本學(xué)期我認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參考書，全面深入了解學(xué)生，結(jié)合自己的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，認(rèn)真編寫教案，并不斷地加以修改完善。在課堂教學(xué)中，我充分利用身邊資源，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)真實(shí)的交際情境，注重學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的激發(fā)和學(xué)習(xí)方法的培養(yǎng)，適時鼓勵，分層教學(xué)，讓所有學(xué)生都能跳一跳摘到蘋果，品嘗成功的喜悅。每節(jié)課后都認(rèn)真反思，不斷改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法和手段，提高課堂效率。

因此，了解和分析學(xué)生情況，有針對地教。對教學(xué)成功與否至關(guān)重要。教學(xué)中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學(xué)生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性，曾有一位前輩對我說：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費(fèi)心機(jī)?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，因此，每天我都花費(fèi)大量的時間在備課之上，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實(shí)證明是值得的。備課充分，能調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力，因?yàn)閷W(xué)生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學(xué)。因此上課一定要設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入，不讓其分心這就很講究方法了。上課內(nèi)容豐富、現(xiàn)實(shí)。教態(tài)自然、講課生動，難易適中照顧全部就自然能夠吸引住學(xué)生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學(xué)生感到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍?；乜醋约旱氖谡n，我感到有點(diǎn)愧疚。因?yàn)橛袝r我并不能很好地做到這點(diǎn)。當(dāng)學(xué)生在課堂上無心自學(xué)，違反紀(jì)律時，我的情緒就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學(xué)中，讓原本正常的講課受到?jīng)_擊，發(fā)揮不到應(yīng)有的水平，以致影響教學(xué)效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采取有力方法解決當(dāng)中困難。

因?yàn)橛⒄Z的特殊情況，學(xué)生在不斷學(xué)習(xí)中，會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴(kuò)大，會嚴(yán)重影響班內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣。因此，絕對不能忽視。為此，我制定了具體的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)。對這部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的輔導(dǎo)。

一、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、面向全體授課在教學(xué)中，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參考書，認(rèn)真編寫好教案制定好教學(xué)計(jì)劃，根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際學(xué)習(xí)情況和向其他教師取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不斷地加以改善修改；在傳授學(xué)生知識時，不厭其煩，耐心教導(dǎo)學(xué)生，還耐心地輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)遺漏知識；在傳授學(xué)生知識的同時，他們進(jìn)行思想教育，教育優(yōu)生幫助后進(jìn)生。

二、在課堂教學(xué)中，認(rèn)真授課，運(yùn)用實(shí)物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學(xué)、手勢語言等方法來啟發(fā)、教育學(xué)生。教學(xué)生做游戲、唱英語歌等來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鼓勵學(xué)生大膽質(zhì)疑，注重師生互動、生生互動的教學(xué)，充分調(diào)動學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。學(xué)生有疑難和不懂讀的地方，我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析、帶讀，力爭讓他們學(xué)了就懂，懂了會用。

三、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的“興趣”，在教學(xué)中要盡量使用英語，適當(dāng)利用母語；利用直觀教具、動作、表情和玩游戲等方法吸引學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生樂于學(xué)習(xí)。而且，教學(xué)中必須做到讓學(xué)生明白，會用，反復(fù)練習(xí)句型和單詞，提高水平，進(jìn)行生動活潑的開放式的課堂教學(xué)，學(xué)生從愉快的情景中學(xué)到知識，從而提高學(xué)生對英語科的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，提高了教學(xué)效果。所以在課堂教學(xué)中要特別注意學(xué)生的興趣的培養(yǎng)。

四、英語的學(xué)習(xí)是狠抓句型及單詞，因此，每天早上要求學(xué)生抽出一定時間開口讀英語，鍛煉口語能力，熟悉課文。在班級選出讀音規(guī)范的科代表，由教師指導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)好科代表。而且教師經(jīng)常巡視和抽測，使學(xué)生不知不覺鞏固所學(xué)習(xí)的單詞；要求每節(jié)課前學(xué)生聽寫十個單詞，必須做到完全正確。既要學(xué)習(xí)新知識，又要鞏固舊知識，得到兩面照顧，不能松懈。保證所學(xué)的單詞的正確記憶，為對話練習(xí)及書寫打下基礎(chǔ)，保證單詞的正確性，提高聽力的準(zhǔn)確性。除抓句型及單詞外，還要為學(xué)生區(qū)分易混、易錯的地方，使學(xué)生心中有數(shù)，提高叛斷應(yīng)變能力。

第三、在聽力方面。為提高學(xué)生的聽力水平，常讓學(xué)生聽英語歌曲及英語會話的錄音磁帶，還讓學(xué)生表演對話，背書。

三、自身的學(xué)習(xí)

鑒于自己在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)方面沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我抓緊一切機(jī)會向其他老師學(xué)習(xí)，用心收集有助于小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)的各種游戲、活動。同時多聽錄音磁帶，讓自己的語音和語調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以上是我這學(xué)期在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)方面取得的成績和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，但也存在較多的不足，如課堂操作欠靈活，多媒體操作不熟練，尤其是后進(jìn)生工作，由于客觀原因，做的不夠，以致于成績不理想。
