風(fēng)度。他就這樣在這些醉人的風(fēng)度中失去了方向。

      在巴黎德·拉莫爾侯爵府邸,司湯達(dá)為于連典型性格的形成完成了最終的塑

      造。在于連出眾的才華使他成為了侯爵的秘書(shū),由于自己的聰明和個(gè)性,加上他善于利用陰謀手段,他不僅受到了侯爵賞識(shí)而且贏得了侯爵小姐的芳心。二人秘密結(jié)婚,德·拉莫爾先生對(duì)這門婚事雖則暴跳如雷,但也無(wú)可奈何,于連也因此得到了騎士稱號(hào)、中尉軍銜和二萬(wàn)零六百法郎年收入的莊園。在這里他把自私、多疑、高傲,又卑鄙庸俗、利欲熏心的性格表現(xiàn)得淋漓盡致,使得德·拉莫爾先生對(duì)他都是無(wú)計(jì)可施,還讓他得到大量金錢和很高的名譽(yù)。他不擇手段,不顧道義,為了飛黃騰達(dá)無(wú)所不用其極,為了攀附權(quán)貴而博取貴族小姐的芳心,采用欲擒故縱的方法得到了德·拉莫爾小姐的心。從這他人性的陰暗面暴露無(wú)遺。

      二、愛(ài)情的矛盾

      于連愛(ài)情的開(kāi)始第一個(gè)當(dāng)然是德·雷納爾夫人,在這里于連的人生開(kāi)始起飛的,幸運(yùn)之神開(kāi)始降臨他的身上,使得人生踏上一條完全不一樣的路,這是他的生命的重要轉(zhuǎn)折期。于連追求自己當(dāng)時(shí)并不愛(ài)的市長(zhǎng)夫人,他與德·雷納爾夫人發(fā)生了曖昧關(guān)系,大部分是為了反抗和報(bào)復(fù)貴族階級(jí)對(duì)他的凌辱。于連的敏感和細(xì)膩、倔強(qiáng)是天生的,他還擁有著超群的記憶力,在市長(zhǎng)家做家庭教師時(shí),于連已經(jīng)通過(guò)出色地背誦拉丁文《圣約》贏得了德·雷納爾一家上下刮目相看,更憑著他清秀的長(zhǎng)相、少年的自尊打動(dòng)了德·雷納爾夫人的芳心。于連卻又是十分自我的,在他的心目中,尊嚴(yán)被提到了一個(gè)至高無(wú)上的地位,他可以放棄輕而易舉就能到手的錢財(cái),這個(gè)在德瑞那夫人的女仆愛(ài)麗莎對(duì)他的愛(ài),雖然愛(ài)麗莎繼承的錢不是很多,但是這個(gè)女仆對(duì)他的愛(ài)情,他卻是不屑一顧的,就算是神父對(duì)他的建議,但他還是不為所動(dòng)。

      于連跟德·雷納爾夫人的愛(ài)情經(jīng)歷了兩個(gè)時(shí)期的,就好像是本書(shū)的書(shū)名《紅黑》的發(fā)展過(guò)程,首先的就是他把愛(ài)情作為是一種對(duì)自己勇氣的考驗(yàn),而不是把愛(ài)情作為一種純潔的精神追求,僅僅是作為自己攀上更高社會(huì)地位的一種手段,把愛(ài)情作為一種資本,這是“黑”的反映。但是在于連被捕入獄的時(shí)候,德·雷納爾夫人來(lái)探望他的,這時(shí)候于連才知道自己真正喜歡的人是德·雷納爾夫人,在這里他才找到了生活的意義,一種積極向上的精神,顯示的是一種光明,這是小說(shuō)要表達(dá)的“紅”的方面。于連和德·雷納爾夫人的愛(ài)情始于于連的誘惑,止于德·雷納爾夫人的征服。小說(shuō)就是以貫穿著“紅與黑”這對(duì)矛盾為線索,展開(kāi)描述于連的愛(ài)情矛盾的發(fā)展歷程。

      于連和德·拉莫爾小姐的愛(ài)情則始于德·拉莫爾小姐的主動(dòng)爭(zhēng)取,止于于連的消極排拒。他們的愛(ài)情更多顯示的是一種征服和反征服的關(guān)系,誰(shuí)征服了對(duì)方,就會(huì)讓對(duì)方受到情感上的折磨?,?shù)贍柕鲁錾砗篱T貴族,但不滿足貴族的生活,而且追求理想,不甘平庸,才思敏捷。而瑪?shù)贍柕聦?duì)于于連的愛(ài)情更多地緣于于

      連在她驕傲面前不屈服,不屑一顧,在這也包括于連的英俊、才學(xué)。于連的高傲表現(xiàn)的很好,在這兒由于于連自尊心強(qiáng),他的言行正好觸犯了德·拉莫爾小姐的虛榮心,有兩三次他當(dāng)真地,決不是鬧著玩兒地差點(diǎn)兒丟下她,掉頭走掉。這在于連接受科拉索夫親王的建議這一段有趣的故事中表現(xiàn)得猶為突出。而且于連是一個(gè)具有天才的人,跟她以前接觸的人很不一般的,而且有些超然脫俗的意味,使得想擺脫家庭束縛的德·拉莫爾小姐仿佛在黑暗中看見(jiàn)了一盞明燈,像飛蛾撲火一樣,不顧一切的投入于連的懷抱??梢哉f(shuō)是嫉妒和寂寞使瑪?shù)贍柕炉偪竦貝?ài)上了于連。

      小說(shuō)所反映的這幅巴黎的愛(ài)情寫照是與眾不同,它和德·雷納爾夫人的真正的、單純的、不考慮自己的愛(ài)情,形成了一個(gè)鮮明的對(duì)比,這是和心靈的愛(ài)情相比較的頭腦的愛(ài)情。于連與德·雷納爾夫人的結(jié)合在一定程度可以說(shuō)是“心靈的愛(ài)情”,那么于連與德·拉莫爾小姐的愛(ài)情算的上是“頭腦的愛(ài)情”。只是飛黃騰達(dá)的社會(huì)成功才是目的,但是于連作為小資產(chǎn)階級(jí),他是不受到封建階級(jí)的接納與承認(rèn),于連畢竟是善良的,他不能在愛(ài)情中始終藏著心計(jì),反而極易動(dòng)真情。在試探中,在纏綿中,在痛苦中,在激情澎湃中,在感情的種種波折中,他都有真情的流露,這就是他追求愛(ài)情過(guò)程中的矛盾表現(xiàn),這是作為一個(gè)小資產(chǎn)階級(jí)為追求名利而失敗的悲劇,但是每個(gè)人的悲劇都不是個(gè)人的悲劇,是整個(gè)社會(huì)的悲劇,作者就是通過(guò)于連短暫的人生歷程,深刻揭露了復(fù)辟政權(quán)法蘭西社會(huì)的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣。⑵

      上面只是我對(duì)《紅與黑》這部作品淺顯的見(jiàn)解,作為一部可以與中國(guó)四大名著《紅樓夢(mèng)》等量齊觀的作品,我只是對(duì)于小說(shuō)反映的愛(ài)情有所感觸,顧有感而發(fā)的一些片面的看法,希望能引起其他讀者閱讀這部作品的興趣。

He strived to go higher step by step, but finally he lost everything including his precious life.Everyone has his own ambition within his heart, but not everyone can achieve his goal.What decides whether you can succeed or not is not only how much you have paid, but also the way you have chosen.You can only succeed in a correct way.Julien selected an extremely wrong way to realize his goal, so he got serious punishment finally.Just remember that after burying the seed of dream in your heart, please water it with good instead of evil.
