學(xué)生會是在黨委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下、在團(tuán)委的指導(dǎo)下獨立開展工作的學(xué)生組織，是切實為同學(xué)們服務(wù)的團(tuán)體，新一屆學(xué)生會是承前啟后的一屆，更是開拓創(chuàng)新的一屆，我們深知肩膀上的重任。在繼承并發(fā)揚(yáng)學(xué)生會優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的同時，我們更要在新的形勢下搭建新的舞臺、開創(chuàng)新的局面，使學(xué)生會提升到一個新的發(fā)展平臺。為此，我代表新一屆學(xué)生會全體成員向大家簡要匯報一下工作設(shè)想和決心：

首先，我們要抓好基礎(chǔ)工作，一切工作制度先行，壘筑堅實地基。深層的地基關(guān)系著高樓的命脈，我們?nèi)粘？此破降幕A(chǔ)工作決定著學(xué)生會的全方位的運作。在最短的時間內(nèi)制訂和完善所有制度，包括部門職責(zé)，主席團(tuán)對各部門的月考核制度、對部長的月考核制度，各部門內(nèi)部部長對于干事的考核制度，每月考核公示制度等等。

第二，豐富第二課堂的活動，打造學(xué)生精品社團(tuán)。作為引領(lǐng)時代潮流的大學(xué)生，陳舊、單一的思維方式應(yīng)予以拋棄，而換之以不拘一格、追求真知的時代氣息。為此，我們的社團(tuán)將革舊鼎新，緊跟時代步伐，向名校學(xué)習(xí)，向兄弟院系學(xué)習(xí)，讓社團(tuán)組織真正成為我們鍛煉自我、提升自我的舞臺，唱出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的新知、個性和能力。在原有的五星級社團(tuán)基礎(chǔ)上，發(fā)展更多精品社團(tuán)，豐富多彩的社團(tuán)活動將成為同學(xué)們走向社會的綠色通道。我相信，在我們的共同努力下，我們的社團(tuán)一定會成為校院里的一朵奇葩。

第三，營造精神家園，豐富校園文化生活。大學(xué)始終是莘莘學(xué)子心馳神往地圣潔殿堂，更是我們塑造高尚品格的繽紛天地。作為學(xué)生組織，我們要在落實校團(tuán)委各項工作的基礎(chǔ)上，努力豐富同學(xué)們的精神生活，創(chuàng)建廣大同學(xué)所喜聞樂見的校園文化。使每一名同學(xué)在良好的校園文化氛圍中，奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，以健康向上的心態(tài)迎接每一天的挑戰(zhàn)。

學(xué)聯(lián)是服務(wù)廣大同學(xué)的集體，是同學(xué)們的家，我們每一位學(xué)聯(lián)成員都是公仆，是志愿者，我們的崗位賦予了我們權(quán)力，賦予了我們優(yōu)越感，但是我們更應(yīng)該作的是鋪下身子去開展工作，時時刻刻牢記自己是學(xué)聯(lián)的一員，要以更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己。我們應(yīng)該珍惜領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師和同學(xué)們?yōu)槲覀兲峁┑倪@一機(jī)會，“開弓沒有回頭箭”，胸懷為同學(xué)服務(wù)、為學(xué)聯(lián)的發(fā)展盡一份力的愿望，在學(xué)院黨總支的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在團(tuán)總支老師的具體指導(dǎo)和幫助下，在廣大同學(xué)的支持下，只要我們精誠團(tuán)結(jié)、相互合作、彼此鼓勵、倡導(dǎo)奉獻(xiàn)，矢志不移的面對壓力和挑戰(zhàn)，我們終會成就一番事業(yè)，開創(chuàng)一片天地，但愿明年的今天，當(dāng)我們把學(xué)聯(lián)發(fā)展的接力棒交給下一屆的時候，我們會說：我們是成功的。

最后，我愿引用一句話來結(jié)束我的發(fā)言“擰在一起，我們就是一道閃電；聚在一塊，我們就是整個太陽；站在一處，我們就是用心靈結(jié)成的信念，就像打不垮、推不倒的銅墻鐵壁?！敝灰覀償y手同行，奮力拼搏，必定會使蓬勃發(fā)展的學(xué)聯(lián)綻放出更加奪目的光芒。
