第一篇：大學英語四六級工作匯報

2009年上半年全國大學英語四、六級考試工作已于6月20日圓滿結束。此次考試我院共有5543人參加，其中報考大學英語四級人數4793人，大學英語六級人數750人，是歷年來參考人數最高的一次，共缺考291人，其中大學英語四級缺考238人，大學英語六級缺考53人，無考生違紀。針對此次全國大學英語四、六級考試工作，我院主要從以下幾個方面做起：

一、領導重視 機構健全

我院接到河南省招生辦公室豫招成【2009】3 號《河南省招生辦公室關于做好2009年上半年大學英語四、六級考試報名工作的通知》后，立即召開各分院帶頭人關于全國大學英語四、六級考試報名工作的會議，成立了CET工作領導小組，指定專人負責報名工作。

二、報名資格嚴格審查 誠信教育有效落實

1.發(fā)放第282期《關于2009年上半年大學英語四六級考試報名工作的通知》教學通訊，張貼了《報名通知》、《考生守則》、《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》等宣傳材料，使考生提前樹立遵守考風考紀的意識。

2.嚴格審核考生資格

①我院成立了信息采集工作組，嚴把報名資格關，嚴管采相秩序關。②報考大學英語六級的學生必須持四級合格證或者取得425分（含425）以上四級的成績，并能在http://cet.99sushe.com網站上查詢出來。

③不接受校外人員報考大學英語四、六級考試。

④每人只能報考一種語言級別的考試，凡報了名而無故不參加考試者，取消今后參加考試的資格。

3.嚴格按照市招辦和學院要求的標準收取報名費用。

4.要求每個考生如實填寫有關表格，現場接受相片信息采集，認真閱讀《誠信承諾書》，仔細核對《考生信息校對單》，并在指定位置簽字確認。

三、報名工作準備充分 上報數據及時準確

1.我院進行集體報名，不存在校外報名點，配備符合要求的軟硬件設備，保證必要的工作條件。

我院本次報名與以往不同，采用了校對版和報名版兩種報名方式。實行教務處發(fā)放四、六級報名模板于各分院→學生交費報名→輔導員將所有考生的費用統(tǒng)一交至財務處→教學秘書匯總考生信息校對版及收費條交至教務處→教務處審核考生資格并檢驗表格情況統(tǒng)一打印反饋回各院→考生校對簽字→輔導員將正確的考生信息分級別導入報名版→教學秘書匯總交至教務處→教務處審核報名版并分級別將其導入大學英語四六級考務管理系統(tǒng)→各工作組結合第282期教學通訊的部署組織好本院的考生進行信息采集→考生在指定地點采像并閱讀《考生信息校對單及誠信承諾書》→若考生發(fā)現信息錯誤，在錯誤信息處改正交由專人老師進行校正，考生信息核實無誤后在指定位置簽字→教務處更改考生的錯誤信息→教務處根據市招辦的要求準備報送材料→教務處對本次工作進行總結。

2.提高工作人員的責任意識，使每一名工作人員明確工作職責、工作紀律、工作流程，確保工作人員嚴格按照《CET考務管理工作手冊》的要求開展報名工作。主動及時地登陸網站對考務管理軟件更新升級。

3.按時上報報名數據，并進行采集整理，努力做到準確無誤。

四、考點考場布置規(guī)范 考試設備齊備良好

1.學院懸掛有考試名稱的橫幅，考點內張貼《考點平面圖》、《考場安排示意圖》、《考試守則》、《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》等宣傳材料，考點內劃出了七個考試區(qū)域：1號教學樓、2號教學樓、4號教學樓、階梯教室、5號教學樓、B座教學樓及C座教學樓?？荚噮^(qū)域均設置明顯的警戒線和考場路線指示牌，并擺放有專業(yè)噴繪制做的《考生守則》、《監(jiān)考員守則》、《學院平面圖》、《考場平面圖》、《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》等宣傳材料，使考生樹立遵守考風考紀的意識。

2.考場的布置，非尾場，每考場30人?？紙霭踩?、安靜、整潔、通風、采光條件好，清場徹底。按照“7788”進行布置，保證每名考生的前后左右不是同一類卷。每組監(jiān)考員手中均有一份塑料文件袋，內含《華豫學院平面圖》、《考場分布平面圖》、《監(jiān)考組安排表》、《監(jiān)考須知》、《考試流程》及考試用品等。

門貼：

包括：考務辦公室、考場的門貼。如門有玻璃窗的貼在玻璃窗上；沒有的，貼在離地面1米6左右的位置處；

桌貼（標示座位號）：確保每兩個考生座位間距達80cm以上。①非固定桌椅：一律桌斗朝前，桌貼貼在右上角； ②固定桌椅桌貼：統(tǒng)一貼在第1、3、7、9列右上角；

