第一部分

第一章

司鉆崗位操作規(guī)程

一、操作前檢查與準(zhǔn)備

1、召開班前會，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)搞好工作安排，使全班每個人都能明確本班任務(wù)和安全生產(chǎn)注意事項，確保生產(chǎn)有條不紊，安全無事故。

2、檢查主剎車及輔助剎車系統(tǒng)工作情況。

3、檢查大繩的死、活繩頭固定情況及大繩有無斷絲。

4、檢查絞車、轉(zhuǎn)盤傳動裝臵各部位鏈條、萬向軸、牙嵌離合器等工作狀態(tài)。

5、氣路系統(tǒng)不漏氣、性能好，各種儀表靈敏可靠。

6、檢查提升系統(tǒng)及水龍頭運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。

7、防碰天車裝臵必須靈敏可靠。

8、指揮崗位人員清理鉆臺面，便于操作。

二、正常鉆進(jìn)

1、鉆進(jìn)中嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行技術(shù)指令。

2、均勻送鉆，觀察參數(shù)儀（指重表、泵壓表）變化，準(zhǔn)確地判斷井下情況。

3、鉆進(jìn)中發(fā)生蹩、跳現(xiàn)象，及時匯報，根據(jù)指令調(diào)整鉆壓、轉(zhuǎn)速等參數(shù)。

4、鉆進(jìn)中泵壓下降，應(yīng)立即停鉆檢查。排除地面因素后起鉆檢查鉆具。

5、牙輪鉆頭使用到后期，出現(xiàn)蹩、跳鉆、轉(zhuǎn)盤負(fù)荷大、打倒車、鉆時明顯增加等現(xiàn)象，立即循環(huán)鉆井液，起鉆換鉆頭。

6、設(shè)備發(fā)生故障，盡量循環(huán)鉆井液，活動鉆具；不能循環(huán)鉆井液及活動鉆具時，可下放鉆具，將懸重的2/3壓至井底，使鉆具彎曲，以防粘卡，排除故障后，起鉆檢查鉆具。

7、接單根前按規(guī)定進(jìn)行劃眼，待方鉆桿提起后，方可停泵，卸扣時不磨扣，上扣時不壓扣。上提方鉆桿時，觀察游車，待單根下接頭出鼠洞時應(yīng)緩慢起出。接好單根后先開泵，正常后方可下放鉆進(jìn)。

8、操作失誤造成頓鉆或溜鉆，立即循環(huán)鉆井液起鉆檢查。

三、起鉆操作

1、起鉆時嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行技術(shù)指令。

2、起鉆前將鉆頭提離井底2m以上，循環(huán)鉆井液，并活動鉆具。待鉆井液性能穩(wěn)定，井下情況正常，準(zhǔn)備工作完成后，方可起鉆。

3、井口掛好吊環(huán)，插入磁性保險銷，待大鉤彈簧拉緊后方可上提。

4、上提鉆具時精力集中，平穩(wěn)操作，右手不離剎把，左手不離開關(guān)，目視井口，觀察指重表、滾筒鋼絲繩纏繞情況及鉆桿接頭數(shù)，判斷游動滑車位臵，防止頂天車。

5、起立柱中途按規(guī)定進(jìn)行放氣，立柱下接頭出轉(zhuǎn)盤面0.5-0.6m后，剎住鉆具，待井口放好卡瓦或吊卡后，緩慢下放鉆具。

6、立柱進(jìn)入指梁時，確定井架工打開吊卡，進(jìn)入指梁后，目送游車過指梁。當(dāng)空吊卡距轉(zhuǎn)盤面約3m時，緩慢減速座于轉(zhuǎn)盤上

鉆時明顯增加等現(xiàn)象，立即循環(huán)鉆井液，起鉆換鉆頭。

6、設(shè)備發(fā)生故障，盡量循環(huán)鉆井液，活動鉆具；不能循環(huán)鉆井液及活動鉆具時，可下放鉆具，將懸重的2/3壓至井底，使鉆具彎曲，以防粘卡，排除故障后，起鉆檢查鉆具。

