一個被忽視嚴重的問題

學(xué)生從初三到高一的轉(zhuǎn)變是巨大，他們感覺是不適應(yīng)的，而高二階段正是常說的兩極分化的階段，尤其是英語，高中英語學(xué)習(xí)信息量大，需要學(xué)生智力和科學(xué)的方法并舉，特別是英語寫作，學(xué)生需要調(diào)動所有掌握的英語信息，圍繞所給題目，寫出優(yōu)美的文章，這一階段把握不好，直接影響高三的學(xué)習(xí)，甚至整個高中階段的學(xué)生，乃至影響他們學(xué)生的一生。

初中階段的知識量小，課程標準對寫作的要求低，但一旦進入高中，高中教師就按照高中的課程標準要求學(xué)生，學(xué)生很不適應(yīng)。目前的現(xiàn)狀就是高中教師能注意這一方面的不多，我校的教高一教師就是經(jīng)常抱怨，學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)不好，寫作能力太差，這與教師沒有這種現(xiàn)象并采取一定的教學(xué)方式去解決這個問題分不開的。我知道我的學(xué)校是如此，沒有采取相應(yīng)的措施來應(yīng)對和解決這個問題。

學(xué)生經(jīng)過懵懂的高一，進入高二，他們也稍微適應(yīng)的高中英語的學(xué)習(xí)，特別經(jīng)過期中和期末的全市統(tǒng)考，對英語作文有了初步的了解，可以開展系統(tǒng)的有計劃的訓(xùn)練，或者說高一就應(yīng)該做的，現(xiàn)在做了，亡羊補牢，為時未晚，未高三的沖刺打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。如何設(shè)計訓(xùn)練計劃

普通高中學(xué)生對于英語作文能根據(jù)所讀文章進行轉(zhuǎn)述或?qū)懻?；能根?jù)用文字及圖表提供的信息寫短文或報告;能寫出連貫且結(jié)構(gòu)完整的短文，敘述事情或表達觀點和態(tài)度；能在寫作中做到文體規(guī)范、語句通順。（普通高中英語課程標準2008.5.）這是新課程標準對普通高中學(xué)生的一般要求，也是高中學(xué)生高中畢業(yè)升學(xué)英語考試英語作文的最高要求。針對這個目標，制定學(xué)生的訓(xùn)練計劃。

英語作文的基本構(gòu)成不外乎詞匯、句式、語法和篇章結(jié)構(gòu)。首先，從詞匯入手擴大學(xué)生的詞匯量，這包括頭腦風(fēng)暴記憶法、聯(lián)想記憶法、文章背誦記憶法等。要設(shè)計練習(xí)讓學(xué)生入手去記憶，這是最基本的東西。

其次要訓(xùn)練學(xué)生寫作的句式?？梢约訌妼W(xué)生記憶背誦預(yù)制語塊的能力的訓(xùn)練，讓學(xué)生做到信手拈來的熟練程度。這對學(xué)生良好寫作能力和寫作興趣的培養(yǎng)有積極的作用。

謀篇布局的能力培養(yǎng)要訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的能力意識，對作文有整體的把握，利用巧妙的銜接詞，可以把單詞和句式像線串珍珠一樣串起來，形成優(yōu)美具有可讀性的文章。

抱怨總是讓人覺得失敗，想要放棄。而這失敗往往不是別人給的，而是我們自己自找的。我們總是羨慕那些光鮮的人，卻不曾看到他們的付出。在我們無聊地用肥皂劇打發(fā)時間的時候，這些人可能剛剛熬完一個通宵，剛剛抽完一支用來提神的煙并開始新的工作。其實，抱怨就好像是比較之后得出來的消極結(jié)論-----差距讓人心焦，努力又是那么難。

在基層實訓(xùn)期間，我看到許許多多在工作中精神飽滿、充滿激情的民警。難道說基層不辛苦嗎，壓力不大嗎？不是，基層公安工作很瑣碎，很辛苦，但正是他們有著對這份職業(yè)的認同才那么敬業(yè)，也正是有著這份“敬業(yè)精神”才讓他們少了抱怨，多了勤奮，做到了專業(yè)。

其實，人生就是在特定的游戲規(guī)則中積極進取、不斷成功的。當(dāng)我們放下抱怨，盡自己所能去努力時，我們才能活得更加快樂、富足。
