我校四年級(jí)的學(xué)生已學(xué)習(xí)了一年的英語(yǔ)，有一定的基礎(chǔ)。他們思維活躍，模仿能力和記憶力較強(qiáng)，所以應(yīng)針對(duì)不同的學(xué)生進(jìn)行分層次教學(xué)，會(huì)達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果；四年級(jí)學(xué)生基本掌握一定的英語(yǔ)日常用語(yǔ)，具備一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，因此對(duì)他們而言，英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)需要繼續(xù)深入的滲透，把重點(diǎn)放到聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫的要求上。擴(kuò)大學(xué)生對(duì)西方國(guó)家了解的知識(shí)領(lǐng)域，充分發(fā)展學(xué)生在生活中使用英語(yǔ)的能力和習(xí)慣。

四、方法措施

1、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，鉆研教材，進(jìn)行課堂的有效教學(xué)，提高課堂效率，做到當(dāng)堂內(nèi)容當(dāng)堂掌握。

2、創(chuàng)新運(yùn)用各種不同英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法來(lái)輔助教學(xué)，如：情景教學(xué)法、直接教學(xué)法和TPR全身反應(yīng)法，并開展一些有趣的活動(dòng)、游戲讓學(xué)生在輕松的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。

3、創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)情景和環(huán)境，使學(xué)生們?cè)谝欢ǖ挠⒄Z(yǔ)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境里習(xí)得“第二語(yǔ)言”。做到“生活中有英語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)中有生活”。

4、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，肯定他們的進(jìn)步（尤其是英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不好的學(xué)生），樹立學(xué)生的信心，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生朗讀和書寫的習(xí)慣。

5、注重教材的靈活性和可操作性，以滿足不同層次的學(xué)生的需求。幫助英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不好的學(xué)生，提升英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生。

6、多教授chant和歌謠或小故事等促進(jìn)學(xué)生多單詞和句型的記憶。充分利用教科書中的課文創(chuàng)設(shè)栩栩如生的情景，如打電話、購(gòu)物、生日聚會(huì)、野餐、旅游、問(wèn)路、看病等，為學(xué)生提供使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交流的機(jī)會(huì)。

7、課堂盡量全英化，打好每名同學(xué)的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，重點(diǎn)提高差生的英語(yǔ)功底，同時(shí)適當(dāng)?shù)匮a(bǔ)充些課外內(nèi)容，強(qiáng)化口語(yǔ)和應(yīng)試能力，對(duì)每一單元的內(nèi)容力爭(zhēng)人人過(guò)關(guān)。

8、練習(xí)形式多種多樣，手、腦、眼、肢體并用，靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)結(jié)合，基本功操練與自由練習(xí)結(jié)合，單項(xiàng)和綜合練習(xí)結(jié)合。通過(guò)大量地實(shí)踐，使學(xué)生具有良好地語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)、書寫和拼讀地基礎(chǔ)，并能用英語(yǔ)表情達(dá)意，開展簡(jiǎn)單的交流活動(dòng)。

五、改變教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)，注重評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)效

改變以往的單一的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)，采用多形式，多渠道的評(píng)價(jià)方法，建立開放、寬松的評(píng)價(jià)氛圍。注重學(xué)生在評(píng)價(jià)中的主體地位，讓家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)生、教師共同參與評(píng)價(jià)。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中反思，在反思中學(xué)習(xí)，有效地增進(jìn)他們的自我評(píng)價(jià)意識(shí)，使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中不斷體驗(yàn)進(jìn)步與成功，認(rèn)識(shí)自我，建立自信。同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)以形成性評(píng)價(jià)為主，以學(xué)生平時(shí)參與各種教學(xué)活動(dòng)的表現(xiàn)和合作能力為主權(quán)依據(jù)，堅(jiān)持主人的正面鼓勵(lì)作用，注重評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)際效果，以利于學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展和學(xué)習(xí)。