③階梯教室：單人單桌、隔行而坐，根據考生的人數進行合理編排?？紙雠c考場之間有明顯的界線，每個考場有各自的監(jiān)考員。

物品存放處：

考場外放一課桌，斗朝墻貼在桌斗背面。3.參加CET的教師，必須端正佩戴相應工作牌，無關人員在考試期間不得入內。

4.在考前一月，進行全面仔細的調試，保證考場內電源及放音設備正常工作，考生收聽效果良好。學院準備切實可靠的應急設備和應急措施。

五、工作人員負責 考風考紀良好

1.教務處組織參與考試的所有人員進行上崗培訓，確保考試工作嚴格按照《CET考務管理工作手冊》的要求開展。多次召開巡視、考務人員等會議，尤其是6月19日的培訓會更加嚴謹化。

此次會議由副主考教務處處長王錫仲教授主持，參會的領導有：商丘市招生辦公室高招科郭華軒科長、主考常務副院長徐仲昆教授、副主考外國語學院的金素云院長、主考助理教務處處長助理江華偉老師及各巡視領導等。各位領導分別就考試的嚴密性、考試的重點問題、考試的注意事項、考試的詳細流程等一一強調。明確要求嚴格按照《CET考務管理工作手冊》中的有關規(guī)定，及時正確處理考試中發(fā)生的各種問題，嚴格履行監(jiān)考職責，嚴格考場管理，不包庇縱容考試作弊，認真填寫考場記錄單上《違規(guī)缺考記錄》和試卷袋上的相關內容。加強了監(jiān)考員的考評監(jiān)督，監(jiān)考工作的考評情況與教師的工作考評掛鉤，確保我院不發(fā)生有組織的集體舞弊和由考試工作人員參與的舞弊事件。

2.嚴把進場關。嚴格查驗考生身份證件，確保考場內無替考，使用金屬探測器對考生攜帶物品進行檢查，確?？忌粠н`紀物品帶入考場。

3.在考前，學院學生宿舍校園網斷網，并進行監(jiān)管，確保校園網無泄題、替考等有害信息并凈化考點環(huán)境，對于從事違紀舞弊的相關人員予以打擊。

六、安全保密工作到位 試卷管理嚴格規(guī)范

各位監(jiān)考老師嚴格按照《監(jiān)考員守則》嚴把試卷安全保密關、嚴把考場秩序關、嚴把試卷驗收關。從試卷的運送和發(fā)放到每份試卷的驗收，從宣傳材料的擺放到考試用品的發(fā)放和回收都做到責任到人，確?？荚嚬ぷ鞅Ｃ芏行虻拈_展。

1.武警人員隨同市招辦保密員和我院保密員進行試卷押運，在試卷的押運和存放保密室過程中，保證嚴格按照保密要求進行押運、存放和履行試卷交接手續(xù)。

2.嚴格按照操作流程檢查和分發(fā)試卷，發(fā)現試卷有問題及時上報，正確處理。啟用備用試卷必須請示主考，交接時如實做好記錄，由主考簽名。

3.無任何失、泄密事件。

七、答卷送交認真規(guī)范 通知成績及時準確 1.嚴格按照省、市招辦的要求完成答卷的整理和送交工作。認真驗收每個考場的考試答卷、答題卡的數目及排序、裝訂、整理的情況，答卷不缺少、不丟失、不損壞，保證排序、裝訂、密封良好，認真填寫試卷袋和《考場記錄單》，簽字完備。

2.及時將成績報告單發(fā)放給考生及做好成績報告單的糾錯和補辦工作。

八、組織管理協(xié)調一致，工作質量不斷提高

我院堅持以教學為中心，教務處統(tǒng)一安排，得到了各級領導和學院各部門的大力支持，上下一心，通力配合，發(fā)揮了強大的團隊力量?？荚囘^程中，巡視員、聯絡員、保密員、流動監(jiān)考、保衛(wèi)組都堅守崗位、盡職盡責，及時處理考試中的有關問題。

1.認真執(zhí)行教育部考試中心及省、市招辦的有關工作安排，按時參加省、市招辦組織召開的會議、報送對違紀考生的處理結果和工作總結。

2.積極配合省、市招辦派遣巡視員的巡視工作，對于巡視員提出的合理化意見和建議認真聽取并積極整改。

3.按時足額繳納報名考務費。

九、存在問題及改進措施 1.證件不全。

存在問題：準考證書上規(guī)定考生必須帶準考證、身份證和學生證。學生考試需攜帶的三種證件均存在丟失補辦現象。

采取措施：考務科制定了臨時辦理學生證、身份證的表格，加蓋教務處公章。準考證在考前兩天進行發(fā)放，但仍存在丟失現象，在6月19日下午進行了補辦。

2.考生信息錯誤。

存在問題：一名學生姓名錯誤。

操作方法為：先將電子版打印出來，讓考生校對無誤后簽字，輔導員再將正確的電子版交至教學秘書處，由各院教學秘書匯總后交至教務處。

改進措施：強調各個環(huán)節(jié)的重要性，尤其是個人信息的校對工作。3.準考證的領取。

采取措施：為杜絕準考證不知在哪個環(huán)節(jié)丟失的現象，教務處將每個分院的考生信息分別裝在各自的檔案袋里，領取人核實無誤后簽字領走。本次采取了這種領取方式，效果很好。