7、井下正常時根據(jù)鉆具負(fù)荷和設(shè)備起升能力合理選擇起鉆速度。

8、起鉆遇卡，應(yīng)上下活動鉆具，上提拉力不得超過原懸重100KN，嚴(yán)禁猛提硬轉(zhuǎn)，無效后接方鉆桿循環(huán)鉆井液，匯報請示。

四、下鉆操作

1、下鉆時嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行技術(shù)指令。

2、入井鉆頭及噴嘴符合設(shè)計、無損傷，否則不能入井,鉆頭裝卸器尺寸合適。

3、鉆頭緊扣先用鏈鉗人力上緊，再用大鉗緊扣，扭矩符合要求，下入時緩慢通過井口。

4、入井鉆鋌符合規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（彎曲度及磨損情況等），按規(guī)定扭矩緊扣。

5、根據(jù)鉆鋌尺寸選擇卡瓦、安全卡瓦?？ㄍ呔鄡?nèi)螺紋端面50 cm ；安全卡瓦要卡平、卡緊，不能卡反，所卡部位至卡瓦距離5-8cm。

6、扶正器入井前必須檢查，安裝位臵正確，下鉆時控制速度，防止突然遇阻。

7、起空游車時，右手扶住剎把，左手不離氣開關(guān)，先低速起動，吊卡過母接頭平穩(wěn)后，可改用高速。滾筒大繩必須排列整齊。注意游動系統(tǒng)不要碰撞井架、鉆具、指梁及操作臺，游車接近指梁時摘離合器，待游車過指梁，井架工發(fā)出信號后剎車。

8、井架工扣好吊卡發(fā)出信號后提起立柱，立柱公接頭距井口母接頭不超過20cm，涂好絲扣油無聲對扣。上提鉆柱要慢，防止鉆柱擺動幅度大撞傷井口人員。

9、下放鉆具時，觀察指重表，控制下鉆速度，防止突然遇阻。接頭過轉(zhuǎn)盤時要點(diǎn)剎防頓，吊卡距轉(zhuǎn)盤面4-5m時減速，吊卡距轉(zhuǎn)盤面0.5-1m時應(yīng)剎車，緩慢下溜，使吊卡平穩(wěn)坐在轉(zhuǎn)盤上。用雙吊卡下鉆時，待井口拉出吊環(huán)，掛好空吊卡并插好磁性保險銷后起空游車。用卡瓦配合單吊卡下鉆時，待井口打開吊卡活門，推吊卡離開鉆桿本

體才可起空游車，以防吊卡掛鉆桿母接頭臺肩造成事故。

10、下鉆前打開滾筒冷卻水閘門，嚴(yán)禁剎車轂發(fā)熱后再打開進(jìn)排水閘門。

11、鉆具懸重超過300KN應(yīng)掛輔助剎車，防止頓鉆。

12、下鉆遇阻超過50KN，應(yīng)活動鉆具或轉(zhuǎn)動方向緩慢試放，無效后匯報請示。

13、下鉆完，開泵循環(huán)正常后逐漸加至設(shè)計鉆壓鉆進(jìn)（牙輪鉆頭需跑合牙輪），禁止加壓啟動轉(zhuǎn)盤.五、其它注意事項

1、操作要準(zhǔn)確無誤，同時負(fù)責(zé)各崗位之間配合。

2、起鉆時鎖住轉(zhuǎn)盤，必須使用轉(zhuǎn)盤時，等井口操作人員離開后才能轉(zhuǎn)動。

3、起鉆中嚴(yán)禁使用轉(zhuǎn)盤繃扣。

4、下鉆需要轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)盤時，吊環(huán)需拉出吊卡上提至一人高度。

5、在處理井下事故或卸絲扣過緊的鉆具時，指揮井口操作人員退到安全位臵后進(jìn)行操作。

6、起下鉆過程中，死繩附近嚴(yán)禁站人。

7、開停泵前發(fā)出信號與泵房、機(jī)房取得聯(lián)系。

第三篇：鉆井合同

鉆 井 合 同

甲方：東北助劑化工有限公司

乙方： 郭恩賢

甲方根據(jù)用水需要，經(jīng)水資源管理部門批準(zhǔn)，需鉆井眼，委托乙方施工。為合理開發(fā)地下水，確保成井質(zhì)量，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商同意，特制定如下合同款，共同遵守執(zhí)行。經(jīng)雙方協(xié)議簽定合同如下：