4.考場分配與設置。存在問題： ①2號教學樓考場設置存在嚴重錯誤。其中，2個辦公室誤作為班級進行考場安排；2個畫室安排成考場，考場內無任何桌椅；3個班級教室無法正常打開前后門鎖，經后勤處協(xié)助更換了門鎖；2號教學樓整體班級衛(wèi)生較差。

②B座教學樓部分班級考場清場不干凈。采取措施：

①考務科考前45天進行擬安排，根據考場安排總體需要，各分院教學秘書報本院所在教學樓的教室分布圖形成考場分布圖。

②考務科考前5天發(fā)布通知：“如本院教學班作為四六級考場,請各分院審核桌椅是否有損壞,如有損壞,影響考場安排的,于6月17日下午15：00前報考務科,含班級門牌號。請各分院協(xié)調安排?！?/p>

③教務處在考前2天發(fā)布CET考場班級衛(wèi)生、清場整理書面通知安排表于學生處，由學生處通知各分院進行整理。

改進措施： ①領導重視

無論是考前召開協(xié)調會，還是考試期間，主考、副主考領導坐鎮(zhèn)指揮，處理應急預案，便于考務工作的進展。

②落實責任制

由信息發(fā)送通知改為書面發(fā)放通知，相關責任人領取并簽字。③加強督察、抽查力度

根據掌握的實際情況，對經常出現問題的分院，要“走出去”，多查看，多督促。

我院堅持以教學為中心，教務處統(tǒng)一安排，得到了各級領導和學院各部門的大力支持，上下一心，通力配合，發(fā)揮了強大的團隊力量。精心組織，嚴密組考，使我院考點規(guī)模在平穩(wěn)增長的同時，考務管理工作水平也在健康發(fā)展，各類考試考務工作水平不斷提高，從而實現以考風促教風，以考風促學風的工作目標。

第三篇：大學英語四六級報考

關于做好2014年上半年全國大學英語四、六級統(tǒng)考報名工作的通知各學院：

上學期全國大學英語四、六級統(tǒng)考成績已公布（考生可在網上或到所在學院里查詢，成績單將在4月發(fā)放）。2014年上半年全國大學英語四、六級統(tǒng)考的報名工作即將開始（考試時間：6月14日），根據省教育考試院的要求，結合我校的實際情況[學校目前考場的容量為226個標準考場(30人/場)]，現將有關報名事項通知如下：

一、報名對象和條件

1．2011級、2012級英語四級統(tǒng)考成績未達到425分或未參加過四級統(tǒng)考的非英語專業(yè)本科生須報名參加四級統(tǒng)考。

2.2010級英語四級統(tǒng)考成績未達到425分的非英語專業(yè)本科生可自愿報名。

3．已通過英語應用能力A級考試的非英語專業(yè)?？粕蓤竺麉⒓铀募壗y(tǒng)考。

4．報考六級者四級統(tǒng)考成績須在425分(含425分)以上；四級成績已達450分(含450分)者只允許報考六級。

5.大學英語四、六級考試只接受本校非英語專業(yè)的在校生報名。

二、報名時間和程序

1.3月11～17日，學生個人網上報名。方法：進入肇慶學院校園網→公共服務→教學管理系統(tǒng)→輸入用戶名（用戶名為本人學號）、密碼(未更改密碼的初始密碼為學號)，選擇“學生”欄，登錄成功后→（必須先進入“個人信息”欄更改初始密碼并核對本人信息準確無誤后才能正常報名）→任意選修課網上選課→點擊相關操作欄的語言與工具，在要選的統(tǒng)考科目后的第一志愿打勾（不能選其它志愿），點擊“選定”。完成報名退出系統(tǒng)后，請重新登錄報名系統(tǒng)檢查報考科目是否準確無誤。逾期將關閉網頁。

2.3月24日（星期一），各班負責報名的班長到所在學院教務辦公室教學秘書處領取《考生集體報名信息校對表及誠信承諾書》，交報考者本人認真閱讀、核對報名信息無誤后讓其簽名確認。按集體報名表上名單收齊本班的報名費（班長復印一份留存?zhèn)洳椋?/p>

3.3月25～27日（星期二～星期四），班長持報考者本人已簽名的《考生集體報名信息校對表及誠信承諾書》連同報名費到教務處教材室（第二教學樓一樓114室）交費確認。交費完成后將《考生集體報名信息校對表及誠信承諾書》留在交費處，考生只有完成了交費確認手續(xù)后報名才算成功。

三、注意事項

學生網上報名時必須核對本人信息：先進入“個人信息”欄內核對本人信息，凡沒有電子相片的學生請在3月25～27日到教務處考試辦公室補照（行政樓二樓224室）。

四、收費標準

根據《省物價局、財政廳關于調整我省全國大學英語四、六級考試收費標準的復函》，我省“全國大學英語四、六級考試”筆試收費標準為每人每次36元。

各學院務必及時將本通知發(fā)至各班，以免影響報名工作。