一、成井深度約米左右。

二、管材及規(guī)格數(shù)量：管材為

規(guī)格數(shù)量：井口管直徑米長寫寫幫文秘助手；

井壁管直徑米長寫寫幫文秘助手；

三、成井價格元，平均每米元。（按照實際成井深度計算）

四、付款方式：

五、成井質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

下泵深度不低于米，出水量不低于每小時求內(nèi)。

六、施工中使用的廢機(jī)油：

七、甲方責(zé)任：

1、提前定位好井位，提供、清理好施工現(xiàn)場，保證運(yùn)輸?shù)缆窌惩?，因場地、道路出現(xiàn)問題，甲方負(fù)責(zé)處理。

2、甲方負(fù)責(zé)提供廠區(qū)200米范圍內(nèi)舊井壞井情況，并承擔(dān)由此造成的廢井責(zé)任。

3、甲方負(fù)責(zé)乙方施工用水、用電和住房。

八、乙方責(zé)任：

1、負(fù)責(zé)鉆井機(jī)具運(yùn)輸安裝。

2、準(zhǔn)備合格物料。

3、按機(jī)井技術(shù)規(guī)范和成井工藝要求施工，保證成井質(zhì)量。

4、有權(quán)禁止非施工人員進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場，否則發(fā)生意外事故由本人負(fù)責(zé)。

5、施工前所挖泥坑、施工中所需勞力與乙方人員伙食均由乙方自行負(fù)責(zé)。

九、非不可抗力造成的廢井（出水量未達(dá)到甲方要求），乙方承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任，或從新選址打井，或退還預(yù)付款，終止合同。

十、屬于甲方承擔(dān)責(zé)任內(nèi)出現(xiàn)問題造成損失由甲方負(fù)責(zé)。屬于乙方責(zé)任成井不合格，乙方自行修理；如新井需要加深井空，加深部分的一切費(fèi)用由甲方負(fù)擔(dān)。如乙方無法再施工打井，則退還甲方預(yù)付款，不承擔(dān)甲方其他開支。

十一、如井深達(dá)到預(yù)定深度，因地層原因，需加深井空，甲方按深打要求每米付給乙方；在保證水質(zhì)水量的前提下，成井達(dá)不到預(yù)定深度，甲方少付給乙方每 米元。

十二、本合同一式兩份，甲乙雙方各持一份，雙方負(fù)責(zé)人簽章生效。

鉆井順口溜

下鉆遇阻不硬壓，起鉆遇卡別強(qiáng)拔。下鉆中途要循環(huán)，以防到底開泵難。中途循環(huán)選井段，要不電測很困難。劃眼輕撥轉(zhuǎn)要慢，防止出現(xiàn)新井段。到底開泵要緩慢，堵了水眼很麻煩。直井送鉆要均勻，井眼打直是關(guān)鍵。定向送鉆并不難，適當(dāng)切菜記心間；滑動鉆進(jìn)看壓差，別把摩阻當(dāng)鉆壓； 動力鉆具要用好，防蹩措施不能少；鉆進(jìn)值班不能少，專人觀察泵壓表； 遇到泵壓驟然升，及時提鉆快停泵；司鉆手急眼要快，以防蹩壞水龍帶； 定向方位要超前，要不提轉(zhuǎn)很困難。若是軌跡搞復(fù)雜，鍵槽卡鉆滑動難。防粘措施不能少，泥漿一定要搞好。鉆塞小壓也關(guān)鍵，有時套管會倒轉(zhuǎn)。套管鞋處排量小，水泥掉塊才能少。試壓程序別小看，安全防噴不慌亂。防漏措施嚴(yán)把關(guān)，漏比井涌還要難。檢查鉆具要認(rèn)真，如果刺壞生后患。
